Все прошло отлично. На пароме есть зоны, где можно позагорать и зоны с кондиционером. Паром отправился вовремя. Подплывая к ПхиПхи сделал крюк вокруг маленького острова и мы могли очень близко наблюдать высокие скалы, вырастающие прямо из моря. Сиденья в стандартном классе очень комфортные. Удалось даже поспать

I have motion sickness so I took pills and slept the whole way! My husband was awake and said that it didn’t shake so much and it was a smooth ride. The only con is that the ferry left 30 min late and it’s chaos when desembarking.

Decent journey, things were a little chaotic at Phi Phi pier, but it's a big boat and we had good legroom on the lower deck. No shop just so you're aware, they only have a little stall for snacks and it's very overpriced. When we arrived at Phuket, we nearly got left behind as the organisation of the transfer buses was very chaotic.

We had purchased First Class seats and were the first to arrive. The door to First Class was locked and we repeatedly asked if we could get in. Finally, I showed one of the men on the boat our tickets and asked why it was still locked and they indicated we had to go and check-in again. By that time the line up to get on the boat was very long and I said that we needed some help. One of the young men on the boat offered to help and took me to check-in where I was given the proper stickers. After that, everything was great! Just ensure you get the right stickers so you can enjoy a great ride from beginning to end!

Not pleased with the fact that I unwillingly paid for insurance. First attempt to pay for the ferry tickets failed, so I had to try again. The first time I unticked the insurance, but the second time it apperantly just popped up and I paid for tickets and an insurance I didn’t want. I think you should make it easier to buy the ferrytickets without having to untick the insurace.

I was disappointed that the ferry was 2 hours late arriving to Ton Sai Peir. It really cut into our time on the beach!

The trip was supposed to go to Laem Tong beach but the ferry itself was late leaving, did some sightseeing on the southern Phi Phi island and then was really late into Ton Sai. The staff on the boat didn't know we were going to Laem Tong and seemed to think it wasn't possible but eventually organised a transfer by small boat. We got there about an hour late. The journey would be a lot better if it was clear that the ferry doesn't go to Laem Tong as we could have got the faster boat for cheaper then organised our own transfer. There were a lot of confused people on the ferry as the timing wasn't clear. The sightseeing was ok and would be fine if known about on advance as long as you don't mind being late to the island.

My speedboat was supposed to sail at 13:30 to Phi Phi Island. We arrived at the pier an hour earlier. So we were kindly put on the boat at 12:30. Thanks a lot

Bonne organisation. Les agents sont là pour nous renseigner. Nous sommes partis 15 mn en retard, mais pendant les vacances ce n'est pas grave. Nous avons aussi fait le tour de Phi phi Leh, magnifique, avant d'arriver à Phi phi don. Je recommande.

Ferry was nice and large, plenty of decks for viewing from. Took an hour longer than the advertised time because the captain took some detours to take us via Maya Bay and other nearby sights, which was not ideal because the large ferry couldn’t get that close and I’m sure most people like us were going to do a tour the next day anyway. The total 3 hour trip was quite long.

quick and easy transport. pretty straight forward, to bad we couldn't sit all the way up top. and we made a little visit to one of the islands close by, and had to wait to get some of the passengers on to a different boat (30 - 45min longer trip than it was advertised). but the weather and trip itself was nice, so no complaining here

One thing to improve is communication : list of,spots (Kho Phi Phi, different hotels...)

The boat journey itself was fine, however the boat added an extra hour and a half onto our journey for a ‘tour’ going around maya bay. In my opinion it was pointless as the boat was too large to even get near and just prolonged the journey. Then we had to stop for a group of people to get off the boat and be transferred onto another boat for a trip to long beach. This was not advertised and just delayed us getting off boat.

The trip haven't been comfortable, because the ship is a speedboat. It has the advantage is the more speed but it has disavantage that you dont' enjoy.

出発は予定より30分遅れくらい。途中、ピピレイ島のマヤベイとラグーンを眺められる位置に止まってくれて、写真なども撮れました。船もまずまずキレイで、費用も安く満足です。

We first got on a large boat at Laemtong, then mid water had to transfer to a small one. When we got to Ton Sai could believe the amount of people and luggage getting on the boat. There were 28 people and 3 crew. We were squeezed in so tight, luggage up to our knees. People having to stand up in between luggage. It was awful and I am sure we were way over the weight limit. A very uncomfortable journey… I have taken a photo incase you would like to see what I am talking about.

Really enjoyed our trip. The staff helped us load baggage, board boat, and even figure out where to go after arriving at the port. The boat was very comfortable and spacious. Easy process and good value for money

We were unable to take the trip but could not change the date of departure because 12go needed 3 days notice to change the booking. That meant we had to change our departure date even before we arrived!!! Don’t use this agent. It is very easy to book the trip at the departure point for a much lower cost.

We used Andaman Wave Master to get from Phuket to Phi Phi island. Everything was well arranged. We were delivered to Phi Phi on time. The trip from Rassada Pier to Ton Sai took exactly 1 hour.

Bought tickets on internet and read the information of the boat. On the Pier they showed you to another small boat without AC and in really bad condition and you got to sit inside in that heat. In addition, it was delayed for 20 minutes. Bad!

Sind ein bisschen später abgefahren, aber pünktlich am Laem Tong Pier angekommen. Standardklasse ist im unteren Bereich und war zu arg heruntergekühlt. Check in war chaotisch. Auf dem Boot war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Les sièges étaient vraiment très proches les uns des autres, donc on était un peu serré... On a préféré aller à l'ombre sur le pont. Sinon, l description était conforme. Le temps de trajet aussi. Ponctuel.
