    The staff at the office were rude and unresponsive. The staff that oversee shuttle operations did not communicate well. No bathrooms on the bus. Had to stop at rest stops for bathroom breaks and you had to pay 3,000 VND to use the restroom each time.

    Great overall, very comfortable ride and goood cleanliness. Only negative was that staff were very stressed when we arrived 40 min before departure and wanted us to get on the buss quickly. Yet it didn’t leave for 50 min.

    The cabin is very comfortable. Was expecting a smaller space but it was great (for my height 1.82 m). The bus was a bit delayed but still got to the destination on time.

    everything was perfect except for the loud music as we tried to sleep and the guy yelling new passenger’s seats in the middle of the night 😭 he was super nice though and the sleeping pod was amazing

    Bus was comfortable, however, driver spoke NO English. This usually wouldn't bother us as other have used Google Translate to let us know where/why we were stopping and for how long. Every stop we made required a payment for the toilet. And what was meant to be a 6hr trip was closer to 8hrs. Do NOT bank on Hanoi to Sa Pa being 6hrs!!

    Comfortable bus and friendly staff. There was only one stop 3.5-4 hours in to the journey so it was an uncomfortably long time to go without a toilet. Would be better if there were two short breaks.

    Beautiful ride 1/3 cost of train and the bus has ac/heated message seats! Driver was great not constantly honking and we got a nice little break at a Pearl Farm!

    Awful organisation at the office when getting people on busses, I was sent back and forth between 2 busses in the rain about 5 times with them both saying wrong bus until I finally got on one of them. Expect better for the expensive price I paid. Also there was a changeover which was not clearly advertised before. After that however bus was comfortable and changeover was smooth between busses.

    Blanket and cushion was dirty and unsealed. My friend left her cell phone on the bus, so we contacted G8 office immediately, they read my message but no answer after 2 days. I bought insurance and advanced customer service option, WHICH WAS USELESS. Never buy this option.

    I had booked a trip with a sleeping cabin but half way I got transferred to a normal bus. It all went smooth but was not what I booked :(

    Really good. The seat is perfect. You can lay day, have you legs up. There’s is massage in the chair, good temperature and even a water. Is a buss with no shoes, really clean, and the driver was so nice

    The drive alone was fine but the driver was having a full blown conversation majority of the ride without realizing that he was on speaker. It was loud and distracting and would not allow for one to relax. Also, I believe he had a friend onboard who he allowed to watch his videos on his phone on loud mode disrupting other passengers and having long conversations on the phone as well without considering everyone else (tourists).

    The trip was perfect, they arrived early, they informed us by mail of the stop change. They assisted us in the office and on arrival and everything was very clear. The bus was comfortable and had massage and USB TV, and on the way they stoped 3 times to go to the bathroom. Sometimes you moved a lot in the cabin, but it's normal being a bus and seeing how the roads are here. I recommend it 100%

    Comfortable journey with wifi however the drivers can be extremely inconsiderate of passengers talking and laughing very loudly at night and again at 6 in the morning whilst trying to sleep. Voices and talking should be kept to a minimum from certain times to ensure passengers on the bus are able to rest.

    The bus was clean and comfortable. We ran into traffic in Hanoi and arrived just in time, and they were kind enough to wait for us. The drivers' driving was a bit reckless.

    Arrived on time. However I don’t enjoy being woken up for the toilet stop. I would suggest telling passengers the approx timings and leave it up to them to wake for the stop. We also hit a big pot hole which was worrying and caused the vehicle to stop.

    The main bus was great and looked the same as on the picture, but... first they transported us with smaller bus, about which no one has told us before. The smaller bus was for 13 people, but we have driven in 14... Then suddenly driver said finish and no one knew what was going on. We had to go to G8 Open Tour office and there they said we have to wait 0,5h for another bus. I hate that they give no informations.
