    Hello! It was in time and it was comfortable! The only but serious issue we had, was, that the driver was in love with the smartphone and did watch whatever movies, YouTube’s, etc… while driving! This is a NoGo! I made him aware of that and he stopped looking at the smartphone! Regards!

    The driver was extremely punctual and immediately helped us with our luggage, taking it and storing it for us. He was very friendly and pleasant throughout the trip. He even made two short breaks automatically so we could stretch our legs. When we had to wait a long time at the ferry (of course not his fault, just due to traffic), he kindly bought us two bottles of water. Thank you very much — we would be happy to ride with him again anytime!

    Booking the transport was quick and easy — 5/5 for that. The problem happened because I canceled my flight shortly before departure. I knew I wouldn’t get a refund, but I wanted to cancel the taxi from Bangkok Airport to Koh Chang so the driver wouldn’t have to wait for me. The chat support was AI and didn’t understand my situation, and I couldn’t find any way to cancel the ride. As a result, the driver waited for me for two hours unnecessarily before messaging me. Only then could I explain that I had canceled my trip. Very unfortunate for the driver, who could have spent that time on other work. Cancellation experience gets 1/5. Otherwise, I believe the website/service is good — but the cancellation process needs improvement.

    This was my first booking with 12GoAsia and everything was perfect. Super nice driver who made a stop half of the way for a short toilet and coffee break. He made an excellence choice for that stop. In total we did get more comfort than expected.

    The car we received was different from the one shown in the pictures. It was supposed to be an Isuzu, but we were given an MG instead, which I found to be less comfortable. However, the driver was safe and professional, and we reached our destination on time. Thank you for the safe ride.

    We booked the 12th of November a taxi for 20 November from Don Muang airport to Ko Chang incl ferry and transfer to the hotel. On the evening of 19 November we received an email from you, that the driver can’t go to the island because we missed the last ferry. So we must book an extra night by the pier and go to Koh Chang the next day. It was better that you inform us directly after our reservation, then we could make an other choise. On the 12th after reservation we could cancel one night at Ko Chang for free, now one day before it wasn’t possible anymore. We made a lot of extra expenses. Now we missed a hotel night we booked in advance at Koh Chang ($70) Extra night at the pier ($36) Ferry tickets (160 THB extra because was including our booking) Taxi Koh Chang (200 THB also in our booking). The driver was very friendly, no complains.
