Priset för bussresan beror både på destinationen och biljettklassen. Observera att inte alla biljettklasser är tillgängliga på vissa sträckor, men för längre resor finns det nästan alltid ett bra urval av alternativ. Välj en sovbuss för den mest bekväma resan med övernattning. Sovbussar är vanligtvis utrustade med liggplatser eller mjuka liggbara säten, har en toalett ombord och din biljett kan också innehålla andra förmåner som snacks eller till och med en lunch. Att ta en nattbuss är också en bra idé om du vill spara in på ditt hotellrum. - Bussarna har vanligtvis det bredaste nätverket av destinationer som täcks. De reser till platser som du inte kan ta dig till med flyg eller ens med tåg.
- Det är enkelt att resa med buss - man behöver inte komma till bussterminalen i förväg och incheckningen är vanligtvis en mycket snabb formalitet, till skillnad från flygresor.
- Bussbiljetter är mycket prisvärda. Ja, det finns kostsamma första klass- eller VIP-alternativ, men om du har en budget är bussen det första transportmedel du måste tänka på.
- Samtidigt finns det olika serviceklasser som passar alla budgetar. Om du är ute efter en högre grad av komfort kan bussar också täcka dig.
Nackdelar att Resa med Buss
- Intercitybussterminaler kan ligga utanför centrum och i utkanten av staden. Det innebär att du måste räkna med extra tid och pengar för att ta dig dit. På vissa destinationer kan det kosta dig mer än du tror att åka från bussterminalen eftersom endast ett begränsat antal transportföretag får trafikera sträckan - och priserna kan vara överdrivna.
- Under hektiska helger eller högsäsong kan bussar som betjänar vissa turistdestinationer gå över tiden och kräva förhandsbokning.

No tables, recline of the seats only a little bit possible, bad communication Crew to guest. They should let us know some Minutes before a stop, that we will stop. Instead they pushed us after the bus stop. Bad English skills of the crew, bad behavior, watching movies next to guest without headphones. Would be easier, when writing the complete Adresse for PickUp and DropOff on the voucher instead of „Ho-Chi-Minh City“.

Good customer service, the bus runs smoothly, and they offer free tea, coffee, candy, and lunch.
The minus is that the legroom is not comfortable, it's too small.

FABULOUS. Great airconditioning. Comfortable seat. They gave us a free sandwich, free water, and free hot coffee. The seatbelts worked and there was a working toilet on board. On the way back when I was waiting for the return trip I dropped 20,000 riel. The staff picked it up and handed it to me. Super honest. The stop in Sihanoukville is a little way from the ferry station. But the Grab only cost 6,900 riel. Also the office next to Vet in Sihanoukville sells ferry fares. So if you want to go straight to the islands you can arrange it there. Very seamless.

Comfortable journey, punctual and good service. But the seat mapping shown in 12go and the actual seat layout was different. Also, the pic shows a Mercedes Benz bus, whilst the actual bus was a Hyundai. Good nevertheless.

The location for pickup was incorrect - old location, we were lucky our Grab driver knew where to go. The driver speaks loudly the whole way! He hoots constantly, mostly for no reason, overtakes a car/truck/bus/bike every opportunity he gets, even when unsafe. Someone's water bottle leaked on the floor and drenched my entire bag, this is obviously not the bus company's fault, accidents happen, but water was still running on the floor so I told the bus assistant. Instead of finding the source of the leak, he said sorry and handed me tissues. This was not a VIP experience at all, it was impossible to sleep over the bus drivers loud voice and constant hooting. I do not recommended this tour company, however, if you have no other choice, sit in the back of the bus as far away from the driver as possible and make sure you have some soundproof headphones. Bus arrived 30min early and was on time for pickup, hence 2 stars.

Very comfortable journey and a great experience overall. The staff were friendly and helpful, explained everything and guided us through the border. Everything went smoothly, we departed on time, and the trip was very well organized. Food, drinks and coffee were provided during the journey, which was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend!
P.S. The only small issue was that it was quite cold inside due to the air conditioning. Blankets would be a nice addition for passengers who get cold.

