2Go Travel (2โก ทราเวฟ) เดิมมีชื่อว่า Negros Navigation เป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทย่อยของ 2GO Group Inc. ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ ซึ่งก่อตั้งขึ้นในปี พ.ศ. 2492
บริษัท 2โก ทราเวฟ เป็นผู้ประกอบการที่เชี่ยวชาญใน เรือโดยสารและเรือเฟอร์รี่เร็ว เป็นการรวมสายการเดินเรือที่ใหญ่ที่สุดในประเทศฟิลิปปินส์ : SuperFerry, Cebu Ferries และ SuperCat ซึ่งกลายเป็นที่รู้จักในชื่อ SuperFerry และต่อมาได้ถูกซื้อกิจการต่อโดยบริษัท Negros Navigation

From caticlan to odiongan was ok. The problem is when i came back from odiongan to caticlan. Vessel is 3 hours late port employees in odiongan are all none sense trrip schedule is 6pm after 6pm i ask the guy doing the luggage xray he told me boat will go at 6:45 but actually it was few minutes before 9pm. Food is very bad.

Never again. Airco was "Under maintenance" on our side of the ship with no ventilation and so many persons to heat up the tourist class, it was unbearable. You shouldn't have sold tickets if you can't deliver what I paid for. The included meal was cold rice with 4 miniature spring rolls. Departure was 70 minutes late.

My latest travel was with 2GO was little bit different compared to my traveled before, i understand because of typhoon Ursula, but to concealed your trip during the day that you schedule specially during fix season was a big questioned on us. The time got changed a lot and got really late heads up. The delayed from the latest change was about 3/4 hours. The boat took 15 hours instead of 11.

Booking was a mess. It doesn't tell the real available seats and we ended up having to pay fees for my friend and I to be seated in the same cabin. Then on the day of travel, we found out that we have to print the ticket. It doesnt say so in the eticket. We have to go to the ticketing booth, which took an hour to print an already paid for ticket. The lady in the counter was also not very friendly and accommodating. Added to the delay was that their internet were too slow, the lady willingly provided this info, and they had a hard time validating tickets. When we boarded the ship, we paid to be in the stateroom accommodation. The stateroom wasnt as tidy and pretty as in the pictures.

I didn’t know that I needed the paper itinerary to board. The 2GO office had 50 people waiting for service with just 1 person handling everything. The ferry left more than 30 minutes late as a result. The ferry trip itself was very good.

I can't find my bed assignment so I ended up sleeping whichever bed is available. Good thing is, many vacant beds on the tourist class so you can sleep wherever you want. Also, they have strict security which for me is more safe than other shipping lines. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Tourist class is Value for money. However the food is quite average.
If you have extra pesos, consider getting a cabin. I heard the food is better.

Fine print of rules and regulations of ticket is very unprofessionally written. Very surprised a company of this stature would permit such writing. An insult to people’s intelligence.

I booked the tourist cabin, which was falsely advertised as having a maximum capacity of 25 beds. Instead it had 60 beds!!!! The air con was freezing for people on top bunks. Bathrooms were horrendous! I went to the loo 5 mins after boarding and they clearly hadn't been cleaned for days or weeks. Hair all over the floor, blocked toilets and a revolting smell of urine and faeces. The aisle next to my bed was completely blocked and filled with a local families luggage.
Thankfully I was allowed to move a few beds over. When I boarded I was shown to my room, I said thank you and then the guy who helped asked me for money!!!!!!!! And continued to hang around next to me, asking repeatedly for another few minutes.

We were a group of three with one senior citizen and 2 citizens in their late fifties. We booked online in a cabin for four so we would be together. But when we checked in, we were in separate cabins and the worst part was we were to occupy the upper decks of the beds. How do you expect old ladies with all sorts of aches and pains in their bodies to climb up and down those beds? Pls be considerate of the seniors.
The crew guy who helped us did his job very well. He was able to talk to the other passengers to exchange beds with us, so we used the lower beds and he was also able to make us stay in one cabin. Very commendable. Sorry, I did not get his name.

i booked for a tourist place an i had a mega value place. aircon so cold, noisy people talking next to you when you sleep, noisy karaoke until midnight. you see some cockroaches runing on the floor. little place for sleep for a big man like me. no free blanket you have tu rent one.But the ferry arrived before time announced.

the baggage handling fees were exhorbitant 1200 peso. the food was terrible, not much flavour and always cold. i find it hard to believe that a cook (cannot use the word chef) can be that bad.

Good but they don't gave free upgrade since the aircon bunk were not occupied there's a lot ot vacant we ask for free upgrade but they wanted us to pay for free upgrade.
