    Night before we are told 11am pickup, and then the day of departure, drive texts is 0950 he is at our place ready for pickup, we are not even at home at that point. Nobody told us that time changed

    The time set by the operator is not enough. Pick up at 11 from the Uluwatu are to get to the port was a very close call for us. On top of that, our driver had to fuel up and top up the toll card on the way which finally led to him dropping us off on the side of the street instead of at the ticketing office. We had to run to grab our boarding passes from the office and then also run to the departure deck. We made it, but only just. If you choose this service, ask for the number of your driver and maybe ask if he can pick you up earlier.

    Were dropped off at the check in counter of the ferry company but had to walk for another 5-10 min to get to the departure hall with all our luggage. The ferry ride was okay, but be aware that you will get wet and that they don‘t have AC indoors where you must sit when you don‘t want to pay extra. Also staff wasn’t friendly at all.

    It was good although they changed my time from 12:30pm to 10am which was slightly inconvenient especially as the 12:30pm one cost more than if I had booked the 10am one originally ….

    I would like to make a complaint regarding today’s transfer. The boat was scheduled to depart at 12:00, but it only departed at 13:00, resulting in a delay of one hour. We were not informed in advance about this change, which affected our plans and caused inconvenience during our trip. I would appreciate an explanation for the delay and any consideration you can offer regarding this situation.

    Everything ran smoothly! Ferry ride wasn’t too bad either we got there quite quickly. Our driver picked us up and dropped us off and helped us to find where to go to check in. Would recommend!

    Public ferry was good, but what made my whole trip was driver to the airport! Angus was the sweetest driver. We had such a good chat during the ride and he was very safe on the roads! 10/10 would recommend. I also didn’t realize it was a private transfer which was a plus!

    The van was perfect, arrived on time, very clean, nice driver, everything good. But, the organisation at the pier, was horrible. We should normally be arriving at our destination at 2pm. We arrived at 3:30pm. Everything was a mess, I think you should tell this in advance. That everything and everyone is late! Very late. So I'll rate good for the van, but really bad for the boat.

    Driver communication was super, very kind. Check-in process easy. Only downside is the walking distance from check-in to the boat, the sun was meltong us at 32º, and I don't wanna think if it was raining

    Que dire… Ils m’ont contacté le matin même sur Whatsapp, soit disant que j’étais la seule passagère donc que je devais payer 100k en plus juste pour le bateau. (1. Ce n’est pas de ma faute. 2. On ne consomme pas plus d’essence donc pourquoi ces frais ???) Arrivée au port, je ne trouvais pas le bureau “Asia” alors on me dirige vers “The Angkal”. Ensuite le taxi m’annonce 50k de frais en plus, après négociation je n’ai pas eu à les payer heureusement. Je ne comprends pas, cette compagnie a beaucoup savais positif mais de nombreux frais cachés qu’on apprends au dernier moment, méfiez vous.

    Alles in allem ganz ok. Am Hafen wurden uns jedoch 7€ zusätzlich für Übergepäck abgezogen . Eine Quittung gab es nicht, für die Fähre konnte es auch nicht sein, da wir zu dem Zeitpunkt bereits die Tickets hatten. Aufpassen!

    El.barco salió puntual, el traslado terrestre tuvo una demora de 30 min aprox pero luego todo bien, el auto muy lindo, el conductor super amable. Todo fue muy bien, lo recomiendo.

    Os horários foram todos cumpridos criteriosamente. O motorista comunicou logo conosco para marcar o horário de busca no Hotel. A viagem até Nusa Lembongan demorou 25min e foi super tranquila.
