Nachdem ich mehrere sehr schlechte Bewertungen gelesen habe, war ich doch recht besorgt. Diese Sorgen waren wirklich unbegründet. Alles in allem war die Bootsfahrt von Nusa Penida nach Sanur wirklich gut.
Das Boot hat mit 13 Minuten Verspätung abgelegt und hat tatsächlich genau 30 Minuten bis nach Sanur gebraucht. Es war zwar nicht neu, aber besonders dreckig war das Boot nicht wie in einigen Kommentaren beschrieben.
Die Fahrt an sich war auch gut. Die Fenster konnte man öffnen und schließen, es gab Ventilatoren und wir wurden auch nicht - wie von anderen beschrieben - bestohlen. Wir würden wieder mit Maruti fahren. Der Stern Abzug ist lediglich für die leichte Verspätung.

Had small money, earpods, and small earphones stolen from my backpack. If you are traveling with very few belongings it should be ok. Just prepare to wear short clothes as there is no actual pier and you board the boat from knee to thigh deep water

Easy booking and a smooth ride. The trick is to get on the boat first and grab the front seats, otherwise you will end up with no leg room;).

It was really good experience to board the boat and the ferry was also good. From Nusa penida port it was amazing. The ferry was not on time but that's fine. Just few minutes late. You get the ferry easily and the cabs can drop you very close to port. We both had total 4 bags and that wasn't a problem at all till we reach Sanur Harbour. Problem starts after sanur port as the grab pick up is far but that's not the problem of the operator.

He arrive late to Nusa Penida. He had to wait more than 40 minutes because the boat was delayed. So bad.

It was a bit disorganised, the staff grunted at us, didnt give full direction, everything was decided ad hoc from check in, to arrival to the departure gate, leaving 10 min late, and it was not a 25 min ride but a 45min one. Then they were unloading the bags for a long time before letting us out on the dick. Generally a bit disorganised.

Turned up an hour before departure as stated and out boat was delayed an extra hour, the operator could not confirm at the time if it would be on time then or delayed further, they stated it was engine problems but the boat was out in the harbour with no one working on it and we seemed to be the only group there at the time…

It's really great. On time. Nicely accommodating change of schedule with zero bureaucracy. It would be excellent if the captain makes welcoming on-board announcement and confirming the destination right before departure (But, this applies to ALL boat serving Sanur-Nusa Penida route. None of them making welcome=on=board announcement and confirming the destination (this may be needed as there are several ports in the island of Bali also serving as destination from Nusa Penida).

The boat supposedly to depart 1030am but when we reach the Maruti Port at 1015am but the boat had departed. I ask the staff and they say I should come one hour earlier but I question them the boat should be depart on time not earlier but they keep saying I need come one hour earlier. But they give me another time slot 1230pm and this boat is on time 1230pm depart. Luckily my flight is night time otherwise other people might missed the flight.

Boarding: So So. No prior announcement about safety on board (what to do in an emergency, use of life vests, etc.)
Ride: The vessel was almost full. A bit bumpy but otherwise OK.

The reason I’m giving four star is because we booked a ferry at 11 AM but due to traffic we were not able to catch the ferry, but the operator was kind enough to move us to the next boat that was at 1 PM which was really great. I have removed one star because the seats were not comfortable and were very high and you cannot keep your feet on the floor so for 45 minutes my feet were hanging up and it’s a bit uncomfortable if the journey is long and also there was no AC in the boat.

Not on time at all but I dont think any of these speed boat operators are. Was supposed to leave at 5 pm but left 5:45. Was a fast trip once we got going 30 min over. Crowded and crammed. Don’t expect life jackets that are functional.

The ride was comfortable and decent. However the boat was a little smaller than what we had expected. Maybe it was because the count of people were low. It was a bit choppy but nothing serious. It was in the morning, so it was okay.

Very good company. Just the female employees sitting in nusa penida side for return are not supportive at all. Had to change the time of my ferry but they were no help, but i called their office in sanur and they were very supportive

I went straight to the gate, and a police officer told me I had to walk 150 meters to the Maruti office. At the office, they searched for my name among a lot of paperwork, printed a QR code, and then had to walk back to the gate.
Boat was clean, in good condition. Trip was fantastic, no waves.

Everything went good, except for my bag. They put it outside on the boat deck and the splashes of the waves made it totally wet. All my clothes inside were drenched.

The Check-in was really easy. Staff was helpful. We started our trip with about 30 minutes delay due to low tide. They quickly shipped us with a small boat onto the fast boat. Overall we had a 50 minutes delay due to this. But that was no problem for us! Just be sure to calculate enough time for the trip!

Great service with Maruti from Nusa Penida to Sanur. Would recommend anyone travelling to / from Nusa Penida to use Maruti. They have their own area to board their ship on the island and a waiting area / coffee shop which was very handy. We travelled with another company from Sanur and the off-boarding wasn't as good.

It took double the time indicated, no air conditioning as indicated, no mobile ticket as indicated (so we had to be at the port an hour before departure) - don’t promise things you can’t keep up with.

The reporting was to a office of maruti express. Which was about 350 meters from the boarding station. We had to carry all our luggage by hand walking all the way.
