    Excellent bus and the bus driver. Service excellent. At the end of the bus ride, excellent fist fight between the bus driver and a passenger's husband. Bus driver completely in the right.

    Although we picked our seats, I was told to change seats. The person who assisted us on the bus mentioned that On his app he could see that I was seated elsewhere. I sat on the seat that was allocated to me and was mentioned on the email I received, however they asked me to move seats.

    Al though the bus came 30' laster,the trip was good. The driver and the service guy we're very profesional. I've to say also that the service guy has advice us by phone that the bus was on delay and apologize.. Very professional

    It was really annoying to have to spend 45 minutes in traffic driving all through Tbilisi, past different places where it would have been really convenient to get off and then finally arrive at a bus station miles from anywhere. Otherwise everything was fine.

    The bus was late by 10-15 minutes. Selected seat numbers are not observed. 12go.asia changes the seats after you pay. Our seats (2) were not together. Delay in receiving booking confirmation is frustrating.

    Road construction issues causing dangerous driving matters especially heavy trucks all over. Time wise; arriving in the morning very effective for pleasure purposes traveling. Sunday morning traffic never seen in my life at 8am.

    The bus was very hot through out the trip , we sweat a lot , AC is only cooling the front seats , all from the to the end back no cooling it was really hot even on driving no cooling on the back seats

    Мы доехали хорошо. Хвала Творцу, что у нас был резерв времени до самолёта. Прибыл автобус на 30 минут с опозданием, отправился через 45 минут от положенного по расписанию. Немного заставили нервничать. В целом все хорошо.
