- Возведенный в статус анекдота стиль вождения у водителей маршруток. Даже самые солидные компании иногда не могут заставить водителей соблюдать скоростной режим. Чтобы ни говорил вам водитель, всегда пристегивайтесь в пути.
- Если вас легко укачивает, то поездка в маршрутке, к примеру, по горному серпантину, подарит вам гораздо больше негативных впечатлений, чем путь на автобусе. Чтобы подстраховаться, примите препарат от укачивания за полчаса до поездки.

Ferry arrived 1 hour late to begin with.
Once the ferry arrived at Padangbai port, I had to get the transfer to Sanur to be told with all the drop offs before (I was the last stop), the transfer will take FOUR hours. At no point during booking or on the PDF ticket does it explain this and my ticket says I was due to arrive at my destination at 8pm. Due to the ferry arriving later than expected, the four hour journey would have meant I'd arrive at my accommodation close to midnight.
I was kindly offered a private taxi for an additional 1million that I was not accounting for.
The transfer journey time needs to be clear before booking. I completely understand that it's a shared service but a 4 hour journey that you are unaware of is unacceptable.

I booked a Ship to go to Senggigi Pier at 12:00. There was never a boat leaving at 12:00 There was one Ship that day to Senggigi at 13:20. So I waited more than 1 Hour for the Boat. The Boat was damaged. Water was floating everywhere. My whole body was wet after the Ride.

Once off the ferry at the office where advised to go - the hotel transfer I had paid for does not exist it was either catch a shuttle which stopped at all centres (approx 3 + hours) or pay extra for a cab. Grab wld have cost 70 Nz $. Locals charged 40. So not happy as the service with selected hotel drop off definately does not exist )

Boat and van ok, but connection between both very difficult. 45' waiting for the bus, and I had to talk to a lot of people to find it. Van without security belts.

Boatride was nice and comfortable. Then we had to wait for an additional hour to fill the car. Car was incredibly hot (no ac) and super uncomfortable. Driver dropped some customers in the middle of Kuta and brought some to their accommodations, doesn’t make any sense to me.

Very bad, it was uncortable, the AC wasnt working and 2 hour delay. They almos lost out luggage and they forced us to change boats in Gili T because it was late for then to go back to Bali. At thar pier we were misstreated. I would never buy here again

The check-in was difficult to find to exchange the voucher. The boat was late, and it is not mentioned where the boat stops along the way. Upon arrival at the harbor, it is unclear where the transport driver is located. You are ambushed by pushy taxi drivers as the luggage is being unloaded. After that, we went with the suspected driver from the operator. He told us that he still had to make 4 stops and that the travel time to Ubud would take another 4 to 5 hours, or we could choose a private taxi that he would arrange for IDR 3,500,000. A scam, of course—eventually, we arranged a taxi ourselves. Tip: arrange a taxi yourself in advance at the harbor, or leave the harbor area and book a taxi there. Tip for the operator: be clearer with your customers about what to expect; there are plenty of points for improvement in my feedback. The boat trip itself is good, but everything around it is confusing.

Booked for the airport and was given an arrival time of 2pm. Got to Lombok and it was written on the ticket that our drop off point was Kuta and that if we wanted to be taken to the airport we would arrive only 45 minutes before our departure time. Had to pay extra for a private car.

The ferry right ist really good, but the check in counter is hard to find, the location on the voucher isn’t acurate. It’s a few houses further on the right.
After I left the ferry 5 different employee from this company talked to me after each other and every single one told me something different! They told me I have to check in first, another one told me I don’t have to. Everyone also tried to upsell me to a private car. They said I would get many back and only have to pay 450k for the taxi instead of 800k (500k is the normal grab price)
They also told me I have to wait for two hours and my drop off is only close to the airport not at the airport(4,5km) away.
I think they said all of that to make me pay for a car, because 10 minutes later I could go on the bus and was dropped off at the airport as planned. The transport is Good! The service is horrible

All good except trying to get the suitcases onto the public boat from the shore was interesting. The driver left us at the entrance to the airport rather than brought us in which was unexpected. It was a fairly long walk in from where he left us with luggage. The whole thing was cheaper than the fast boat though and therefore good value for money so I’d recommend it but just be prepared for sone difficulties if you have luggage.

When booking the ticket from Gilli Air to Sanur the ticket agent didn't point out that the ferry only went to Padangbai and then it was a 2 hour shuttle bus transfer to Sanur. This was not what we expected.

