Ka LI ended up buying the wrong ticket to my desired destination. The website did not have options to select the actual town I wanted to go to. The ticket I bought was an hour away from my intended destination. I should have gone to the bus terminal to ask them instead.
12go representatives did attempt to assist me over the phone in English. When they could not assist me in English, they suggested email worked better which they initiated and responded back to anywhere between 15 min to the next morning depending on how quickly I responded to them. The back and forth is a little frustrating because it takes time but that was the best option available. In the end, they were not able to tell me how to get to my actual destination (they were not familiar with it) so I ended needing to enlist the help of a local friend to verify the information regarding my ticket and travel plan alternatives.
If you are going to smaller towns as opposed to main tourist cities, I would recommend ultimately going to the actual terminal to buy your ticket. Using this site may be helpful to look up the available operators and destinations in order to Google Map search and understand where you are trying to go.
If you are headed to major cities, this site will be fine.
