พันธุ์ทิพย์ ทราเวล เป็นผู้ให้ดำเนินการธุรกิจด้านการเดินรถ เช่าเหมา การขนส่งในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี บริษัทก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี 1970 (พ.ศ. 2513) และได้กลายเป็นผู้นำที่ให้บริการรายใหญ่ที่สุดในภาคใต้ และได้รับใบอนุญาตจากกรมการขนส่งทางบก (DLT) และกรมสนามบิน ในเส้นทางเกาะสมุย เกาะพะงัน เกาะเต่า และตัวเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี นอกจากนี้ยังให้บริการรถบัสประจำทางไปยังกระบี่ ภูและเก็ตอีกด้วย
บริษัทพันทิพย์ยังมีข้อเสนอดีๆ ให้กับลูกค้าได้ประหยัดเวลาในการเดินทางและลดความยุ่งยาก นั่นก็คือแพ็คเกจและตั๋วร่วมสำหรับการเดินทาง เช่น จากกรุงเทพ ไป เกาะพงัน จะเป็นการเดินทางโดยรถไฟหรือรถบัสร่วมกับเรือเฟอร์รี่ หรือจากกระบี่ ไป กรุงเทพ แพ็คเกจทัวร์ตั๋วร่วมก็จะประกอบไปด้วยตั๋วรถบัสและตั๋วรถไฟนั่นเอง
รถทัวร์/รถบัสพันทิพย์ที่เปิดให้บริการอยู่ในปัจจุบันถือเป็นรายใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศไทย โดยมียานพาหนะที่ให้บริการแล้วกว่า 800 คัน ซึ่งในปัจจุบันทางบริษัทกำลังขยายตัวอย่างต่อเนื่อง
สำนักงานใหญ่ของบริษัทพันทิพย์ 1970 ตั้งอยู่ที่จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และมีสาขาย่อยอยู่ที่เกาะสมุยและจังหวัดภูเก็ตอีกด้วย
เส้นทางเดินรถที่ให้บริการ
บริษัทพันทิพย์ทราเวิล ได้ให้บริการเส้นทางเดินรถไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวมากมายในจังหวัดภาคใต้ของไทย ไม่ว่าจะเป็นในตัวเมืองหรือเดินทางไปยังเกาะต่างๆ เช่น หาดใหญ่ นครศรีธรรมราช กระบี่ หาดไร่เลย์ สุราษฎร์ธานี เขาสก และเกาะต่างๆ ยางเกาะสมุย เกาะพะงัน เกาะเต่า ภูเก็ต เกาะลันตา เกาะพีพี และเกาะอื่นๆเป็นต้น
เส้นทางที่ได้รับความนิยมจากลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ (บางส่วนเท่านั้น) ได้แก่
จากสุราษฎร์ธานี ไป เขาสก
หากคุณต้องการเดินทางไปอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาสกจากสุราษฎร์ธานี รถบัสพันทิพย์จะเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีและสะดวกที่สุด
โดยจะใช้เวลาในการเดินทางประมาณ 2 ชั่วโมง 30 นาที ซึ่งจะมีรถบัสไว้คอยให้บริการเกือบทุกชั่วโมงตั้งแต่เวลา 7:00 น ไปจนถึง 14:00 น. หากใครต้องการเดินทางระหว่างตัวเมือง ก็สามารถใช้บริการรถบัสได้ เช่น ไปตัวเมืองสุราษฎร์ธานี สถานีรถไฟ หรือสนามบิน ทั้งนี้ล้วนขึ้นอยู่กับจุดหมายปลายทางหรือต้นทางที่คุณต้องการไป
จากสุราษฎร์ธานี ไป เกาะสมุย และเกาะพะงัน
ในเส้นนี้ทางบริษัทจะให้บริการเป็นรถบัสและเรือข้ามฟากไปยังเกาะต่างๆ (แพ็คเกจตั๋วร่วม) :

