Only problem with an air conditioned coach is when the air conditioner does not cool the coach, it kept it at a sustained warm level not a chill level

The bus was on time, it was very confortable (we had a blanket and bottle of water). It was a little bit confusing because we had to change véhicule midway and no one could explain to us in English but that’s not their fault. Would recommand.

Fantastic journey. Punctual, safe and staff were very helpful. I’ve been travelling this journey for years. You can see how safety has improved over the years. You also get complimentary McDonald’s breakfast. Great experience.

Left at 7pm, arrived at 6.30am the next day. It is a sleeper bus but the operator kept on making me put my seat upright because there was someone behind me so I was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep. There were so many stops and it took forever. We were supposed to arrive not after 5am.

Overall experience was good. The coach was good, comfortable and very clean. The Cherdchai staff in the terminal at Korat were absolutely amazing and looked after us making sure we got the correct bus to Khon Kaen. Would 100% recommend this bus service.

The staff's service at the busses and the buses themselves and the driving style were super! 5 points. But we got troubles in the beginning because the boarding point was not the same like in the description. The lady at the counter had never seen a 12goAsia voucher. Luckily the people were very helpful and we had a Thai speaking woman as translator...

The bus upper deck smelled bad, because of the onboard toilet... It was very unpleasant. My suitcase was damaged, due to being put beside a hot engine part, the plastic was melted in places. I was angry about this. The bus was advertised to be the fastest option, it wasn't any faster than the other buses. False advertising. I use another tour company in the future.

Even though I was late because I was waiting in the wrong place, the operator called me in the phone. That's great. But the waiting place was different to what it was last time. That's unacceptable. A position on a map image on the e-ticket is not good enough. There needs to be an explicit description of it. For example, opposite Tesco Lotus, in big bold letters.

The bus is on time. We arrived early at the bus terminal and they offered us to have the earlier trip instead of the booked schedule. We just declined their offer because we were not in a hurry for the trip and were hungry then. The vehicle is comfortable. No wifi on board but there was a charging port so it is okay. We were surprised that there were snacks served during the trip. We had a great experience.

Trip in the fridge. Cleanliness: 10/10. It was very cold during the whole trip. Because of the strong air conditioning the trip turned into 10 hours of torture, because it's impossible to sleep in such cold. We asked to turn down the air conditioning, but we were told that it's impossible. Air temperature: -10/10.

Wrong bus. I finally arrived at my destination Chiang Rai. There were 3 buses going to Chiang Rai. I was taken by a company employee to my bus and to my seat 101-B located on the lower level. After settling into my seat a female employee told me I was on the wrong bus and needed to change seats. I tried to show her my ticket and seat number but she refused to listen to me or look at my seat #. I am 78 years old and she took me to the upper leaves of another bus and escorted me to seat 12-A. I attempted to politely explain that this was not my seat but the other seat on the other bus was in fact my seat #. After the 13 hour ride in the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever experienced traveling in, I needed to get professional assistance on my back. Although I’m feeling better now I’m still unable to perform my daily activities without discomfort. I doubt I will use or recommend your services again. The journey was quite smooth, and all passengers were purchased a McDonald’s burger for free halfway through the ride! There was also a convenient (and well-needed) pit stop, during which we are able to refresh, purchase snacks/food/drinks, and use the restroom. Was one of the best and smoothest bus rides I’ve experienced in Thailand!
