Wir sind mit GO HonTravel von Siem Reap nach Battambang gefahren. Die Fahrt war sehr gut, der Bus (etwas größer als ein Minivan) war sehr bequem und wir kamen sogar eine Stunde früher an, obwohl der Fahrer sehr gut gefahren und nicht gerast ist. Mit dem gleichen Anbieter haben wir allerdings auch die Strecke Battambang nach Phnom Penh gemacht und das war der Horror! Der Bus war uralt (hatte noch einen deutschen Mautaufkleber von 2014 auf der Scheibe) und die Sitze waren sehr sehr unbequem. Beim Bremsen schob sich die komplette Sitzbank nach vorne und wir fühlten uns alles andere als sicher (anschnallen konnte man sich auch nicht). Nach 6 Stunden tat uns alles weh und wir wurden irgendwo außerhalb des Zentrums rausgeworfen! Wir würden für diese Strecke den Anbieter definitiv nicht empfehlen!!!

Fast and reasonably comfortable. We made multiple stops and picked up or dropped off various packages but we got to siem reap on time. We were going in 7 seater van which was fairly comfortable for 3h journey.

2 stars because we made it alive and on the same day we had hoped. It was late 3 hours but they warned us of that due to traffic. The driver also was a bit reckless. The pick up process after crossing the border was very confusing and not organized. We lost 2 members of our group. But again; we made it somehow! If you’re high strung and anxiety ridden maybe spend the extra money on a flight or for a luxury transport business. If youre a very go with the flow person, this was cheap and it gets you there.

The bus up until the border was fine, but after crossing into Cambodia I was put in a car with a family. The driver kept making stops the whole way there so ended up getting to siem reap nearly 2 hours later than expected. The driver also picked up two locals so the car was very cramped. Not what I paid for.

ca. 15 Min. zu früh abgefahren; Es ging mit einem privatem Auto und keinem Van bis zur Grenze, wo wir selbst den Grenzübergang beschreiten mussten. An der thailändischen Seite mussten wir das Fahrzeug wechseln (nun in einem VAN mit mehr Personen als zuvor). Ich konnte nicht meinen gebuchten Platz (1. Reihe) nutzen.

It didn’t happend, the bus company canceled the ticket one hour before departure and now I’m waiting… if 12go.asia give me money back what I requested! If I can did without stars, I’ll did it.

Arrived late at the starting point. It was not the van that i booked, it was a cargo bus carrying sacks of grain and a chicken (?) In a carton box. I was lucky there was a young local on the bus that spoke english, the driver did speak no word to me when we stopped for 15 min to eat, the young man helped me with all necessary Information. Because it was a cargo bus, we stopped at many locations on the way even in the arriving city, making us over an hour late. Eventually i got off before my final stop because things were taking forever, i had to reschedule my provided tuk tuk by the hotel for pickup because we were so late and finally cancel and book one myself from the stop i got out at after being fully fed up. The driver was very slow, safe i guess, but i booked this "van" because it was said to drive faster than other provided options online. Overall would not go with GoHo again, also the starting point didn't have any person at the very run down station, so there was noone to ask when the bus came late and the station was completely abandoned. At least their whatsapp service number responded quickly telling me to wait.

Bus operators didn't speak a word of English. We were dropped in outskirts Phnom Penh in the early hours and gestured to wait. I would not have felt safe if travelling alone especially as we ended up waiting for the next bus for 2 hours in the dark. When it finally arrived we were packed on like sardines with luggage on knees.

The véhicule was quite confortable, no problem with that by the driver was really unpleasant, he didn’t even say hello or say anything at all. He left us at Battambang, we don’t even know where but we are sure it wasn’t the bus station.
He was at the limit of being rude.

Service is great, mist the bus duo our flight was delayed end the where directly searching for a solution and founded a driver with a minivan to drive us to Battambang to our hostel for a smal extra fee.

The bus in Cambodia was good and the one from the Thak border to Bangkok was comfortable aswell, but because of the situation between Cambodia and Thailand at the moment, the bus started in Siem Reap at 3:30 instead of 0:30 and arrived at 16:30 instead of 11:30.
Good bus and service but very late and stressfull because of the border check between Cambodia and Thailand.

Not a single word was spoken to me until we got to the border and I was told to get of, no one spoke English so I was very confused and they keep telling me to “go over there” Bear in mind I hade no idea where “there” was. It was all extremely stressful and confusing. Easily avoidable if there was more information on the ticket or if the driver spoke English

The reviews scared us a little bit but the journey was so good! Bus was there before we were, only 4 people on a massive bus and it stopped half way through for a toilet break! Would highly recommend

The driver was courteous and drove safely. Only problem was, we were dropped off far from siem reap center, and left with tuk tuk drivers who offers 2x the price of Angkor Wat tour.

We booked a minibus VIP and at the end, we went with a private car with a woman and her child. A little bit small the space but comfortable enough, and we arrive 1h early, so at the end it was great!

We had booked a mini bus however as their wasn't enough people we took the journey in a very comfortable people carrier with AC, journey was great and I would book again, arrived ahead of time quoted too :)

We turned up at Go Ho travel with 25 mins to spare before our departure date. Spoke to someone who worked there but he didn’t seem to have any idea about our bus. When it got to half 1 which was when our bus was meant to depart, no bus was to be seen. So I asked again, where is our bus. After he made a few phone calls to his ‘boss’ a random car pulled up and he advised that this was our ride to siem reap. I questioned it as it wasn’t a company van. He got be on the phone to his boss and he assured me, the driver would take me and my partner to siem reap. Anyway, that was the case. So 30 mins later we were on the road. The ride was comfortable but it was very unprofessional and slightly stressful overal experience. Especially when you’ve paid for it all already and your bus doesn’t even turn up.

J'ai fait un premier trajet avec Grab vers Goho Travel et depuis leur bureau m'ont ramené en Tuk Tuk vers Siem-Rep au bureau des départs de bus- navette vers l'aéroport. Votre application devrait proposer uniquement vers l'office des bus navettes Aéroport de Siem-Rep ( Aéroport bus stop CDF) Ca sera plus simple. Merci

Поездка Сиемреап - Бангкок организована неудовлетворительно. Перевозчик наверняка знал, что граница открывается в 6 утра (я этого не знал), но автобус выходит в 00:30 и просто 2 с лишним часа стоит перед границей. На границе нужно пересаживаться в другой автобус, совершенно непонятно в какой. Нас встретил на границе сотрудник компании, но потом он куда-то пропал и уже какие-то зазывалы нас подобрали, спросили только название компании, не проверяя билеты. На стороне Тайланда мы ждали, пока автобус наполнится, из-за чего простояли еще час. В итоге, ехали битком с людьми, которые купили билеты прямо перед отправлением автобуса. Время прибытия в Бангкок указано 09:30, но это абсолютно неверно, из-за задержек, про которые я писал, мы прибыли только в 12 и чудом успели на наш самолет. Не советую эту компанию.

Départ en retard, beaucoup d’arrêts non prévenus avant d’enfin prendre la route pour la frontière. Nombreux changements de véhicule, plus ou moins bien accompagnés, un peu laissés sans un mot à la frontière heureusement on avait un ticket pour après du côté Lao.
Ne soyez pas pressés d’arriver, comptez bien 1-2h de retard mais sinon globalement c’est ok.
