The seats didn’t recline no even enough to have a nap, sleeping was impossible, also they’re massage chairs which doesn’t work. The curtains are not black out, the bus stopped a lot on the way and arrived at the final destination 1 hour and half before

快適！
・座席が結構倒れる
・簡単なお菓子と豆乳(笑)が着いてくる
・休憩所で半券と引き換えに飲み物がもらえる
・35Lバックパックを持持ち込んで乗れるスペースがある(1F1番前の席だったから？)
マイナス点
・USB差し込み口はあるが充電ができない
・機能してないので飾りと化してるテレビと時計(笑)
マイナスが気にならないくらい快適でした！

The bus was one hour late, no one knew about the company. It should be vip class, but with low quality. Also the drivers didnt make stop for break and option to go out for a while. They made a safety stop, but the passangers (must) stay in the bus

We arrived, thats was the good thing. But there were a lot of bad things: the bus was in a bad condition, smashed front, broken windshield, usb plugs weren't working, it was very cold and also the driver was slightly drunk or just couldn't drive straight forward. The rest stop was awful and not because ther wasn't anything else, i saw alot of better stops where other busses made their pause. Wouldn't take this company again.

Spacious bus. Decent price, and the staff had everything under control. They even called me on the phone 30 min prior to departure, and told me how to find the counter. Would use this company again!

Xe, ghế ngồi, lái xe êm ái. Tuy nhiên việc mua vé và lựa chọn thời gian phù hợp hơi khó vì có ít sự lựa chọn.
Lái xe, phục vụ, người bán vé, người điều hành tại bến xe hầu như không hiểu đc tiếng Anh.

Может я не понимаю что означает в Азии класс vip. Поездка была ужасной, хотелось как можно быстрее доехать и убежать из этого автобуса. Всю поездку было очень холодно, всем пассажирам пришлось одевать тёплые вещи и кутаться в пледы, это доставило большой дискомфорт и надеюсь, что я не заболею. В туалете нет воды, нельзя было вымыть руки, умыть лицо, ручка на двери сломана и дверь в туалет не закрывалась. Из еды дали воду и мини десерт, не понимаю для чего в описании пишут food, когда еды нет. Стюарт два раза курил в салоне автобуса и запах от сигарет проникал в пассажирский салон. Вообщем поездка была ужасная.

Unfortunately I was disappointed with the experience. The bus left an hour and a half late and didn't place us on the bus we had paid for. We paid for the nicer bus, and this older one broke down in the middle of the night and stayed on the side of the road for at least 3 hours. We arrived very late to Chiang Mai, so now I can't get the transfer bus from there I wanted. I would greatly appreciate a reimbursement for this. Please let me know.

Comfortable reclining seats. Air con, blanket and free water. Helpful attendant although not really spoken English. Recommended for trip Bangkok to Udon Thani

We got dropped off a tuk tuk in the middle of a highway and then our bus stopped there to pick us up.. Probably something wrong with the bus departire time or place, we dont know, nobody would talk to us.
Bus was super comfy, but without food and wifi as advertised

Bus seats were comfortable. We were sitting in the front seats and had two seats for one person.
Clima was not too cold. One film was running, in Thai with no undetitles. But I knew the film, so it was ok!
One thing I didn’t like much: the people from Bus didn’t speak English. When there were information about stops we didn’t recognized how long we would stop and so on.
But for comfort it was good. At the beginnung you get a bottle of water and some cookies.

Travelled from Chiang Mai to Bangkok. Seat was comfortable enough, reclined right back and a blanket was included. The roads are pretty windy and bumpy on this route which doesn’t help with sleeping. Employees were fine and bus left and arrived bang on time. Food included - pack Oreo style biscuits, bottle water and 1 small carton soy milk. USB charger points for your devices

The film could of had English subtitles at least as it was fully in Thai but the majority of the bus was western.. comfy reclining seats and good service. Food was just a pack of biscuits..

They ask to be there 30minutes in advanced and we were waiting for 1h45 minutes. No info.

The bus terminal and ticket counter were really hard to find and the staff not very helpful as hardly anyone understood our problem. So I would definitely plan to be there more than half an hour in advance!! We were searching for like 1 hour or more. Anyhow, the bus trip itself was quite good, we departured 20 min late, but got some snacks and a blanked and arrived on time. The seats were comfortable and you could lean backwards. We could even sleep in the bus. It was not as comfy as a nice hotel room, but definitely worth the money and for poor backpackers such as me a great opportunity to travel from A to B :)

Everything was not too bad, staff were nice but weak in English speaking and listening. However, I have traveled with Busarakum on Mon (6/10/2017) night. The bus was delay for an hour without any notification.

Er hat uns ans Ziel gebracht.
Er ist später losgefahren und hatte eine Stunde Verspätung.
Die Fahrt war ziemlich ruckelig, sodass uns oft schlecht wurde. Lag wahrscheinlich an den Straßen.
Bei den 11 Stunden Fahrt wurde zweimal angehalten für ca.15 Min. und man konnte bei einer Garküche auf der Straße Essen kaufen oder auf ein widerwärtiges Klo gehen. Bei dem Anblick musste ich nicht mehr.
Der Bus an sich hatte unangenehm gerochen.
Die Lehne an den Sitzen ging recht weit herunter.
Nicht schön, aber günstig.

Unfortunately our bus was infested with cockroaches which made a very unpleasant journey. The bus would have been comfortable had there not been so many insects.

The bus is clean, smells normal and the ride was confortable, except for one detail: it's really cold. Temperature is 17/18 degrees, I wasn't wearing any socks so my feet were freezing, and the blanket is basically big enough if you're a tiny Asian woman, which I'm not. It was freezing.

Although it left an hour late, the bus was insanely comfortable! The seats are huge, the complimentary blanket is warm and the free refreshments are nice, I'd definitely use this company again.

I was not happy with my trip as I did not get the seat that I had booked and had to sit on the sofa downstairs which was cramped and uncomfortable, I didn't not sleep very well because of it. The air conditioning was turned off at one point and made the bus very hot. Next time I will try to travel by train.

Overall the tour was great. The bus was extra comfy, with blankets, headrests, leg rests and arm rests. Seats were also good. We paid 990 bhat to travel from Mochit to Chiangrai in the Luxury bus. The cost was high, we could have booked a VIP bus. But, as it was the end of the year of 2023, we didn't have much options. Anyway, the bus was very comfy and we didn't feel the usual body pains after the journey. The bus had enough stops to have coffees, snacks etc. Even we were provided with a small sponge cake and a bottle of water at the start of the journey. But the bus was not in time. Although it has to leave from Mochit at 18:15, the bus left after about a delay of one hour. And the delay was there for the entire journey.
Overall the journey was good, the operator and the bus attendant were also good.

I ordered PM8:30 car at 12Go the day before,but no car on that day.I don't know what's wrong with Budsarakham Tour or 12Go?

The ViP of Budasakan is not comfortable than Sombat tour while price difference is only 100 baht.. Some seats are out of function. Operators can't understand English. The rest camp in midnight is dirty. Food are careless items. If you need to gett off for your desire destination, the operator and driver will not welcome even they waisted of time of the whole trip and delay of arriving. I'm sure that I will not choose
these tour next time when I travelling.
