รถตู้ล่าช้าตามเวลาที่มาถึง เราใช้เวลา 5 ชั่วโมงก็ถึงสถานีกรุงเทพ ซึ่งคิดว่าแค่ 3 ชั่วโมงเท่านั้น รถตู้จอดตามจุดต่าง ๆ เพื่อรับผู้โดยสาร แต่จนถึงตอนนี้ราคายังคงคุ้มค่ากับการบริการเพราะเส้นทางที่ถูกที่สุดจากหัวหินไปกรุงเทพ

The minivan left quite on schedule even when the van was not full (only 5 seats occupied). On our way three additional stops, nut they we're short.

It was a good thing that we left on time. But it seems we were transferred to a different company as the designated driver was not yet there.

Very straight-forward, easy to find collection point, and the driver was helpful with getting me transport for me and my luggage for the onward part of my journey. I arrived at the pick-up point early, so was able to get on an earlier van, which suited my timing.

Van left almost 45mins late and arrived an hour later. It was stiffling hot inside with poor airconditioning and even poorer legroom (our fault for choosing backseats). Well at least we got to our destination safe and not THAT late.

The drop off point it’s not the bus station and you noticed until you arrive.

Good trip, just make sure to book an extra seat if you have luggage cause the van is always full and there is no space between the seats and you to put them

Amazing bus never been on a better one it was like traveling 1st class and so reasonably priced would recommend to everyone 5 star

Travelled from Bangkok to Hua Hin and had to pay extra for my luggage (which ended up on a pile with someone else's luggage on one single seat) but it's ok. About 3/4 way through the journey, I realised that the van will be passing by my hotel (Royal Pavilion) before driving a further 10-15mins to reach Hua Hin Amber. Hence, I requested for drop off opposite my hotel, which the driver gladly allowed.

We booked a van from Bangkok to Prachuapkirikhan. We arrived an hour early and found Platform 9 at the bus station quite easily. However it's among an area where a lot of other transportation booths are set up with vendors vying for your attention. We showed someone our confirmation on our phone, and were given tickets, then directed to wait nearby. Then someone signaled us into a van that was already loaded with a few people. The van was pretty cramped, not much space nor was there a trunk. We had to keep our large backpacks with us so we were even more cramped. When you purchase your ticket online you'll get a confirmation after your purchase which states in fine print that you need to pay for an extra seat if you have big luggage. Luckily nobody charged us extra for bags, but we did have to deal with being cramped with our backpacks piled on top of us. The van waited to fill up a bit more and departed about 45 minutes earlier than schedule. We went from Bangkok to Prachuapkirikhan, and it took us about 5 hours. The van stopped along the way to let off passengers and pick up new ones. Aircon worked pretty well, Thai music played the entire way. We had a short bathroom break about halfway through the ride. Don't linger around because the driver may get impatient (ours did when a couple people took extra time to buy snacks). By the time we reached Prachuap, we were let off at a bus station about 3 kilometers from the center. There were no taxis nor tuk tuks around. When we inquired inside about taxi, we were given a pretty expensive quote so we walked instead of paying a large fee. Overall the ride was ok but you really should know before hand where you'll get dropped off. In case you end up somewhere without taxi, which I've read in other reviews.

The ticket station easy to find. The driver do not speak or understand english at all.. lucky to have a passenger who knows english n help us to find where to stop for our hotel..

Everything worked out without any problems. Incomplicated booking, perfect, safe and very friendly driver and good maintained car. Would book this trip again without any doubt. Thx!

We got another seat for our larger bag which worked well to get our luggage onboard without question. Van was packed to the max. Journey took less than 3 hours. Driver dropped us off at our hotel in Hua Hin which was a bonus. Booked online which worked well. No concept of timetable - when there us a van and enough people it goes.

The van stops a lot to pick up passengers from the street like a public transport. You need to pay for another seat if you have a luggage, and the driver kept talking on the phone. Next time I'd rather take the bus. Btw they speak little English only. Just be prepared.

Driver talking and video chatting while driving, seat belts didnt work. Air conditioned and relatively cheap though.

We bought tickets for the 11.30am trip and reached about 30mins earlier for check-in. There weren't any clear signs to indicate where we should wait. We had to ask around and call to find out where and we were told to wait at the counter near 7-11 (at the street opposite). The van only came at about 12.30pm (1 hr later than the time we booked for) and it was on the Market Village side of the road. Luckily the driver came down and crossed to our side to get us if not we would have missed it as well. When we boarded the van, it was very full and we had to squeeze at the back (with barely any leg room). It was a very uncomfortable and hot 3 hours trip especially since we had 12-13 pax (with luggages) squeezed on the van. Only good thing is that we had 2 rest stops along the way. Overall a bad experience and I personally will not recommend it.

The first driver wasn't very friendly, so to speak, and the Aircon was broken. We were like cooked in the steam. Careful, extra charge (100thb) for one luggage, which wasn't previous.

I bought a ticket for the 0600 bus. I arrived at the van stop at 0540 just to be safe. There were no clear markings for the actual stop so I posted myself on both sides of the street while looking out for the van. Their website simply says "in front of Market Village" but it doesn't specify which side of the street in front of market village. Nevertheless, at that early hour I was the only person standing on the side of the road waiting for a van anyway. And by the time it was 0600, a couple of vans had already passed me by without stopping. Finally I get a call from a representative at 0610 and they ask if I was waiting for the van and if I had already bought a ticket. I answered "yes" and "yes" to their questions and they simply said "sorry, you'll have to wait for the 0630 van now". So because of their disorganization and un-professionalism I ended up waiting 45 minutes.

Upon arriving at the station we were told that we had to pay another 180 baht for our bags to go on board.... basically bought a second seat for our bags that were squished into the back

Seats were comfy but a little too crowded, the van also serves as a minibus which allows locals to hop on and off, so door will be slamming from time to time, but we think it's fine

Good thing is we are able to secure van tickets back to Bangkok on festive SongKran day. It is difficult to find the van stop so be prepared to spend some time asking locals for help and going onto a random van.

Hey guys, all good, I would suggest that you add the comment on the "how to find us" stating "minivan platform 9" ;) The departure was 30 minutes late, but this was expected. Will defi use you guys again, Regards, Zala

The ride was pleasant, and provided a brief rest stop to stretch legs and get nourishment. I would recommend that whatever you bring can be placed on your lap. The van is for passengers, no luggage space. I read their website so I was prepared. The driver and passengers were very helpful to someone like me who does not speak any Thai. I would definitely use this service again.

He stopped at least 15 times to pick up and let of people like an ordinary bus route. He also doing so much other than keep hands on steering wheel. This time okay but one day he will crash

Van was full. No place for our 2 backpacks so we bought another seat to accomadate our luggage. Vans should have room for luggage without us having to pat extra!

Very difficult to find station at Hua Hin. Map needs to be clearer.

Efficient booking on website Asia2go. Took a while to find counter 41, just found it by looking at destination to Hua Hin. Great service, courteous and helpful.

my booking is 3:00pm, but I could not reach the meeting point. however they can arrange mini bus to 4:30pm. mini bus is very clean and nice soft seat.

Suggest specific counter and should be written in English because when we got there , there was no counter 41. Good thing was a friend of mine can speak a little Thai so we were able to find that Cha-am counter. 12go.asia pls update this matter
