The Bus always stoped in the way, it wasn’t in the description. And also the Bus wasn’t the one we booked, I wouldn’t recommend to book this one, because it’s not what you get.

Clean, prompt, totally comfortable ride from Siem Reap to Battambang. They even offered to pick me up from my hostel, which wasn't a service I requested nor knew was available. No complaints.

The company in Laos did not receive all the accurate information which I supplied to the Cambodia company, luckily it all still worked out. But I feel like the issue lies with 12goasia rather than the companies

Five stars for communication from start to finish. Very professional and helpful and always available quickly to answer any questions. The journey was well organised and mostly comfortable. I would have given 5 stars for the journey, but the last leg of the trip we were transferred to another vehicle which was a very old and rusty van with cracks on the windscreen and I felt the driver drove way too fast given the condition of the van, which felt very uncomfortable to me. However, we arrived safe and sound.

Mini van was cancelled due to lack of passengers but a private car was provided including pick up from condo and drop off at hotel, ayang from Mekong visa service was amazing, sorting everything out and keeping me well informed

We booked a bus from Siem Reap to Don Det and it was a complete mess from start to finish. The vehicle was completely overcrowded — both with passengers and luggage. We were crammed into a small minivan with barely any space to breathe, let alone sit comfortably. The trip to the border took over 6 hours, during which the driver only stopped once for a short toilet break. That’s simply unreasonable — I expected at least a stop every two hours. At the border, things got even worse: the bus drove off without part of the group, just because the immigration process took too long. Only after several phone calls did the bus finally return. The driver was visibly annoyed, roughly threw our bags back into the van, and his driving was absolutely reckless. This entire journey was disorganized, disrespectful, and honestly dangerous. I would never book with this company again and do not recommend it to anyone.

The only problem was the pick up point at Terminal 21? Was it not far from Gate 3, or out on the road in front of the plane? There were two different points marked on your ticket map? In the end lucky I rang your ph number, & your man got back to me that he wanted me outside Gate 1?

The night bus with sleeper seats was impressively comfortable, offering excellent amenities such as charging ports, blankets, and clean onboard facilities. The ride was smooth throughout and the bus departed and arrived on time, making it a reliable option for overnight travel. However, the journey did include a slight inconvenience, because upon reaching the ferry point in the early morning, all passengers were required to disembark and transfer to a boat to reach the island. While not a deal-breaker, this added step disrupted the rest a bit. Overall, it’s a solid choice for convenience and comfort, despite the ferry transfer hassle.

Left Siem Reap 40minutes late and we were in a nice car instead of a bus because we were only 4. Nice ride until the Thai border. Border to Bangkok was in a mini bus, full and less confortable, not so many explications from the driver, and not even a goodbye at the end or anything. Overall it was ok for this trip

Absolut positiv zu erwähnen ist, die angestrebte Reisezeit von 3 Stunden wurde trotz 15 Minuten verspäteter Abfahrt auf die Minute genau eingehalten. Allerdings waren wir auch die Ersten, die am Hotel abgesetzt wurden. Der Minibus war nicht ganz das, was wir erhofft bzw. erwartet hatten. Viel länger als 3 Stunden hätten unsere Gliedmaßen das Spiel nicht mitmachen wollen. Insgesamt war aber alles super durchgetaktet, vom Abholen bis zum Absetzen, ebenso die Kommunikation mit dem Unternehmen. In unserem speziellen Fall wurde sich sogar darum gekümmert, dass unsere Fehlbuchung (Datum) korrigiert wurde. Ganz lieben Dank, das war großartig!

Die Betreuung im Vorfeld per Mail und WhatsApp durch Nicko war super. Aaaaaber: Der Fahrer ist gefahren wie ein Irrer, durchgehend auf der Hupe später in Kombination mit Lichthupe, nur in riskantesten Überholmanövern gefahren! Beinahe hätte er einen kleinen Jungen auf einem Fahrrad umgefahren - haarscharf dank einer Vollbremsung kam er Zentimeter vor diesem zum Stehen. Der Van war komplett überfüllt; alle Notsitze wurden mitbenutzt. Die Pausen waren viel zu lang. Es gab eine Mittagspause von gut anderthalb Stunden, nach der es einen neuen Van mit weniger Leuten geben sollte. Pustekuchen; alles beim Alten. Wir waren heilfroh, als wir endlich gesund in Siam Reap waren.
