Train shakes too much. Difficult to walk down the aisle when it is running. It was was also running late by 90 minutes.

The location of the bus stop is not clear enough. The stated address, the gps marks & the photo that shows on the ticketing pdf files are not coop with each other. Very confused! I wish this could be make better for the future passengers. As English communication is not that good in general here in Sri Lanka. Thk u!

Someone said the bus was comfortable and as a regular user of luxury coaches to and from London,I did not believe him. I was wrong. This was very comfortable ride. The driving,as a coach driver myself,was excellent. Help from Go Asia was perfect right from booking to stepping on the coach. The pit stop was amazing. Toilets there were spotless.

I have found 12go very easy to deal with. The booking was made and due to circumstances it was best for me to have the ticket delivered to my hotel. It was waiting for me when I checked in. The only suggestion I can make is to offer the booking code option where you can just go to the railway station with a code provided and pick up the ticket there. I used this option with another provider.

Great service, secured ticket I wanted & paid extra for hotel delivery. Train very punctual, fairly modern, seat comfortable & decent sized windows in carriage.

12goasia service was good, although a little expensive, but we knew that beforehand. If you want te be sure of a reserved seat, before going to Sri Lanka, it is the best option. Instruction were clear about where and how to collect the tickets.
