Vilka tågklasser & priser finns det för Uzbekistan Railways?

- Det bästa med tågresor är att det inte finns några trafikstockningar. Till och med under rusningstid, långa helger eller under högsäsong.
- En enkel bokningsprocess online - du behöver inte gå till järnvägsstationen, vilket var fallet på många platser för inte så länge sedan!
- Priserna på tågbiljetter är oftast mer överkomliga jämfört med flygbiljetter, men för vissa destinationer och resor kan den totala restiden vara nästan lika lång.
- Tågresor är naturligtvis långsammare än flygresor, men järnvägsstationerna ligger ofta i stadens centrum, vilket sparar mycket tid för att ta sig dit och därifrån, medan flygplatser ligger nästan alltid ganska långt utanför staden.
- När du reser på natten kan du spara in på ett hotellrum och samtidigt sova gott - till skillnad från en nattbuss där till och med sovklassen är en stor kompromiss.
- På vissa sträckor finns det lyxservice.
Nackdelar att Resa med Tåg
- För längre resor är tågresor definitivt mer tidskrävande än flygresor.
- Tåg följer tidtabellen, men det är inte ovanligt att tågresor inte följer tidtabellen - och förseningar kan vara enorma, så om du planerar en anslutning till ditt flyg, kontrollera noga när tåget anländer till stationen och tänk efter en extra gång.
- Renlighet är ibland ett problem när det gäller biljetter i andra och tredje klass, och även när det gäller toaletter.
- Om ditt tåg stannar många gånger är det i vissa fall svårt att lista ut när du ska gå av eftersom hållplatserna inte alltid är tydligt annonserade eller markerade med undantag för en elektronisk skärm.

The train stopped two times. During the stopps their was no climatisation on the train and no information. And the first hours we travelled at daytime, but their wasn‘t seats. Every block in the train was beds. And we choose the train for seeing some part of the landscape, but we have the seats / beds 22 and 24 and these are on the top. So we see nothing. But the restaurant and the different meals was excellent

The train was really good, very modern and organised. There are toilets on board and they give you a sandwich and a hot drink. Perfectly on schedule.

The AC on the train is weak in the middle of summer heat in Uzbekistan. It didn't even start until like 30 minutes after the train moved. It stopped completely at every station because it only works when the wheels move. The cabins at stations turn to be like a sauna.
Also there is no Wi-FI which is a shame for first class tickets.
There is no proper service of any kind on the train (no food - no drinks - nothing).

I am very disappointed with my experience. I purchased train tickets for a service that never operated. This was not due to a last-minute cancellation or an unexpected disruption; the train had been removed from the schedule well in advance, yet the website continued to sell tickets for it.
What made the situation even more frustrating was that multiple tourists were affected, and everyone I spoke to had booked through the same website. This indicates that the schedule information on the website was not being kept up to date, resulting in unnecessary stress and disrupted travel plans.
I hope the company improves its systems to ensure that outdated schedules are promptly removed and that future travellers do not experience the same inconvenience.

The time of the train was changed with no notification to an hour earlier than the time on the ticket. We were incredibly lucky to make the train at all. Others we met had exactly the same experience: really dreadful

I was in a part of a coach for 4 persons. I was there with 3 nice babouchkas. They wanted to share her meals. Nice
The coach was good with a samovar. But the individual lights were out of order and there were no usd sockets.

Easy and reliable to buy the tickets from 12Go.
It is very difficult to climb up to the upper bed of the train. There is not enough space for one to sit upright and could only lie down. Very hot inside the cabin.

We booked a first class sleeper ticket and had a great experience. At the train station, the people brought us to a seperate place for "first class ticket booker" which was quite a little bit awkward. But everyone was kind and they brought us to the train as well, when it arrived. We had a Clean and tidy room at the train and the food From the Restaurant was pretty okay! We had a great travel and are Happy to use the train in a few days again to come Back to Taschkent.

The train was pretty uncomfy and felt like I was in a coffin if you are on the top bunk. I've been on the top bunk on other sleeper trains and could at least sit up
