The pickup point was well-marked with green flags and the staff greeted me as soon as I got out of the taxi. Checked my e-ticket and then I just waited. It was down pouring on the highway and there were some serious accidents. However, our driver kept a safe distance from the vehicles ahead and I was confident in his skills. No stops. Arrived a bit early.

Pas très accueillant... Déposé à une autre station de bus à la sortie de la ville pour prendre un autre bus pour Ayutthaya avec une autre compagnie. Donc forcément pas mal de retard à l’arrivée. On a regretté de pas avoir pris un taxi.

The location publish in the ticket is wrong. We were charge twice from the taxi to arrive there because the location was wrong. The coordinates send to you to the middle of nowhere.
We are 2 experienced Asian travellers and I've lived in Vietnam for a couple of years but I'm afraid this driver made me nervous with constant fidgeting, both hands off the wheel at times. She was constantly applying ear drops, eye drops and using both hands to scoop ice from a cup. She was scrolling through messages and responding whilst driving. The car had stuff all over with half empty water bottles in the back seat and the boot had so many clothes etc hanging up in it that we could only just fit our cases in.

The lady at the bus station put us in the wrong bus, we ended up in a small village 45 minutes from our destination. It was a Saturday evening so there where no trains, or buses going to our final destination. We were forced to take a taxi and had to pay an additional 1200 baht. Please check your destination with the bus driver before getting in the bus!!!
