Bus station was easy to find. I arrived a bit earlier than the booked time but they let me ride the bus anyways.
The trip took longer because of the traffic.

It was like 20minutes too late and after a 24hour journey i just wantwd to check in the hotel. It said be 30minutes before start there ans i was a bit unsure about what happens when it wont come. But in the end it was all fine, thank you. It took 30mins länger to kata beach than planmed,but all good, no pressure

Got us where we needed to get to mostly. Bus was packed, luggage everywhere, very crammed. This is fine mostly except the a/c wasn’t cold, in a small van in 35c weather with 13 people this gets very warm.
We told the driver where we needed to be dropped and he missed the stop and said to walk because he couldn’t turn around.

We had a smooth drive, the driver was very kind and helpful. The trip takes longer than stated, took us 2.5h instead of 1.5h to Karon Circle.

Was supposed to leave at 5pm but didn’t until gone then left the airport stopped up the road turned around to pick more people up and didn’t end up leaving the airport until 6pm maybe later

Bus took money from a tourist first and then he found out there is no sitting place for him so he sat near the luggage whole time. Tourist was not informed about it.
Also bus stopped to take and drop off local people on it's way who made jokes about tourists in Thai. Bus also stopped in Patong for at least 15 minutes and waited there, passengers were not informed. I was last passenger going to Kata, they suggested to me to get out in Karong and walk all the way! It's good I knew that there is a stop in Kata and demanded them to take me there. Overall, price is good but service is not great.

Arrived early- the staff put us on the next bus anyway. Dropped us right at our hotel rather than the bus depot in Patong (it was on the way). 12go charges quite a bit more than buying on the spot.

The bus driver stopped many times and it seemed like he picked up tourists on the way to charge them more, so it took way longer than expected. Also we were just sat in the bus at the airport even thought the bus left an hour later. All this time the motor was running for the airconditioning which is a unnecessary burden to the environment. We wished to get some information to go and eat something before the bus would leave, but we just sat an hour in the bus starving 🙈

The hours available online are random, there are busses every hour in front of the airport. The departure was supposed to be 12:45 but the bus left at 13:45 and it kept stopping. The drop off is random as well so you need to walk after.
