When we arrived in the airport we discovered that our flight was SOLD OUT and the atendent of JET STAR told is that we should by another ticket of other air company. We became very upset , but in the end, they found a flight in Vietnan airways, and we could arrive on time in Hanoi.
The process using the 12GO website made for some confusion at the airport, where I was asked for credit card details for a flight I thought I had already paid. I di not recognise the credit numbers they were presenting me with and as such, had to pay AGAIN for my tickets and hope for a refund. It was only later that I remembered a mention of a virtual credit card supplied by 12GO and realised that was it, but too late. 12GO was good for information, but I should have gone directly suppliers website for product. Hope I get my refund
This compliant is for 12go. I don't receive a voucher after successful pay. And there is no voucher for this flight in my account on 12go. Wherein this flight in my account was marked as Confirmed. Your support does not work for those situations, and when I click to resend a voucher in my account, I get error. You have no any chats or messengers for contact with you support. It is terrible.
