Everthing went very well, until we arrived. Our trip endet Sukhothai instead Sukhothai Historical Park and the guy I was asking was not very friendly and just gave us our bags.

The bus was spacious and comfortable with charging ports. We didn’t expect to have to change buses halfway through the journey but it was quick and easy, albeit stressful! We stopped for a rest break halfway through and were able to use the bathroom and get some food. Arrived to Sukhothai Historical Park on time! Overall a good journey!

El autobús hace muchas paradas, a medio camino cambiamos a otro bus. Normal que llegue tarde!! Bastante incómodo aunque es de agradecer que haya mantas ( el aire acondicionado va a tope) y te den agua y algo para picar. Si quieres coger este autobús con idea de llegar a una hora olvídalo.

Unexpected partial refund and bus change in Phitsanulok. Resulted in a lost luggage. Nearly no help from 12go. Fortunately nice people at destination could help us and we got it back 24h later after the help of 4 individuals none related to 12go. Nice driver nice people bad info.

Le bus est parti à l’heure, mais on a eu deux heures plus de deux heures de retard à l’arrivée. On a dû changer de bus en cours de route. On nous a fourni une bouteille d’eau et des petits gâteaux, mais il n’y a pas de prise ni de wi-fi dans le bus.

I know it’s Thailand and it’s Thai speaking but since you sell tickets to tourists it would be nice to have a paper in English to read when the person in the bus talk in Thai. It was a little late but very nice bus and I’m happy of the service it’s just to help maybe others tourists.

On ne sait jamais quand on va arriver, et ce depuis l'application des le paiement du ticket
Au début on vous dit 14-20h, vous cliquez dessus ça passe à 22h, puis en réalité vous arrivez à 23h
Le bus s'arrête dans toutes les villes, à la fin on a été obligés de changer de bus
Pour finir le bus est vieux et on ne peut pas brancher les téléphones

Bus was OK, but the arrival in Sukhothai was messy and confusing. I bought my ticket for the "old Town" but the bus made me get off in the "new town" where tuk tuks wanted 300 bahts for a 5 min drive (closely the same price as a 6 hour bus to Chiang Mai). Definitely a scam with the help of the bus company.

L'hôtesse de bord a été absolument affreuse avec nous, de montrant dédaigneuse et irrespectueuse. Nous n'avons pas osé nous éloigner du bus durant la pause de peur qu'elle reparte sans nous.
La ponctualité était excellent, petit snack et eau fournie. Siege assez confortable (possible de se mettre allonger mais pas très large)

Myself and a friend took the 21:30 ride on the bus and we arrived almost 2 hours earlier than expected time so we had to wait until 6 for our accommodation to open. The bus drove a bit too fast for us. Such a big vehicle can not drive so fast with passengers in it.
The seats were comfortable.

AC was very very cold. A sound signal constantly issue from dashboard. I highly recommand to take places at the back of the bus bacause it was not possible to sleep more than 3 minutes.

J'ai connu nettement mieux en matière de personnel..... la très jeune hôtesse n'était vraiment pas représentative du si fameux sourire Thailandais mais plutôt style "adjudant chef".......
Très honnêtement je préfère les bus qui s'arrêtent à Old City Sukhothai, les personnels sont nettement plus agréables et les bus plus confortables

We (2p) took the 21.30 bus and arrived earlier in Sukhoithai then they said. The bus station in Bangkok is huge! The bus provides blankets, cookies and water. There was airco and the lights went off, the seats could be adjusted so you can sleep. We took the tuk tuk from the bus terminal in sukhoithai to the historical park. This is about 12 km. We had to wait in old Sukhothai in the dark until 6am, so we walked around Wat Srasi and waited there. Then we hired bikes for 30 baht and explored the historical park during sunrise and for the rest of the morning. This was perfect!!!! In the early morning it is not super hot yet and it feels like you are in the historical park alone!!!

Long, s’arrête très souvent sinon le bus est confortable et l'air conditionné réglable. Les toilettes, par contre, deviennent rapidement un lieu infect. Est-ce la faute de de l'opérateur ou des clients qui ne savent pas vivre?

Everything ok. We got water and food when we started the journey. At the end of the Journey the bus stopped a lot and we came about half an hour late. The air condition was very strong and we had to protect us against it. at the end of the journey we weared jerseys and a blanket over the knees.

The bus was quote old, but the seats were comfortable, the air condition wasn't too cold (there were blankets if you needed). We arrived about half an hour late, so not too bad;-)
We made one quick stop after 4 hrs for toilet and a coffee.

Bus propre, départ à l’heure, conduite ok, eau + snack, arrivé 1h30 en avance à la bus station de Sulhothai (ne vas pas à la old city) prévoir le coup à Sukhothai car à 4h du mat y’a pas grand chose, auberge propre en face de la gare routière.
Pour info, à Morchit, le guichet pour retirer votre ticket en présentant le mail 12go est au 1st floor (qui est en réalité au rez de chaussée) à l’extérieur sur le trottoir, au numéro 53/54. Y’a des bureaux d’information qui vous renseignent si vous êtes perdus.

The driver was playing some annonying music for almost the whole drive. The buss was also like 2h early. Usually nice but i was there at 3am and had to wait outside almost 3h because my hostel was still closed????

Die Fahrt war gut, haben 8h gebraucht (mit einer kurzen Pause) und der Bus hielt in New Sukhothai. Es gab eine kleine Flasche Wasser sowie eine Portion Reis mit Fleisch. Mit Pulli und langer Hose war es angenehm von der Temperatur her. Können die Fahrt nur empfehlen.

Le bus s'arrête constamment, l'hôtesse est très désagréable, après phitsanulok il s'est arrêté 20 minutes pour faire l'entretien du bus.
Nous sommes donc arrivés une heure en retard, est déposé à 15 km du parc historique.

Bus is not new, but moderately clean. You get simple rice and chicken meal. There is one 15 minute stop when you can eat very cheap lunch (30-50THB). Ride is pretty ok.
