Keine Probleme. 30min Verspätung bei der Abfahrt, Fahrt dann nochmal 30min länger als angegeben, aber in Summe alles in Ordnung. Obligatorischer Benzingeruch inklusive wie überall.

Das Boot hatte 1,5h Verspätung bei der Anfahrt und war vollkommen überfüllt. Nicht alle Leute hatten einen Sitzplatz. Im Innenraum hat es nach Benzin gerochen und die Luft war einfach nur schlecht, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Das Schiff ist wirklich gammelig und muss dringend gereinigt oder eigentlich saniert werden.
Immerhin sind alle heile samt Gepäck angekommen. Nehmt lieber „Einstein“ oder andere bessere Unternehmen mit neueren Schiffen.

Haben ihre Arbeit gut gemacht, kamen 1,5h verspätet an. Fahrzeug hatte Klimaanlage und das hochspritzende Wasser war (bei geschlossenem Fenster) auch kein Problem. Ja das Meer sorgt auf jeden Fall für eine unvergessliche raue Fahrt :) Also wenn man seekrank wird, besser mit einem Public Ferry fahren!

Fast 1,5 Stunden Verspätung. Ein Motor war defekt und wir sind langsam übers Meer gefahren. Keine AC. Hat die ganze Zeit Nacht Benzin gerochen.
Besatzung war jedoch bemüht und sehr nett.

Die Shuttlebus Fahrt nach Kuta ist nicht wie versprochen direkt nach Kuta ohne Umwege sondern dauert 3.5 Stunden in Gili Trawangan wird Ihnen erzählt es ist ein direkter Transfer.

The boat arrived 1 hour later than expected time, but we were not surprised cause we read that in a lot of comments. The boarding starts at 9, not the departure, and we had a stop at Nusa Penida, they gave us 30 min, but once we were all in the boat it took another 30min to depart cause they were refilling the tank and the smell of fuel was strong. No air conditioning but if you seat next to an open window is not that bad and you will have an extra refresh with the waves. After purchaising the tickets you have to go 1hour earlier to the ticket office to wait for a tag and a QR code to get on the boat, and pay the taxes. They could generate the qr once purchase is done and save a lot of time.

From Gili air the departure was late for 1 hour, after this delay also stop in lombok. Boat dont have AC for a trip of 2 hours. I don't recommend this company

Was expecting the worst regarding the reviews but in the end it was ok. The boat isn’t meant to go over open sea and has no a/c. But we dit arrive earlier than scheduled and at the right destination.

The journey took double the amount of time it said it would. The boat arrived late and then they wouldn’t let people sit upstairs so no one had anywhere to sit. Then when we finally arrive our bags were placed in the water and everything as a result was soaking wet.

Just as much as you can expect for the money you pay.
Positive first: They are friendly, there is a toilet and the seats are quite comfortable.
Negatives:
-Departs way to late
- the stated 3 hours could have never been realised with all the stops, the fuel refill and overall unorganised trip. At the end it had been a little more than 5 hours
-Many stops that take way longer than stated
-No way they ever did this tour in 3 hours...
-very hot, no fans or anything else
-very crowded, 3 seat-rows that, if there is someone next to you a little bit bigger than the norm, will get you some nice fullcontact ride for 5 hours +
Because I expected this it is not that bad, especially if you're not in a hurry.
But if time an important indicator for you, you should maybe stick to another company. Even though I don't know if they are better.

Wir sind von gili air nach nusa penida gefahren.
Nicht wie angegeben mit starfish sondern sondern mit Caspla gefahren. Soweit aber nicht schlimm nur gibt's auf nusa penida mehrere Häfen und wir sind an einem anderen angekommen wie ursprünglich angegeben. Deshalb war unser Fahrer am falschen Hafen...
Die Fahrt mit dem Schiff war soweit in Ordnung.

The trip took 6 hours instead of three. It wasn't a direct boat, I had to change boats in Nusa Penida and we stopped at the Gilis too.
Everything else was good. Everybody working there was really nice, the boat was clean.

Apparantly the boat that we booked was cancelled, however we were NOT informed beforehand. The boat that they put us on had an earlier departure time. If we did not go early to the harbour we would have missed the boat. Furthermore it was very chaotic, and we arrived very late due to the many stops and other people not cooperating with the staff. The boat was also too full some people had to stand. Some suitcases were on the deck and due to the rain they got soaked.

Post the Pandemic, tbe boats depart from Banjar Nyuh harbour(its a 10 minute walk from Toya Pakeh harbour, shown in the ticket). The boat left 25 minutes late due to traffic delays, but they reached just 5-10 minutes late. Not many people onboard as I traveled on a weekday.

Nicht besser aber auch nicht schlechter als die anderen Fastboats.
Wenn man ruhiger fahren will muss man mit dem größeren Schiff von Eka Jaya nach Padang Bay fahren und dann Taxi. Die See hat dort echt ordentlich Wellen.
Ich bin von Gili Air nach Sanur gefahren. Zwischenstopps waren noch Lombok und Nusa Penida.
Und über eine Stunde Verspätung hatten wir auch, aber das ist glaube ich auch bei allen Fastboats normal :-D

1. Overbooked ferry. Many did not have a place to sit.
2. AC did not work most of the time and people had to keep asking the operator to turn it on.
3. The ferry smelled of petrol all the time because operator did not keep the doors closed.

Original company Starfish pit us on a Tannis vessel so I can't comment on Starfish as a cruise company. Travelled with Tannis in the past and have had no problems.
One thing I would add- the business of asking people to wear lifejackets while inside the vessel is completely wrong. Whether the 'agent' of the company eas asking people just try the jackets on may have been lost in translation. Luckily all passengers who tried the jackets did take them off

There was a horrible smell og galoline on the boat. Everybody on the boat felt uncomfortable and we ended up getting a strong headache for the rest of the day

The engine cut out in the middle of the sea, waves were absolutely huge even on a nice sunny day. No aircon, many seats were not screwed down to the floor so people were being lifted when going over waves. 2 hours late to arrive

Good welcoming and accompaniement from the office to the boarding, very good point. The boat was not in very good shape inside but ok. A member of the crew watched very loudy and annoying videos on his phone, no problem with watching videos but please, put headphones or go far from the others with low sound settings, otherwise, it would have been 5 stars on the service quality.

Left with 20 min delay and had to wait about 45 min at Gili T as the harbour was busy, but overall good ride, it was spacious and comfortable.