ข้อควรระวังสำหรับการจองตั๋วร่วมในการเดินทาง คุณจะต้องมั่นใจว่าคุณได้รับการยืนยันหรือมีใบเสร็จยืนยันการจองสำหรับการเดินทางดังกล่าว เพราะฉะนั้นก่อนจะชำระเงินควรตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจองให้เรียบร้อยก่อนทุกครั้ง หากคุณทำการจองตั๋วเรือสำหรับการเดินทางแบบเชื่อมต่อไม่สำเร็จ อาจทำให้คุณถูกปฏิเสธที่จะขึ้นรถหรือลงเรือ
ในจังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี จะมีจุดรับผู้โดยสารหลายจุด ที่ทางสะดวกและสบายไม่ว่าคุณจะเดินทางมาจาก กรุงเทพ โดยเครื่องบิน รถไฟ รถบัส หรือค้างคืนในเมือง ก็สามารถเลือกสถานที่นัดรับได้
โปรดทราบว่า ราคาตั๋วร่วมของพันทิพย์สำหรับบริการรับส่งด้วยเรือเฟอร์รี่จากสุราษฎร์ธานีไปเกาะสมุย และเกาะพะงัน จะมีราคาแตกต่างกันไป ขึ้นอยู่กับระยะทางใกล้ไกลของจุดนัดรับที่คุณเลือก โดยจะมีความแตกต่างกันประมาณ 150 - 180 บาท ระหว่างการรับที่ตัวเมืองในสุราษฎร์ธานี และที่สนามบินสุราษฎร์ธานี

Bei theoretischen 3 h Fahrzeit - 3 Stunden Verspätung! Der Bus hat mehrfach angehalten, weitere Passagier und um Pakete mitzunehmen bzw. auszuladen. Dabei wurden Umwege von mehr als 30 km in kauf genommen. Wenn Man zu zweit ist kommt Taxi nicht teurer. Viele Fahrgäste waren stinksauer 😡.

Booking was easy. The office staff were super helpful and friendly. The minivan was so uncomfortable and hot, air con want great. The driver also made many stops along the way to pick up boxes and deliveries which added lots of time onto the journey, so it was a lot longer than advertised.

The overall journey was fine, on time, not too full. It was when we arrived there were the issues. We were charged 50 baht to get on a tuk tuk to go across the road and the same guy charged us 300 baht to put us in a “taxi” to Khanom. Dodgy staff at Pantip Surat Thani - watch out

The experience was great this is our second time using 12go Asia I would defiantly recommend using it!! I accidentally booked the wrong date and released when I revived my booking voiture we was leaving for Puket the day after so I did panic but they got 12goasia sorted it out for me perfectly!! The bus journey itself was good it took 30 mins longer than expected but that’s ok. We got to stop off to stretch our legs and eat half way through. Are bus was completely full so we didn’t drop off loads of locals like I have read in the comments so I can’t comment on that. The one downside was that our bus didn’t have the best ac it was very hot outside and colder in the van but still got enough for me to be sweating a little bit.

Very very small van, we stopped about five times and had to change cars. I had to put my backpack von my knees while driving, because the van was full of other packages. Also we stopped like 10 times to give away those packages, collect others and give them away like 30 min later. The only good thing was, that we arrived by time. I would never use this transportation again.

On time and trouble free departure. A few stops underway caused some delays arriving Hat Yai an hour after schedule. All in all a very good and efficient way getting from Koh Samui down south.

Travelled as a family of 4 (two kids, 10 & 13).
Phantip staff in Surat Thani were great. Really helpful and clear. Our bus came on time (10:30) and we were told our trip would be 2 parts, changing buses at Krabi. The first leg (ST to Krabi) was great. Smooth, comfortable, uneventful.
However at Krabi town bus terminal there was a ticket tout who targeted us (a family of 4) and swindled 180 baht out of us for 'getting bus to Koh Lanta to drop us at our hotel). In reality, this was a totally unrelated charge, and the staff at the bus terminal watched the whole thing and didn't intervene or say otherwise. At the time we assumed it was part of the 'service' and all connected, but since realised it was just a scam. Disappointing.
The second leg (Krabi to Koh Lanta) felt much longer, but again uneventful. All good, would recommend overall.

Koh Samui - khao sok. Check in was easy at the office, the boat was on time and quite comfy for a car ferry. Changing to the bus was where it gone downhill. We got put in a nice big bus, after 30 minutes we were told only those to the airport in that bus, quite rudly sent out. Then they counted us and we were let in, now we didn't get to sit next to each other. The bus was comfy and driven to the phantip office in town, we waited maybe 30 minutes, able to buy quite good sandwiches there. Little bad information about what van to get on etc, but finally ours came and it was just half full. The driver stopped plenty of times to pick up locals or drop off parcels etc. Drove like a madman, which seems to be the standard for van drivers in Thailand. We arrived at the "van station" outside khao sok. I think we were offered to pay 100 baht more or something per person to be driven to the hotels. We just walked the 15 minutes, a nice walk. We arrived about 15-30 minutes before scheduled time. Don't expect good service or to get information enough to know where to go at any time.

The Ferry was very comfortable with air condition inside and possibity to buy snacks and beverage, calm and punctual arrive. The van was fast, we arrived 1.5 hours earlier and it had comfortable seats, nice driver.

