Be careful when you buy ticket. Even if you buy ticket online, you still have wait in line to register at the desk on the bus station . Then you get your paper ticket . You need this to get on board. The e-ticket is not accepted There are buses that leaves at 12 and 1205 o clock if you miss your bus you cannot get on the 1205.

It was cold in the bus for most of the trip. i told attendant. Nothing changed. The big bus bumped a lot. The bus rolled side to side a lot. Bad road or bus not in good repair. I think not in good repair.

The journey itself was fine, but when we went to collect the tickets the lady at the kiosk just told us to wait to the side when I asked where the bus would leave from. It was only because i had read similar reviews here that I knew nobody would come for us or let us know where the bus actually was, so I went outside and looked for it and asked around. The bus was sat waiting at the stand further down!

Why do I book an e-ticket if I have to queue at the airport to pickup a printed ticket there finally? No seat selection during the online booking process, so you should handle it like first comes first served. Ended up in the first row with less space for the legs compared to the seat I selected before. I survived everything so no tragic events but maybe the feedback helps you to become even better. Most positive thing was the driver using the honk if someone was sleeping on our lane, using free lanes and so on. Good Driver who made it even quicker than expected also we started a bit late.

We got picked up on time, and the journey was quicker than estimated, however we got dropped off 10 mins outside of the city centre and had to pay another 100thb each for transfer, which wasn’t mentioned before purchasing tickets

This was supposed to be a VIP ! Seats old and not very comfortable , the toilet was smelling so bad you couldn't use it ! No USB or charging point. No TV (as advertised). Bumpy ride! Arrived on time. For a VIP service this was bad, should not be called VIP.

Webpage is user friendly. The only issue is tickets are OVERPRICED ONLINE! The ticket is 143 Bahts which is roughly $4. But you will pay more or less $9 when you buy online since they will charge additional fees, commissions etc. So better go buy it at the bus station if you have time. In the worst case, the bus will be full and you will wait the next one in 30-60 mins. Also, nobody cares about vouchers. Even if you buy the ticket online, you still have to get in line in the bus station to have a printed ticket. So FYI.

Der Schalter war sehr unorganisiert. Obwohl ein PDF Ticket vorhanden ist, muss man dennoch an den Schalter, um sich das Busticket geben zu lassen. Der Schalter hat kein Wechselgeld, sodass regelmäßig Leute zum Warten zur Seite gestellt wurden, bis neues "Kleingeld" zum Wechseln vorhanden war. Es wurde lediglich das Ticket übergeben, ohne Hinweise wo man hin muss. Auf Nachfrage wurde man ebenfalls zur Seite gestellt, wo man dann vergessen wird. Fakt ist: Die Schlange an der "Seite" war teilweise größer als die eigentliche Warteschlange. Letztendlich musste ich einen Local fragen, der sich ebenfalls ein Ticket geholt hat. Dieser konnte mir dann helfen. Die Busfahrt selbst war pünktlich und bequem, daran ist nichts auszusetzen.

Everything worked out, but one star less because they said we need to wait. Then she said something in thai once and we should go. If another lady wouldn't have reacted, they just would have left us. Poorly organised. Apart from that good 4 stars trip.

Seamless. I booked the day before, had a bit of trouble printing the ticket (some reviews said it was needed, some said it wasn't but I practiced caution) and I didn't arrive 30 minutes before to check in because of traffic but there was no issue at all. Straight on and the van left on time. The van does stop outside the town but there is a sign at check in advising that an extra 100 baht, which I didn't mind as the smaller van driver drops you off at your accommodation which was great. The main van was clean, quiet, a bit cold so I wore leggings and jumper, given a bottle of water. I'd recommend this and do it again without hesitation.

A very comfortable ride from Hua Hin to Suvarnabuhmi. 3 hours 20 minutes. Recommended!
