The bus looked beautiful, clean & new inside & outside. I loved the fancy lights in the roof... It made it feel like we were in a casino! The seats were comfortable and reclined well. Although the trip was almost 7 hours, we slept through most of it, so it seemed like it was much quicker.

Old rotten bus, dirty and one seat was broken, obviously for years already!
Chaotic management of seatings not corresponding to given numbers at booking.
Arrival one and a half hour after schedule.
We will never travel again with Ri Trang

Всё хорошо, но автобус ехал очень медленно и везде останавливался, хотя заявлен был как экспресс. В целом ничего страшного, но лучше быть к этому готовым

The bus looks old from the outside but inside it was very comfortable with big seats (24 seat). The staff were friendly and caring and all up I was happy I chose this way to travel.. we actually arrived at 2am and Phuket, not 4.30am as advertised. I only gave 3 stars because the bus is old but the inside i give a 4 star

Very mean bus driver was yelling, overall smooth ride I left a book on bus we tried to tell driver open door he drove off had to follow him in a song taew very upset also the time of this route was ridiculous we were suppose to arrive after 6 we arrived at 430am next bus was at 9am long wait unacceptable

The bus was old but functional. Arrived at HatYai even earlier than scheduled that is fine but they left me, as I was asleep, in the bus while dropping my luggage somewhere else in the bus terminal. So I had to get to the bus station myself to find my luggage. Luckily, I could find it soon after but I could have lost luggage.

Der Bus hatte nach 2stunden eine Panne. Über 1stunde warten auf Ersatz. Der Chauffeur hatte wärend der Fahrt geraucht! Anstatt 15Uhr wie angekündigt sind wir est um 18:30Uhr in Phuket angekommen. Dies sollte ein Express Bus sein?

Bus are on schedule to depart. Stop every region bus terminal for passengers to alight and board include short toilet break. Also local selling F&B at all terminal. Don't expect to much for the amenities for the bus price are resoanable. This bus charter more to locals. Travel timea take 8.30hrs from Phuket to Hat Yai. Overall ok.

The bus was all right, not a luxurious one as other companies but it was safe and fast. We had have heavy traffic so we late 2 hours but overall the trip was all right.

Die Reise an sich war wirklich super! Die Sitze ließen sich sehr weit nach hinten verstellen und da ich gleich in der ersten Reihe saß, hatte ich sogar noch mehr Beinfreiheit. Unser Fahrer ist wirklich gut gefahren und ist nie gerast, ich habe mich zu keiner Zeit unsicher gefühlt. Der einzige negative Aspekt war, dass wir mehr als 2 Stunden früher in Hat Yai angekommen sind, als geplant. Sprich, gegen 4 Uhr in der Früh.

The bus called VIP doesnt mean its high quality, pretty much okay with comfortable seat, and they give complimentary cake and blankets. But the way the driver drive is so fast, i almost feel like we almost hit something, as the bus suddenly dodge away from something, we arrive earlier yes than time scheduled. Overall just okay. But be careful when you arrive at the station, the tuktuk driver is as friendly as they are trying to get your money! They took away my luggage, and ask me to follow them to their tuk2, just be careful! Bargain half or lower than price they ask for.

Sheet provided but a blanket would have been warmer. Overhead bag storage was so tiny our bag didn't fit in. Drove so fast we arrived more than an hour early so got less time to sleep! But it was ok

The conductor, driver and all related staff were superb! The seats were comfortable enough and we had decent legroom, the 3 star rating is purely due to the constant dripping of aircon condensation on my head at the back seat. Imaging trying to sleep during that torture, haha!

Awful trip! The seats are uncomfortable and not adjustable. There was no water or snack that was promised in the ticket. There was no stopping for food. The bus arrived in Khat-Yai 1 hour earlier. I do not recommend this auto company ????????

I was a little disappointed when I saw the bus initially, in comparison to the others at the station. Was expecting a vip bus, WiFi, double decker etc.
Had a single decker bus, 2+1 seats across. I was lucky and had no one sitting next to me on either side .. so managed to lay flat over 3 seats and sleep comfortably as one can when on the move. Didn’t miss the WiFi, as managed to sleep so well, seats are very comfortable and good legroom ( I am over 6ft tall). Arrived at Hat Yai and hour earlier then scheduled .. 5am

The Trip was good! Comfortable to sleep and only obe break! Only thing, the bus was 1,5h early in Hat Yai, so we had to wait 5hours for the next bus to Penang!

Очень удивлена тем, что автобус отправился на 7 минут раньше. Я еще забрасывала чемоданы в багажное отделение, а автобус уже тронулся. Меня впервые укачало в автобусе. Ехали очень быстро, будто водитель очень торопился куда-то. Высадили на 2 часа раньше, чем должны были. В автобусе очень сильно дует центральный кондиционер, холодно. Дали бесплатную воду, вкус у нее был ужасный. Печенье вкусное.
+ широкие раскладывающиеся сидения. Однако не вижу смысла ехать в 24 Vip, можно и в обычном автобусе.

Get what you paid for, nice and cheap. Was an old bus, the driver absolutely hammered it all the way there, was supposed to take 8+ hours did it in 6. We were sat at the front and could see the peril.

Very comfortable journey, smooth driver. The chairs are great, more like arm chairs which are perfect for that sort of journey. We each were given water and snacks along with a blanket.
Very good value for money! Just about to book my return now :-)

The simplest among buses, suited for short distances, not for a 8 hour drive from Phuket to Hatyai. No A/C, little leg space, kinda dirty. Still, it got us where we wanted, I guess.

Helpful staff. Bus was spacious and comfortable. My seatbelt was slightly broke and couldn't be fixed. The guy next offered to swap places with me if I wanted a better seat belt. Left slightly early and arrived early. Was at the back so couldn't see if he was racing but it felt smooth. Food was okay. Only negative about the journey is that it almost cost the same to get to the bus station in phuket as it did to travel the above journey but isn't the fault of these guys.

PROS: The bus was spacious. Right temperature. It was also on-time and arrived at the destination earlier than expected.
CONS: Free Wifi was not available even if it says on the bus. Snack was not provided. I have an issue with my seat, it was reclining on its own. The lady Attendant was not accommodating.
