Très bon voyage avec deux bons chauffeur
Dommage Ur les prises Usb ne fonctionnaient pas pour un voyage de 6 heures
L'indication precise du lieu de départ n 'était pas claire pour le grab qui nous a emmené au depart

The ride was very bumpy so it was almost impossible to sleep. The bus made a lot of stops to pick up other people and always turned on the lights. Also it would have been nice to get some information when we were dropped off, because we had no idea where to go to.

There was a huge risk of leaving in unsuitable weather conditions: storm, wind, very rough seas! Several people fell in the speedboat and we were traumatized by the journey to the The drivers were anything but reassuring; they were driving fast and inappropriately. I had to raise my voice to make them realize the danger.

i booked that Bus company because it said it's only 6 hours (all the others said almost 8) but of course, it was unrealistic and I guess they know. In the end it took over 9 hours! (we did also half an hour break instead of going directly). At least the bus is comfortable.

Service and bus was great. Two bad things were:
1. AC over your head could not 100% turn off
2. There is no WC in the bus

I bought the trip with the info that there was wifi aboard. There was no Wifi.
We arent sure but it felt like the bus made more stops to let people off than scheduled.

Overall, a good experience. Punctual. In Penang, you have to arrive at the station early, as you have to pay some fees and go through a small checkpoint. It makes a stop at the beginning of the walk, but in a rather dirty place for food and the restrooms. It arrives on time in Kuala Besut, and there are several companies that offer to buy ferry tickets to the Perhentian Islands with them, and they even take you by taxi to the pier if you book with them. The bus is quite comfortable although they don't provide blankets or anything else and it's cold.

Bus was new, clean and spacious but for the first 2 hours it stops every 15 minutes to pickup people in different places. So you cannot sleep because you are continuously woke up by lights and people. But overall it’s a good transport.

Comfortable and reliable bus from Penang to Kuala Besut. Everything went smoothly. Just note that the air conditioning is quite strong, so bring a jacket or scarf.

Good bus, left on time. But there were a lot of stops and we arrived 3 hours later then scheduled.... the bus ride was very wild through the mountains to compensate time we guessed.

Nous sommes parties à 11h AM et devions arriver à 18h40. Le bus est remonté sur Kota Bahru cela prend déjà 1h. Ensuite nous avons fait le trajet jusqu'à Penang. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h PM. Nous avons donc passé 9h dans le bus. La compagnie ne respecte pas les horaires qu'ils vendent. Sois disant un bus express. Si c'était pour remonter sur Kota Bahru est mettre 9h j'aurais choisi une autre option. Pour ces raisons je déconseille cette compagnie qui ne respecte pas le contrat de vente.

Bus propre, confortable, chauffeur sympathique et souriant.
À son habitude en Malaisie, la Clim à fond pour se mettre sous des plaids et des couettes dans le bus, prévoyez des tenues chaudes.
Gros mensonge en revanche sur l’heure d’arrivée alors que nous sommes parti à l’heure, 02h15 annoncé, finalement arrivés à 04h30..

Propre, confortable, contrairement aux commentaires la climatisation était bonne et on pouvait éteindre notre côté.
Le chauffeur était très gentil et d'une grande aide quand il a vu quon était étrangers.
On est parti à l'heure et est arrivé à l'avance.
Je recommande.

Der Bus kam morgens um 04:30 Uhr an statt wie angegeben um 9:30 Uhr. Wäre nicht an der gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Hotel mit 24/7 Rezeption gewesen, hätte ich ein Problem gehabt. Zudem sind die buchbaren Sitzplätze völlig falsch dargestellt auf der Seite. Ich hatte oben gebucht aber unten bekommen da Platz 1C in Wirklichkeit unten und nicht oben ist. Das ist auch nicht das erste mal , dass mir das bei 12GO Asia passiert. Die Fahrt und der Bus an sich waren in Ordnung.

El conductor iba a toda velocidad, el colectivo se movía para un lado y para el otro constantemente. Imposible descansar o viajar relajado. Todo lo demás estuvo bien

El autobús llegó algo tarde a la terminal. (Justo en Kuala Besut es algo agobiante porque no hay paneles informativos ni nada, y no sabes absolutamente nada de tu bus)
Cuando subimos, era un autobús muy comodo y los conductores fueron muy cuidadosos toda la noche, nos dieron hasta agua.
La unica pega es que tuve un señor 7h roncando bastante fuerte detrás mio sin parar, pero esto ya es suerte…
Por cierto, no hay que fiarse de la hora de llegada que ofrece 12go, en mi caso fue un viaje de 21h - 08h

El conductor parecía que iba en una carrera constante, conducía muy bruscamente.
Un bus con estimación de llegada hacia las 07:30h a Kuala Besut, y llegamos 2h antes. Por suerte no hubo problemas y pudimos coger el ferry hacia las Islas Perhentian antes.