Unimpressed with the service. The boat was a completely different one from the one shown on booking. Also the driver insisted on putting an extra person on the 3 person row of the seats in the car. 4 people we were extremely squashed for 2 hours drive. Would not recommend this company

Insufficient info provided on the ticket PDF to be able to identify the proper agent at the ferry terminal. This caused unnecessary stress as I had to deal with 2 agents before I was finally able to identify a 3rd agent who my ticket was actually booked with. This wasted time and caused unnecessary stress.

Amazing experience the boss got my shoes that I left by accident at the port delivered to Lombok in twenty minutes from gili t and was extremely friendly and interesting and the journey was quick and comfortable 100% recommend great service and help!

The drived texted me the night before at 21:30 that he would pick me up at 7:00 am. The next morning at 6:00 am he texted again saying that the pick-up will be 6:30 instead of 7:00. Communication is not that good

It was the slow ferry, it’s only 20mins but it costs 18000 rupiah. We waited over an hour for the van to arrive, another girl we met had been waiting over 2 hours. Better to book boat yourself and find a taxi on the other side.
They did find us in the port so that was nice but yeah. Also the driver forgot to drop someone at a different location so we had to turn around and back track, adding another 40min to journey.

all stars go to the ferry, it is good and arrived on time. after the ferry, the bus driver told us that the transfer from the pier will take 5 hours instead of 2. as an alternative, he proposed to pay extra 1M IDR to organize a "private transfer" which, as he said, would take 1 hour. we took that option for 500k instead of 1M, and this transfer took us 3 hours. unbelievable.

Friday 11:30. Boat was in time, but have to wait 1,5h for the driver because of friday prayer. It is every friday at the same time, so just don‘t offer this trip at this time.

We took tickets from Gili Air to Kuta, but nowhere you can see the itinerary. We supposed we would go to Sanur then a transfer to Kuta. We went to Padang Bay and then a shuttle bus to Kuta. So we made 2h with the speed boat and 2h with the shuttle. The shady part begins in Padang Bay where someone who had my name knowing i was going to Kuta, was waiting for me and said that the shuttle bus ride takes 5 hours because there are a lot of stops, but if i want to get there faster he can recommend me a taxi. Good thing i went to the official transfer office where they confirmed the ride takes approximately 2h. 12go.asia someone from the inside is selling information about tourists.

No mention of the 5 hour drive when you get to padangbai until you get there and the man says its 5 hours ontop of the hour you are already behind from your arrival time.
Would have been cheaper and quicker booking our own ferry and sorting a taxi ourselves.

We did not get our shuttle as they insisted on making us wait for three hours extra once we arrived, or asked us to pay an extra 600k each for a private shuttle. The boat was great however but the shuttle was misleading

I had no seat belt. There were 5 passengers when there should have been no more than 4 , for comfort. Too crowded. One of my fellow passengers had no headrest. If there had been an accident, serious injury or death could have been the result.

The boat ride was well organised but felt very unsafe during the ride to Padang bai. Once we arrived I found out the time it would of taken to get to my destination by transfer would of been 3/4 hours so they made me and a friend pay a stupid amount so we could get a private transfer.

Boat was late again in leaving as I have found before so a little late in arriving. The worst bit was the old van transfer afterwards which took quite a while to leave then stopped for 20 minutes to squeeze two more people in even though there was only one seat left, withinimal air con so we were even later in arriving with little of the day left. The guys on the boat were fine tho

Easy boarding, disembarking. Big boat so smooth crossing but one toilet out of service while the only other toilet had no light and pitch black. TVs not working for the kids movies

The trip itself was good but to go to the ferry was a bit bad. Too many people in the same little boat and lot of water got in the boat, people were screaming.. not really good.

Boat very fast (10min to get to Gili T). However, we left 15 minutes late and the boat is not so comfortable and small (8 seats). The crew helped to go in and out of the boat.

Booked fast boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida and no issues
There were some reviews were they mentioned their tickets from 12go weren’t accepted but we had no issues
They could make the travel insurance part a bit more clear though

They purposefully don’t tell you that the boat is landing in Padang Bai (not Serengan) and then the shuttle is 2.5hrs+, so we ended up paying for a taxi at Padang Bai. Boat was 30mins late and the baggage system is super haphazard and just thrown onto the dock.
