The refusal of the driver and his companion to communicate when we would we stop for a bathroom break was infuriating. my wife asked for an hour, all they would tell her was it was near. Withdraw nearly 75% of the miles before stopping comma and it was obvious at that time it was just for the driver's break, not for the comfort of the passengers. It was 4 hours of travel time before stopping, a long time especially for older passengers and young children. My wife is filipina, it was a language barrier issue, was very poor communication by the staff.

The trip we booked was cancelled and they have to merge us with the next schedule. They're supposed to merge us with the earlier trip but because they accommodate passenger who are endorsed by some influential people we were bump off, so unfair. The ticketing system is ineffective.

I got a bottle water service. That was good. The conductor mentioned the name of destination and time which was really professional. Only con was the air conditioner was super cold, as if I'm not in the Philippines...

The bus was very comfortable but why are the seats covered with plastic? Great that the bus was ahead of time! WiFi was stable and fast. That's what I want. But in days of Netflix I don't know why they play these movies? Almost noone was watching, but everyone was sonicated by the sound of shooting, crying and fighting, 5 hours along, incredible.

Well, what I don't like is that you have to get a ticket from a redemption booth. this just adds up to the process. why don't your conductors have digital scanners instead to validate the tickets.

The experience from Victory Liner Baguio is one of a kind - all the staff is kind and well-equipped to handle customers. It was really a breeze dealing with everyone there. What really irked me is the guard in Victory Liner Cubao - they are all rude and is shouting at customers. I just moved to the side and put my bag in one of the chairs near the guard, and he screamed at me to remove my bag and kept looking at me with hateful eyes. Me being tired, I looked at him with the same hatred because I did not deserve that and I was asking him nicely. It tarnished my almost perfect experience with Victory Liner.

Nag online booking at payment na kami para sana di na hussle sa byahe namin tapos Sabi nyo dapat 45 minutes before our departure nasa bus station na kami. So 1 hour before departure andun na kami sobrang bagal naman nung teller nyo pang 7 lang kami sa pila pero 1:30minutes na di pa kami nakaysap ng teller para sa official ticket namin. Tapos nagagalit pa yung guard na andun dapat daw kanina pa kami andun. Gano ba dapat kaaga? Kaya ayun genesis bus nalang book namin pabalik. Infairness may free charging sila at mabilis teller nila. Pero bigay padin ako 3 star para sa mabait at accommodating na driver namin. Saka pala sa ibang bus na kami nakasakay ayun sobrang lalayo namin. Sana wag nyo na paranas sa ibang pasahero nyo. Yun lang po thank you 😊

- they leave on time but the bus is not that clean. bus seats are all occupied so why they need to add additional passenger s daanan ng bus? first, thats so inconvenient s passenger n pauupuin nila s gitna.second, abala s pasaherong dadaan palabas, third, so crowded n ang loob ng bus and lastly thats illegal n iover capacity ang loob ng bus for everyones safety. so convenient nmn ang online ticket booking nmin no need n pumila at mkipag agawan napadaming tao lalo n pag peak season.

I booked and paid for a Deluxe bus in advance through your online booking system to avoid the hassle at the terminal. However, upon checking, I was informed that the available bus for my trip is only Standard, even though I already paid for the Deluxe fare.
Since the bus/service available is different from what I paid for, may I request a refund of the fare difference or a full refund/cancellation, if the Deluxe service is not available?

The Class trip that i Aviled is the first class one that is why i’m Expecting a lot from it. I really appreciate All the services and the facilities except for one-that is the passenger chair. The chair is not comfortable and slippery on the butt. During the whole trip, my body keeps on moving forward everytime i will put my feet straight because the chair is slippery and a little bit hard…

In my case since the weather condition that schedule date is not good and seeing in the news that traveling to baguio is at risk and the training i supposed to attend was already postponed or move to another date schedule yet you did not allowed as travellers to cancel our reservations and its clear that its beyond our control.

Excellent trip. First class bus got to Baguio from Pasay terminal in less than 5 hours, even with 4:30pm traffic in Manila and big rain along the way. Was a bonus being able to charge phone
Only downside was the aircon, much too strong, everyone was wearing jumper

It was good, not great. Nothing special and the back side seats are awful, have to crawl over someone to get out, especially if the person in front has their seat back. The back seats behind other seats should have a little extra space, not less. Also, I wasn't given the wifi pass when I walked in and I didn't want to crawl over someone to go ask. Otherwise, it was fine.

The initial Luxe bus provider was not as expected and rest assured 10mins away from the station the bus broken down. We've been stock forn2hrs before a recovery and alternative bus was send out.

The trip was nice, it has enough stop overs and the bus operators were kind and helpful. They have a good system in labeling the bags to make sure it doesn't get lost and you can get the wifi password from the Bus drivers. It was comfortable and budget friendly.

the lazy boy was not that comfy although it felt more roomy than the one I had from Cubao to Baguio. I love the lounge in BAguio, though. :)
