The service and facilities on the coach are excellent.
However the screened entertainment of sci-fi horror movies was not appropriate to a mixed group of different people.

This was an easier experience than I thought. The instructions were simple. The address was in Thai so I could show it to taxi driver. As an an added benefit I arrived earlier than anticipated and was put onto an earlier bus. This bus had a stop outside my hotel which the Bus staff told me about and informed me when I arrived at the stop. A real bonus. Highly recommend.

I checked with bus driver before we left. He would stop and let me off at the BTS train station enroute.
Instead, we returned to the bus terminal and i had to hire a taxi to go to the BTS train station. Very unhappy!!!

I’ve taken this bus service twice now ...once Overnight from Chiang Mai and this recent time from Bangkok to Nakhon Ratchasima. They provide you with blankets, snack, WiFi, toilet w/ tp...A-1 Top Notch service ...would recommend to anyone! FYI Just be mindful of your belongings and keep your valuables on your person.

トイレ付きはやはり安心。この他wifi、スナック、広々座席とLCCよりいたって快適。バス自体はチャトチャックバスターミナルから出発。ただしチケット発券の場所が分かりづらい。メールではカウンター番号しか書いていないが、チャトチャバスターミナルのイサーン地方行きは3階のカウンターとなる。ともかくバスターミナルに着いたらインフォメーションに聞くべし。

Bus was on time, easy to find. The bus was clean and comfortable and air conditioned. We arrived 2 hours earlier than it said on our ticket which was confusing, but we contacted our host family and it was no problem for them to pick us up earlier.
I highly recommend this service

Travelled with Nakhonchai21. Bus was spacious, with wifi and refreshment provided. Steward spoke English, which was helpful. But a bit disconcerting at bus terminals, as signs were mostly in Thai language

Comfortable seats with massage function. We were provides a blanket, water and snacks. Bus arrived 1 hour earlier in Pak Chong than scheduled. However, films were shown in the bus and the sound was too loud.

おやつ、水、おしぼりでます。車内アナウンスはタイ語のみ。
コラート行きのチケットカウンターは、バスセンターの3階ですが、どこのカウンターかウロウロしましたがなんとかなります。

The service of the bus was great, there’s TV, snack, drink, and the reclining seat is very comfortable. But for who will go to Khao Yai, this bus stops at Tesco Lotus (just beside the highway), it’s around 20km to National Park, and no taxi.

Absolutely no problem. Great service and unbelievably cheap in price. BKK to Nakhon Ratchasima was only $259 baht (less than $10/USD) with taxes included. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Had A/C and Wi-Fi. Definitely would recommend and will use again.
