The travel itself was really nice and smooth. There was, however, confusion about the meeting point for our transfer. The adress was inaccesable when found through the google maps. We wrote an email and a whatsapp message and the intructuons did not help us find the location. In the end, we were told that they will pick us up at the hotel, which was nice, but it would be less stressfull, if there were clear and truthful information about the meeting point beforehand.

Booked this operator because of ETA 14.30 at Ko Tao. When I received the boat ticket the day before arrival, it said ETA 16.25.
That surprised me, I booked this operator (not the cheapest one) just because of quick travel and without any notice, the ETA changed with 2hrs.

The listed arrival time was incorrect and completely unrealistic. The listed arrival time was actually the time the ferry departed. We paid extra for the shorter trip, but in the end, the journey took just as long as the other available routes.

Pick up was earlier than expected so make sure you arrive super early. The drivers were super helpful and accommodating of extra luggage. The journey was a bit longer than expected but air con helped

The Ferry from Koh Samui to Krabi was excellent and on time. Once we arrived at the pier in Krabi we were confused on where to go to wait for our hotel transfer and poorly directed. We waited over 2 hours past the expected time for our transfer to our hotel in Ao Nang. Multiple other people waited just as long. When we talked to staff members everyone told us a different thing. The whole thing felt very chaotic and disorganized which is too bad because it has potential to be great

Unorganized. After the ferry we had to wait for more than 1 hour to be able to get in the van. Hotel Transfer can be super unlucky. First hotel was 3 minutes away from our hotel, but the driver decided to go the other way around and let everybody else out and go the long route so we had to wait another 40 minutes. In total delay of 2 hours. Van had AC, was comfortable, fast driver.

The ferry was really good, comfy, team was nice.
However, we won't recommend the minibus company as we were really afraid. Longest three hours of our life. Was it a Mariokart race ? Maybe. The bus driver was driving so fast and was at the phone at the same time. Sometimes, it felt like he was going to fall asleep.
We'll give a two stars note because it's a miracle we didn't die lol.

I'd like to give a 5-star review. The organisation and communication were excellent, and every staff member we interacted with spoke great English. We genuinely could not fault the service we received today.
The whole journey was seamless, even though we were initially unsure about our pickup point.
When I sent my location, the team came straight to us. They were extremely helpful, polite, and clearly wanted to work with us to make everything easy.
It was honestly the best experience we've had during our time in Thailand.

The trip to Khao Sok was smooth and well organized. The staff was very attentive in locating the passengers and making sure everyone was on board. Communication was easy and clear throughout the journey, which made the experience stress-free. At the end of the trip, they dropped us off directly at our hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and reliable transfer.

The booking process is troublesome if your card is not accepted right away it keeps trying without you knowing and if you get another card to go through you end up with 2 appointments even though they say u won't get charged you do. Then you only get a partial refund if any at all.
