    It was one of the best pick up and bus services I’ve used in months! I was picked up on time and driven to the bus station with a few more pick ups along the way. Once at the station we were guided to our bus and allowed to board once they stored our luggage. The seats were comfortable and spacious and I had a single to myself! The drive was smooth and easy and we arrived on time directly to the airport. For a few dollars extra then regular I would use this company again when I’m in Pattaya.

    The extra pickup from the finał station in Pattaya to our target hotels using the van was super idea. I have never met such a solution. The travel in the bus itself was very comfortable, specially the distance between the rows of seats was big enough for my long legs.

    late arrival for my time slot, pointed out I can pay 50 bts, catch next coach to Pattaya, was told have to pay again, so l went to another desk and bought a ticket.

    Overall was good, the bus was very comfortable and smooth ride, Had to change 3 Different mini van’s to get to my destination, appart from that its all good.

    The check-in itself was fine, but once we got on the bus, there were problems because some people’s check-in seemed to have been done incorrectly. Everyone was arguing and we couldn’t leave for more than 15 minutes after boarding. There was also a charging port on the bus, so I tried to use it, but of course it didn’t work at all. And when we arrived and changed to the minivan to the hotel, they casually put my backpack on the wet ground. I honestly thought that was terrible.

    Its very really but even though i had sweatshirt it was freezing cold ! I have never ever been to any cold coach like that in my life . I really enjoyed my trip . Thank you thai people , love you all.

    Almost missed the bus because the announcement was bad. A group left but not all customers were in the group. Nobody cares. The aircon was weak. However, I liked this better than other bis Services where you sit inside a refrigerator.

    My biggest disappointment was at the transfer to van to hotel. The van had 4 drop offs, but the routing took us to the furtherest stop first, having the majority of the people, that was closet to the depot sit in the van the longest. It makes not sense to have all these people go through all these stops needlessly. The person furtherest away should be the last drop off and the one closet to the depot should be the first drop off and should be in order of how close they are to the depot. The majority of people were upset that they had to spend all this time in a van when they could be unwinding at their hotel

    Shuttle Bus didn't pick me up and didn't arrive at the airport. I needed to take local taxi instead. 12go didn't support at all. Support chat even didn't find my VALID booking code. 12go

    Left and arrived on time. New bus, clean with comfy leather seats and I just can't find fault in anything. The seat could recline far back and the feet could go up. Can close the curtains to take a nap. Was great to be able to wait in the lounge area before boarding.

    Found the travel desk on 1st floor near door 8 and checked in. T he bus left from Suvarnabhumi airport and it was quick and easy to load bags and passengers. I paid 20 baht to check an extra backpack. The ride was quick we get to Pattaya 30min early. Then from there made transfer to Vans to get dropped off at hotel. Everything went smoothly, no confusion like other transfers. Would recommend and would use this company again!

    Bus left right on time from BKK first floor, door 8. There was a ticket counter to check in. I purchased an extra checked bag for 20 baht. The AC was perfect, not too cold so you are freezing. The ride was smooth. There was a bathrooms on the bus, I didn't use it but it was good to know. Seats recline and have both a leg rest that lift up and a foot rest on seat in front that drops down, both are nice. I sat single seat on the way there, very comfortable. On the way back I sat first row (seats 1,2,3) feet will hit the wall where driver is located on the other side, not much leg room, still was fine for me I am petite. We arrived early both ways, ride is more like 90min than 2 hours, traffic was no problem. The transfer was nice to the hotel, switched from bus to van at terminal, very organized and quick. The pick up from the hotel was early and waited in front for me, then we picked up 3 more groups and head it back to bus terminal. Overall really great experience. You can book at airport for 190 baht each way, more for transfer (not sure how much because I booked online 360 for bus and transfer). Overall would recommend, it was a great ride. I enjoyed it!
