Man kam mit Verspätung an, die Fähre selbst in die Jahre gekommen, man musste einmal umsteigen - kostete sehr viel Zeit und Mühe für die Passagiere, schlechte Organisation - alle Koffer und Rucksäcke werden auf zwei Haufen geworfen am Bord, wenn man dann aussteigen möchte muss man seine Koffer/Rucksack suchen und ausgraben - es hat ewig getauert bis alle ihre richtigen Koffer hatten - könnte man viel besser organisieren

Service was good, the time in the trip was spot on. The pier is a bit of a gong show with different boat boarding at the same time. Make sure to be at the pier at least 30 mins before departure

the pier ticket office had one person check in everyone which meant we were late leaving (why check in surely its easier just showing the reservation ticket) they were doing temp checks on people seemed to be only foreigners being checked and no workers going on board so further late. Other than that fine apart from the coughing woman on board walking around with no regard for others, may of been fine but in these times should of realised the risk she was posing

Most of the staff didn't speak a word English, none got any information during the way. The bus came ca. 40 min too late (which was ok, cause we've been informed about the possible delays). The seat cover was ripped, there was a hole in it. The air- condition didn't work properly (only my bf at the window got a bit fresh, cold air). The seats were extremely uncomfortable, you can't sleep on these since the bus also jumps all the way (bad roads). I'm not a "princess" and have used bus connections very often in Europe, but you can't compare it. We've taken the bus only cause of the flight phobia of my friend, wanted to drive in the night to the south, so we could sleep a bit during the night and don't "lose" the day for driving. You have to change the vehicles a few times, usually you don't get any proper information about where u are (some of the staff was even rude as we showed first the printed ticket instead of the ticket you got from the driver). If you have an opportunity : take a plane from Bangkok to Krabi and then a ferry to Koh Phi Phi. The 12go organisation went well, but it's another transport firm.

The ferry had plenty of leg room even for a tall person. I often suffer sea sickness but didn't on this boat. Maybe since the trip was long I would have liked more choice of food to buy because they only sold two kinds of noodles.

I was picked up on time.The buses and the ferry were old but ok. My ticket included the transfer from the pier in Koh Samui to the hotel but the driver charged me another 100 Baht. I contacted the Songserm customer care team but never received a response.

Suddenly we had to wait for the belly after the bus for almost three hours in the night. If I knew that beforehand, I would prepare some food for me as the waiting area had only simple snacks

Паром опаздывать на 40 мин. грузчики не хотели класть мой чемодан Наверх. Когда я их попросила поменять. Они его достали и начали дружно орать чтоб я шла с ним на верхнюю палубу на жару ещё и таща чемодан по шаткой лестнице.. в общем я никуда не пошла. Села в общий салон с кондиционером. Что за грузчики хозяева жизни мне не понятно.
По сервису 12 go нареканий нет.

в общем, неплохо. добралась до места назначения с первого раза))
meeting point найти было легко и сопровождающий пришел вовремя. кондишки в автобусе дули достаточно сильно, хорошо, что у меня с собой был плед, поскольку нам ничего не выдавали. туалет в салоне был отвратительно грязный и вонючий. в дороге была одна остановка минут на 40 с нормальным туалетом и едой. с пересадкой на паром у меня чуть конфуз не вышел, по-английски сопровождающие ни фига не говорили, и я вышла не на той остановке. хорошо, что на самой переправе меня отправили обратно, а автобус не успел уехать. паром ждали примерно час, была возможность посидеть и перекусить. на Ко-Панган приехали с опозданием на час.

Bus ok, i can't really complain for the money and the waiting at the ferry was understandable. My main problem was the food stop, very overpriced and very rude. Basically just taking advantage of the tourist and showing them bo respect. My advice would be to take the bus as a cheap option make sure you take your own food unless you like being ripped off and treated like dirt!

The van driver don't had my name in his list , for that don't leave me at pickup in hotel. When I call (8:40) they said me the driver don't find me (??) and now the boat(fast) is leaving... After ten minutes they recall me and transport me at the pier. Here I take another boat ( slow). Ok little problem resolved

Our boat was delayed for half an hour, though, but it didn't spoil the experience - 1.5 hour chill under the sun. Very smooth transfer from the boat to a bus, which dropped us in the city center. Very convenient.

So great trip for the fact it was £25 a go! Pre warning you get shouted at in broken English and ushered off and on various transport, very quickly without knowing what is really going on but It will be efficient!

When i book the booking stated that i will arrived at the airport by 11 am which is okay because my flight will be at 1:30 . Anyway i arrived at 12 pm and thankfully I made it into the flight and thats all that matter

Das Boot kam eine Stunde zu spät am Pier an und es hab keine Info. Die Überfahrt dauerte dann auch noch eine Stunde länger. Wenigstends gab es eine gratis Busfahrt zum Bahnhof

Forgot one bag in the bus and i got it really fast and uncomplicated back.. perfect!
The trip was well organiced, we didnt need to think to much.. they brought us to the right place. Always a bit faster than we calculated and for sure easyer and ceaper than do it on our own.

If you want comfort - fly south. This is a $30 ticket, and you get what you pay for. It's not comfortable, you won't sleep much, buuuut it's $30. I really recommend using the toilet BEFORE the bus bc the one on board is worse than anything you'd expect. At around 00:30 there is a break, use the toilet there

Minibus was ok, but the ferry was very uncomfortale, with completely freezing AirConditioning, unable to set comfortable temperature to sit inside.
In a stormy and rainy weather that we travelled, the only possible place to stay was outside the AC lounge, holding a wall under the ferry roof, balancing on feet for 2 hours. Trying to keep the puke inside, cause the ferry was shaking like a small boat on a huge waves.
The trip finished with a 30 minutes late.
Thank you very much. Will try to skip Songserm ferrys on next trips.

Compared to the reviews for this company in general we were frankly very satisfied. The biggest downside was the lack of clear communication. It would be very helpful to know beforehand where you're supposed to change and how. In our case we had to change buses 3 or 4 times during the night and morning.

Everything was on point.
The only reason I deducted that 1 point was coz there was a delay in pick up and since there was no contact detail or car number provided, personally, there was this level of uneasiness till the driver showed up.

После перекуса на 40 минутной остановке - пришлось прервать путешествие и отлеживаться в Бангкоке , отравился едой , будьте осторожны , еду накладывают практически теми руками которыми принимают купюры . Ещё из минусов не было возможности зарядить гаджеты , в остальном как обычно

Multiple unlisted transfers and unhelpful support along the way. Arrived at destination almost 3 hours later than expected. Also lost my shoes on one of the 5 transfers we were forced to take.

Very efficient trip. Only slight downside is it is long and no stops for toilets and no opportunity to buy water or snacks. Take it with you! Had two stops - one to change onto another bus at what seemed to be a disused pier and coach graveyard. But everything worked out and for the price was excellent compared to quotes from the hotel in Khao Sok.
