The boat showed up 1 hour late. After calling customer service (the number is too hard to find online, it should be available here on 12go) we were told the boat is slightly delayed. The person on the other side spoke great English
the departure was delayed but that's okay we were sailing with one broken engine so we were moving very slowly in addition my daughter had a headache because it smelled like fuel and we had to change the boat at sea to get to our destination at all so it wasn't a good trip!
When we got to Phi Phi they left us with all our baggage on the top and no one to help us, we didn’t know until later that the port has little carts for luggage the boat dropped us off and left, I’m very disappointed because we are 3 women 69 and up without any help, very very bad experience
In the morning, the boat was thrown up very strongly, so that it was painful and uncomfortable. Sailing back was great with no problems. And on the way back, the flight was delayed by more than an hour, which caused inconvenience.
In the morning was everything ok, but in the afternoon the boat got 2h delay, than we drove an hour through the pitch dark ocean which was not so nice...

Vehicle too full from Krabi, so I had to sit on the floor, while all sits occupied. Is that legal ?
