Good ride from Krakow to Katowice Airport. Much cheaper than a private car, and very fast, a bit over an hour, which was faster than I even thought it would take. No real complaints. The van was a bit tight on legroom but not too bad for an hour.

I had a good trip. Ho fatto un buon viaggio anche se l'autista andava molto veloce ed è stato un po' spericolato Infatti siamo arrivati con 40 minuti di anticipo. L'autista andava troppo veloce faceva frenate brusche e cambi di corsia improvvisi.

Hotel Shuttle. Waiting right outside the airport. Coming back to the airport I didn’t use my return ticket. Once you get to the International bus station there isn’t even a Matuszek sign so you are aware of the pick up points. They tell you it picks you up on a road, the road is very long! Personally I wouldn’t use this and I would use the public transport. Return ticket on public transport is much cheaper and easier to commute.

Personal touch( giving me a ring ). The journey out was faultless for the money , giving me a ring when I got to the airport to tell me there is a place vacant on an earlier bus still at the airport which I gladly filled . The overall experience was somewhat tarnished because the return bus was 70 minutes late leaving it tight for time at the airport. Alls well that ends well , I caught the flight. Return bus 70 minutes late.

The driver was very polite. The bus was outside of the airport when we arrive so it wasn't difficult to find it. The seats were not very comfortable for 2hour trip. The van was too small for 12 peaople and luggage.

Excellent service. The company contacted me before my journey to get my phone number. They make sure that all the passengers are accounted for before the buses depart. They call people if necessary. They are aware of the flights of their passengers and potential delays. All in all it's excellent service, I did not expect it.

Busfahrer war pünktlich, Ankunftszeit war pünktlich. Der Busfahrer war sehr verständnisvoll und koorperativ einem Gast+Frau&Kind gegenüber, die Probleme mit der Buchung hatten, nicht die passende Währung hatten und dringend zum Flughafen wollten.
