I did not pre check or pre pay for check in bags bc I was unsure at time of early previous booking weeks before. Lady said we will pay overage, but instead in the end we paid flat fee to check 4 bags for more expensive but better value. She could have save time and mention that it’s better deal to pay flat fee for 4 bags instead of kg overage. But maybe communication error on both parties her and us, or bc my spouse was rushing and making me nervous to understand. Overall it went ok and satisfied with check in.

Je suis vraiment très déçu de 12GOasia. Lors de ma dernière réservation manille Palawan vous m'avez envoyé ma confirmation avec un plan pour m’y rendre . je devais partir avec cebu Pacifique, j'ai reçu un plan avec terminal 2. Le taxi m'a posé là-bas hors, Cebu pacific c'était pas au Terminal 2 c'était au Terminal 3 qui était encore à 15 minutes du terminal 2 en taxi. la panique totale. Je me suis retrouvé tout seul dans le mauvais terminal. Ensuite 15 minutes en taxi qui en plus à abusé sur le tarif. Je suis très en colère.
