Need to exchange the online ticket in their office for a "printed" ticket.
The boat was completely crammed, tiny seats, closed windows, no air.
The ride was bumpy even though the sea was quiet

Quick and easy access from the port of Nusa Penida. A little bit of waiting and 10 minutes late but nothing very nasty, it is the holidays and the trip is fast and comfortable compared to other company i tried

Wir konnten unser Gepäck am Hafen bei den Mitarbeitern aufgeben und diese haben unsere Koffer an Board gebracht. Alle waren sehr freundlich. Die Sitze sind etwas eng aber für die kurze Überfahrt kein Problem:)

Es hat alles super geklappt. Ich hatte die schlimmsten Vorstellungen, aber es lief alles gut und war sehr organisiert. Die Koffer wurden gut verladen und sind trocken angekommen. Die Fahrt lief auch reibungslos. Es war etwas Wellengang, aber das war völlig ok. Ich kann diese Fähre empfehlen.

We reached at the Sanur harbour 1 hour before, then we found that our El Ray boat was not scheduled to go, instead they managed another boat company, named axestone. The boat is almost the same, but started 30mins earlier, which created a bit of panic situation for us.

The ship wasn't operated by this company but by another, which doesn't matter to us as long as we get to our destination. What we didn't like was that it left almost an hour early, because we could have missed it.

The boat was a decent size and had life jackets on board for safety. It was a smooth and a comfortable ride. Didn't face any issues as such.

Overall Experience was below average.
Book it as a last resort if you are not getting ticket with other operators.
Seating was too congested. Other operators have 3 seats on one side, El Rey boats had 4. It was very uncomfortable to sit.
Plus other operators send a reminder message a day before along with location of their office where we have to report. There was absolutely zero communication El Rey team.
Not satisfied with their service.

The whole voucher -> ticket -> boarding pass is really inefficient and broken. As is that you can't buy tickets the day of travel.

Great boat, smooth journey. Please allow yourself some buffer time as the journey takes longer than the 30 minutes they say. The check-in is 60 minutes early than departure, which is a long wait for no reason.
Other than that, the experience was great!

The whole ride took 40-45 minutes. We sat in the front of the boat in the aisle seats which were the most airy.

Everything was smooth, the boat departured on time, we arrived on time, staff was friendly and helpful. If you feel seasick, you can sit outside on the fresh air. The trip is quite short.

The onboarding was smoother than other fast oats, and they starting loading large luggage items around half an hour before the boat set off meaning we could depart on time.
The boat itself felt slightly more cramped then other operators but overall the journey was smooth and the service was great.

A great service from Sanur to Nusa Penida. Left a little bit late but that was because of late customers. Smooth ride, comfortable boat although a bit warm if not by a window due to no AC. The men are so good at handling all the heavy luggage!
