- ไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินทางมาถึงสถานีขนส่งก็เวลาออกเดินทางนานหลายชั่วโมง เพราะเดี๋ยวนี้ขั้นตอนในการเช็คอินเป็นไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ซึ่งตรงกันข้ามกับการเดินทางโดยเครื่องบิน (ยกเว้นในกรณีที่คุณยังไม่ได้ซื้อตั๋วรถ มันก็ไม่แปลกที่คุณจะต้องเดินทางมาถึงสถานีขนส่งก่อนเวลาหลายชั่วโมง)
- ตั๋วรถโดยสารราคาไม่แพง หากคุณมีงบจำกัดการเลือกใช้บริการรถบัสรถทัวร์ในการเดินทางน่าจะเป็นอะไรที่ตอบโจทย์คุณมากที่สุด ยกเว้นแต่คุณเลือกจองตั๋วรถทัวร์ประเภทชั้นที่นั่งแบบ vip หรือชั้น 1 ราคาตั๋วโดยสารก็จะมีราคาแพง แต่เมื่อเทียบกับความสะดวกสบายที่คุณจะได้รับมันก็คุ้ม

- การเลื่อนตั๋วรถโดยสาร หรือ คืนตั๋วรถโดยสาร บางครั้งไม่สามารถทำได้ขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขของแต่ละที่ (อาจมีค่าธรรมเนียมเรียกเก็บ) เพราะฉะนั้นก่อนการซื้อตั๋วโดยสารทุกครั้งจะต้องตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจก่อนว่า วันที่ เวลา และจุดหมายปลายทางถูกต้องหรือไม่

We are satisfied withe transport.
From Bangkok we were on time. Bus was comfortable with blankets and wifi. On the border there was a guide that had helped us and guided us through the border procedure. We got a meal also. Then we changed to mini bus. Was also ok, but without wifi und not that comfortable like the first one.
Overall we were happy with the trip.
For return trip we used another agency on the recommendation from tuk-tuk driver and have regret it. Id I had to do it again, would book with Travel Mart again.

All is the best, without A/C. Very cold in bus all night. Employers help us at the border between Thailand and Cambodia. Good breakfast and snacks. Arrival and departure was at time.

Departure address given was incorrect. Departure address given for Travel Mart was Khao San road Bangkok. The actual address is many blocks away in a totally different street. I almost missed the departure because of this. Fortunately a tuk-tuk driver knew the actual address.
Please fix this for other travellers to avoid the stress that I experienced!

Travel was very smooth. Contrary to the bad reviews I’ve seen, our trip was pleasant. No scammers went up to us or haggled with us for faster processing of our exit and arrival stamps.
Seats are comfortable enough for sleeping. Blankets were also given.

Driver was rude, doesn't understand English at all
Pick up 60 min before time of departure is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. You just wait on the road. So general experience was fine for Asia nad terrible for Europe.

We travelled to Battambang. It was a very nice and comfortable bus. But they asked to be at the pickup place at least 60min before departure. So we did, and there was no one from the company for 40 min. Pick up place is just a point on the street. There os no toilet if you need it. So we came at 7:30 and bus started at 9:10.
On the border they do everything in a hurry, but explain everything very clear, but if you crossed the border many times it can be uncomfortable to do it as a group. But it saves time for all.
Especially for Battambang, there is no information about the fact that the bus going to Siem Reap, and they drop you off at Sisophon (half way from the border to SR). Then we were picked up by the private car with one more passenger. The car was loaded with a load of instant noodles, so they mounted our luggage on the top with a scotch tape. You should be ready for this when you travel in Asia :)
So, anyway trip was comfortable, bus was perfect, staff was nice and helpful and we arrived almost on time, though I even didn’t expect it. I recommend

We arrived on time. The bus was very confortable, offered water and a snack and over all, the girl of the staff was very nice and helpful all the time. She was always answering all the questions with good explanations and a smile on her face and helped all the passengers with the border issues. We can reccomend it

Meeting points should be more clear (GPS point indicate the middle on a very busy street which is not the meeting point). Chauffeur ok. Staff very friendly on arrival @ ferry . On Time. Would recommend

I had to change the bus for 3 times first after passed the immigration said that some problem issued, the second bus is older but still ok but it dead in the middle way to Siem reap.
We have to wait another bus for couple hours and the 3rd bus was terrified and we arrived almost 2 pm instead of 10am.

Bus personnel was on-time and was able to explain everything prior to start of trip. They provided snack, water and blanket (which smells liked already used by previous passengers). Bus personnel however left with the other passengers going to the Poipet border while we wait for the remaining passengers who didn’t know where to go next

The bus journey from Bangkok was ok. Just four of us in a small air con bus. However when we got to the pier at 4.30 the driver just fell asleep with the engine running, no explanation. At 6 the door opened and a Thai said you can stay here and wait for the boat for 4 hrs with no toilets , food places or anything or come to my house and wait. She was very kind and gave us coffee and food then took us back to catch our ferry. She said this happens everyday and it’s very bad of the company not to tell you that the boat leaves at 10.30 because when you book it online you are told you get to the island at 10.10. If it wasn’t for the kind Thai who works for the travel Mary people would be left stranded. She refused to take any money for the food and drink so it all came from her own pocket. You are also told you are going by ferry but it was in fact a speed boat which was very rough..

