Bus was late but I was notified of the time change and was able to grab food before. The bus was very clean and nice. Comfy seats and we had one big break stop which was nice as well. The shuttle dropped me right in front of my hostel which was great! Definitely recommend.

The bus driver and attendant were quite pushy, demanding and yell at tourists.They made all of the tall tourists (I'm 192cm) sit in the smallest seats at the back of the bus (while trying to tell us they were the same) for 14 hours, while the other large comfortable seats remained empty for most of the journey with local people only occupying them for a few hours. In general the operators of these bus are deceitful, rude and treat tourists very poorly.

The sleeping bus was different than the one showed in pictures! Meaning in pictures it showed a more comfortable and bigger bed, it said they had wc on board, buy hey didn't.

The bus was rather on the cheap side, but that was okay. We started later than it was said, we had a stop in the middle of nowhere to wait for some packages, and had a long break in a bar. Overall, we were 1 hour late. One of the service men went inside the bus while smoking a cigarette. As a non-smoker I felt uncomfortable. We were driving in the evening (it was dark outside), even thought the driver was using his phone (scrolling facebook and sending messages), that was unsafe. The service men were not nice, no smile, no information about the delay.

The driver was nice, but spoke no English at all and was late picking us up. He did drive fast and got us there on schedule, but the driving was quite wild. The car was also too crowded, a kid had to seat in a plastic chair in the middle. It is an interesting cultural experience, if your up for it 😄

It wasn’t the bus I’d ordered. The driver made many delivery stops on our journey - bringing post, groceries, picking up items. It made the first hour very tedious. The journey time would have been a lot shorter without those errands.

12Go - I don't know who should update bus times, but the1620 bus is not a 1620 bus. The place where we have to meet for the bus even has it down as a service leaving at 1700 (which we only found our when asking why the bus was so late). It was absolute chaos. There were a lot of people waiting for buses and no information was being given about what time they might arrive. Then suddenly about 5 buses turned up and no-one could find out which bus was for where as the one member of staff was dealing with one bus. We were eventually allowed to board a bus which set off at 1755. Not everyone fit on, but were told there would be another one. Our bus still had the litter on from the passengers on the previous trip, and we used the same blankets that they had left. Most of the seats were broken so wouldn't sit up at all. The driver drove safely and the seats were comfortable to sleep on - the only positive thing i can say about the service. At the rest stop (squat toilets) we collected more passengers (locals), who sat along the aisles. A completely different experience to the bus I got from HCMC

The bus itself was great, as advertised. However, we didn’t get to Hanoi until 6:30am, two hours later than we were supposed to with no traffic at all slowing down our trip. This seems to be a running theme with companies advertising transfer times that are extremely inaccurate.

Bus driver didn't drop us of at final destination but wanted us to take a (maybe paid) taxi to reach the final stop. He didn't communicate with us so we were pretty confused whether he'd drive us to the final destination or not. In the end, we took a grab to reach halong.

The van arrived at the pickup up point more than 1 hour after the booking time we selected on the ticket. Inside it was very cold as the air conditioning was very high and the driver kept putting very loud music and using his phone for texts and videocalls. Once we arrived in Hanoi we were told to get off even though it wasn't our stop without any explanation and we had to get another taxi to our hotel.

The sleeper Bus was comfortable. Toilet could have been cleaner and basin was full of stuff. Some stops were made without explanation. Overall the trip was fine and we would book again.

They also helping / assist & get ready when we were there at station.
Highly recommendate to all as compare to other service ( Hanoi to sapa we take other service provider, but not good compare to 12go) 12go is more execellent.
They also can provide door to door pickup transfer & return.

Driver was very nice and polite. He stopped for us about half way for a toilet break (basic and remote but to be expected). We were happy. He even dropped everyone to their hotels in Ha Giang and a nice surprise to arrive about 20 minutes earlier than scheduled. My one criticism is that unfortunately the seatbelts did not work.

Took the sleeper bus from Hue to Hanoi. The bus was on time an arrived early. There was slight confusion which bus to board as there were several leaving at same time, but the lady in the Grouptour office guided us for the right one. I was worried after reading bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Bus was clean and smell-free, seats were comfortable. There was a toilet, pillow and a blanket, no wifi. I was seated at the very back and it got really hot, eventhough there was a/c on board. There was one toilet/food break during the ride. Overall it was a very exciting ride! Definitely will ride again.

The bus does not arrive to the bus stop which is mentioned on the ticket and information when you are buying ticket. So basically, driver would not take you to the location which he suppose to take you (address information provided when you buying the ticket), but in some other place where taxi drivers already waiting for tourists. So you have no choice and should pay separately for the taxi as well. I think this is wrong and you have to cooperate with drivers in order to fix this issue and to make sure they arrive at the place which is mentioned on the website as arrival point. I treated it as you lying to your customers

Sapa SSB is in a housing area & not an office and non one was there to inform where to go or verify any documents. We were taken to an office down the street to take the actual bus. It was scary and confusing. We were kicked off the bus at 4am in hanoi while other services allowed passengers to stay on board till 6am.

Not on time with no information when the bus is coming, the driver very impolite, bags were thrown around. When leaving the bus the driver was very angry that we want to get our suitcases from the luggage compartment and even pushed my son to get in there to look for it. No information about the name of the stop so for foregners like us it was very stressful. I found out at the last moment that I am supposed to get off especially that the voucher said arrival at 6am and we aeeived at 4am so I had no way of knowing that it is my stop.

The driver was to late. He did not speak English and he did drop 4 times. We end up with a 1.5 hour delay because all the stops.

Bus was late to board, supposed to board at 6pm and didn't board till almost 7pm. Seats were very narrow, I am 6 ft tall(170lbs) and could not straighten my legs. 12 hours of agony. Would not do it again.

The booking said we’d travel from 13:40 to 23:40. However we ended up leaving at 14:40 and not getting to Hanoi until 5am the next day so we had to cancel and rebook our hostel. Bed seats could not be adjusted and were very uncomfortable. Staff made some guy move seats for no reason and no explanation, just kept shouting at him to move or get off the bus until he agreed.

Our bus’s quite clean and comfortable, our trip was on time as the its schedule.But,driver and bus hostess (i guess!?) were unfriendly.

Pleased with the transfer time,could have been reassured we were on the correct minibus after getting off once onto another bus then back off and back on the original bus,but we got there.

The bus was comfortable, but the driver went crazy fast and the road was extremely humping and tuning, so it was impossible to sleep and we were jumping up and down and falling left and right all the time. I almost vimted.

It was a nice trip on a sleeping bus. My husband didn't fit in to the bed (2 meters height) so he got a bigger place.