It was a terrible trip. When we came to the bus, the driver didn't let me load my luggage and asked me to wait. I waited about 20 minutes. He loaded the luggage of other passengers and told me that there was no room for me (but I had a ticket). He advised me to go to the next bus, and my wife and I went there. The next bus was also crowded and my wife and I were sitting in different places. The new bus followed a different route and arrived in the wrong place and we had to get there by taxi on our own. Moreover, there were very sick passengers on the bus who coughed very hard all the way and this is dangerous for other passengers. I won't buy such a ticket anymore.

В целом было бы все хорошо, если бы не одно но). В общем они присылают ваучер где указаны координаты места откуда должны вас забрать, якобы туда надо подойти, я так и сделал. Но нет, это не правильно, нужно ждать было в отеле и они приезжают с отель. Собственно я и не собирался уходить из отеля, но эти координаты которые они прислали, все испортили. Я ушел на эту точку и прождал там 1,5 часа. Только после не очень приятных общений на ломаном английском с админом, за мной приехал автобус на указанную ими точку). В дальнейшем доехал с комфортом.

Extremst gut organisierter Trip bis ins kleinste Detail. Die Fähre ist pünktlich losgefahren und auch der Bus war zeitlich im Rahmen. Der Bus ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles in einem eine gute Reise. Jederzeit wieder!

Der Van war zwar ca. 15 min zu spät aber wir waren trotzdem paar Minuten vor der geplanten Ankunftszeit da. War relativ voll/ eng im van, auch mit den ganzen Rucksäcken aber für drei Stunden ist das schon in Ordnung. Würde es wieder machen :)

Got there a bit early which was great. Wasn’t expecting to change vehicle twice including a truck where my bag was unsecured on the roof but it was ok.

For the boat, 4 stars, for the minibus, 1 star. The boat is old and not super clean, but it’s a comfortable ride to Donsak pier because the boat is so big. No effect from the waves. However, our taxi driver drove very aggressively and many people were holding on for dear life after he narrowly avoided crashing into another car at pretty high speed and then continued to drive aggressively.

El viaje de kih Lanta a koh phangan parecía un poco complicado al principio pero al final está todo muy bien organizado. Lo único que normalmente nos tenían que recoger en el hotel pero nos informaron el día de antes que el punto de encuentro era un 7 eleven a 800 m de nuestro hotel. Salimos 15 minutos más tarde de la hora prevista. Por lo demás el viaje perfecto, se cambia de van en krabi, luego cambio en surat thani y luego barco.

Ferry was great, lovely food shop onboard, got picked up at ferry port straight away, coach driver was very helpful and arrived at airport with plenty of time to spare , would highly recommend

Took about 4 hrs on total, quite a few scheduled and unscheduled stops, driver very safe and kindly dropped us to the railway station, some 14km outside Surat Thani. Would recommend, comfortable, good value and a pleasant experience.

Die Busfahrt und die Fährfahrt waren sehr gut. Der Taxifahrer auf Kho Samui fuhr an unserem Hotel vorbei obwohl wir ihm den Weg zu unserem Hotel gezeigt haben. Wir waren 1,5 h länger unterwegs.

The employees where really helpful and did a awesome job after we where misguided by some drivers and staff from the pier of donsak. Unfortunately even another bus driver from phantip. But the employee brought us back to the bus with his van. Thx for saving us guys.

Long but easy trip from Samui to Phi Phi
Make sure you don’t have luggage if more than 20inches as you pay extra as these have to be placed on the seats in the bus due to the luggage being too big for storage in the luggage compartment of the bus
Ferry trip is almost 2 hours but most enjoyable.

Driver offered to drive us to our hotel on Pathong. Once we change the bys new driver didn't know where to go. His driving skills were very poor si were quite afraid. It had to be 30 minutes drive but it took 1,5h and I had to navigate him via Google maps

Rude lady at travel company. Wouldn’t let me use wifi despite my phone having issues with data. No wifi on either ferry or bus. Bus driver was lovely tho.

Everything was good except the trip from souratani to Krabi

The trip went smoothly!however, Some of the layovers were a bit long (around 1h) and the 2nd bus didn’t have luggage storage so the bags were stacked in thr middle of the alley

We could take an earlier bus spontaneously and arrived 2h earlier which was great. Support from 12Go and Phantip (the bus company) was excellent. The driver was insane

Bus was super nice, you could lay seats down a lot and it was really comfortable. You also get a blanket and some food.
The only thing was that no one understood English which made communication nearly impossible and we had a really terrible experience at the border to Laos where the bus wouldn’t wait for us while we got our visa done so we were ‘kicked off’ and had to take a taxi the rest of the way.