Super trajet avec Travel Mart.
Le point de rdv peut sembler un peu bizarre mais un agent travel mart vient bien chercher tous les passagers à l entrée du mcdo de Khao San road.
Concernant le trajet, le bus était très confortable, et nous avons eu une bouteille, un plaid et un petit snack offerts.
La frontiere est passée à l aide des agents travel mart et nous sommes arrivés à Siem Reap à l heure.
Je recommande vivement !

It got me to Sianoukville, so that was good. But it wasn't a good trip. I thought on booking that it would be one bus to the border and then a van straight from the border to Sihaoukville. It was actually a bus, 2 vans, a motorbike and then another bus. We were told that we had to be quick getting our visas or the bus would leave without us at 8am when we boarded. We had to wait in between the vans in Thailand at a bus station for an hour which meant we were at the border at 7:22am, and a guy who works for the company was screaming and shouting at us telling us to hurry up - but there was literally no way we could go faster. We eventually got the visas sorted, and had to use a bike to get to the bus and weren't offered a helmet. I had to get off where there was a police checkpoint and walk for 10 minutes as I didn't have a helmet on! Luckily the bus waited for me - I think this was because the girl who was on my Thailand bus kept asking the driver to. A lot of traffic going into Sihaoukville (not the buses fault obviously!). Was a very stressful journey and I've done a lot of travel in Asia and other parts of the world.

Had to wait until 1.20 to be greeted which caused a little stress, but once we were on the bus it was an easy ride. They explained the visa process easily. We had evisa which meant we could do the visa process ourselves. Once you get to the boarder you get off the bus, through the Thai boarder with your departure card, then proceed to the Cambodian boarder to fill out arrival card and hand over your visa. All really easy and straight forward. The visa guys were fab.
HOWEVER don't accept the free Tuk Tuk. Unfortunately we didn't know where our hotel was so took up the offer to then be negotiated with for about 15 minutes before he set off. They want to book other tours with you which is understandable as its their livlihood, however not after an over night bus.
All in all a great trip

We were supposed to take off at 8 am and it says to be 30 minutes early at the meeting point, but the driver didn't show up until 8.
We had a 20 minute and a 10 minute break on the way. He could have announced the breaks ahead of time, so you can prepare to get out the car.
Other than that the travel was super easy and the driver was very friendly.
For 100 Baht per person extra the driver brought us to Kai Bae Beach.
Would recommend!

Very friendly staff. Engaged well with their captive audience. Different visa requirements for travellers meant different prices. Through lack of evidence and transparency I felt that I paid for something I did not receive. The bus was ok but was in need of internal maintenance.

The guys at the office itself were not very pleasant or helpful. The guys that met us at the border, travel guides were VERY nice! The wifi worked well. One seat was broken and they refused to let us move which was disappointing even though the bus was not full yet. Travel guide provided water and snacks which was awesome. The visa process is very simple and quick as they make it very easy.

Really impressed by this. We were met on time, coach had good WiFi (on the Thai side), the staff were so helpful. We paid an extra €10 for them to sort immigration, visas etc on the Cambodian and it was all very straight forward. Would choose them again. Some better WiFi on the Cambodia side would have been perfect but you can’t have it all! Good temperature too

Good introduction to the services on the bus. Really pushed the “let us do your visa” thing. Cost of their help kept going up. Would have been good to have been able to book a seat in advance. Bus had tire trouble on way so we were very late getting in. Good lunch stop, free water, and snacks. Wifi in Thailand was good but sucked in Cambodia.

Absolutely fantastic service the staff went above and beyond as a female solo traveller can’t recommend them enough ... on the paper it says at McDonalds and doesn’t give a time but always a member of staff there .. comfy bus with WiFi and toilet

Very good! We didnt find the right place to pick up, so they waited for us to find us. That was amazing. The bus was really nice and the staff friendly, helpful & had very good English skills.
Free drinking water, wifi and some cookies as well - awesome :D.
At the border we could decide if we want to cross on our own ( 30-35 dollars) or let them do it for us (40 dollars). I would recommend to do it on your own because it’s Not just cheaper, it’s actually an interesting experience to see the border. All in all : 100% recommend this trip.

I was almost left by the bus as I was unable to find them at the meeting place but their agent was very helpful and nice so he pick me up thru his motorbike and followed the bus which have left already. All thanks to that agent which I was unable to ask his name as I was panicking a lot at that moment. However that seat where I sat is not working well which caused me an uncomfortable ride.

Until the border all was ok, after that the bus stop many times to do something and in the middle turn off the wifi and stop in a sim card reseller.

Asientos muy cómodos, muchísimo mejor que los de cualquier avión. Te dan agua y galletas. Personal muy amable. Te tramitan el visado y no tienes que preocuparte por nada.