Very comfortable bus.
The bus station at Battambang was quiet, clean, air conditioned and well organised.
Lunch stop was good, I had excellent value fried noodles.
Arrived in Phnom Peng well on time.

The bus trip time seems a lie, was 3h30 advertised but that seems impossible.
Plus the bus had an hour delay, we were not allowed to take an earlier bus with plenty of space. Arrived almost 2 hours late in phnom penh.

Vet is becoming my preferred bus from HCMC to PP.
The added snacks and coffee on the bus + their help at the border if customs get "tricky" has made me decide I'll likely keep using these guys form comfort on this long journey.

Had a great experience on the bus given complimentary water, croissant and a cup of coffee. The crew were friendly and helpful and spoke good english.
The bus was clean and modern with screens on the back of each seat with a USB port for charging. We were in Phnom Penh more or less on time.

was a bit delayed by an hour, not the fault of the operator but one of the lads on the bus couldnt get through the border due to a soon expiring passport, situation was a bit vague and unclear as nothing was explained and the bus they initially drove off without him while his friends were still on the bus. Seemed to get sorted eventually and was otherwise smooth sailing. otherwise was fine and came with warm drinks, food, and water. toilets were nicer than any we've had in asia in the last 6 weeks and seats were super comfy

Excellent transport Battambang to Phnom Penh in 21 seater bus. Luxurious, two drivers, one hostess, snack bag with bun & water. One stop of approx 25 minutes where food was available, v clean. Bus left late as waited for 2 passengers to arrive, but we still arrived in PP on time. We had 2 seats in row 1. Highly recommend. Easy to get a Grab at PP arrival station.

The bus was not the same as in the booking confirmation but it was just as good. Comfortable seats, toilet on board, attentive staff. We received snacks and lunch during the way. We arrived to our final destination 30 mins earlier. Can not complain. Can recommend it.

We had a 1st class trip from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. It was a great price, comfortable adjustable seats, air con, snacks and a 20min stop. Although I slept a bit of the way it was really scenic serving through villages of Cambodia, would definitely recommend.

This was by far the best bus service I have ever received. Everything is easy, smooth, and professional. The staff are SUPER KIND and HELPFUL. The whole journey looks like a flight but on a bus. You will have meals as well. They took extra care for me and waited for me at the border since I was traveling with a weak passport. 100% worth the price for their service c. Thank you so much

It was a very comfortable ride. The staff were very helpful and gave instructions in English as well as Khmer. They even provided lunch, which was included. The bus was also very modern, so you could charge your devices. And, they had free WiFi.

Good organization. Smooth ride. Good drivers. Even some food was given. We could chose different dishes. The only critique: the woman, who served us, was very unfriendly, to me at least. She doesn't understand what customer satisfaction means and how important it is, to a company providing a customer based service.

Excellent service from viet air bus : comfortable seats, water, croissant, milk, entertainment service, wifi (not so reliable throughout the journey but hey it's better than nothing).
Siem Reap to Phnom Penh is long but viet air bus provides very decent conditions of travel.

I read a review that said the bus took 4 hrs instead of 3 and that's exactly what happened to me. Just adjust the scheduled time if that's consistently the case.

Comfortable bus, great service, very nice/kind driver and hostess. However, there were two main issues with the operating office. My bus from Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh was scheduled for 15:45. I went two days ago to the VET office in Ho Chi Minh City to check the ticket and departure point to ensure everything was as planned. All was confirmed. On the day of travel, I arrived at the departure point at 15:00 (45 minutes early). The office staff were panicked and hurried, immediately telling me that my bus was on the main road and leaving now at 15:00; the time had changed! Excuse me? I was so lucky I arrived 45 min early, or I would have missed my bus for no reason! I RAN to the road and managed to board the bus at the last minute! It really departed after I got on. I was lucky, but this is actually a serious problem. The second issue is that I am a solo traveller; I specifically chose a bus with a single seat. I reserved seat 1A. When I arrived at the office, they also changed my seat to a two-seater in the last minute. These small (!) issues are annoying, but otherwise everything was great!

The instructions for the pick up point weren’t clear so we ended up going to the wrong place. The bus actually left at 2:45 instead of 2:15. The free water and biscuits were nice
