The ride itself was good. Be aware that there is not much space to store to store luggage, but the van was not fully booked, so backpacks could be stored between seats.
There is not much leg space, tall people will have some issues with that.
But finding the right parking lot at the bus station in Bangkok, where the people at the counter just yell at you when you come in, was almost impossible.
The provided online ticket didn't say, that I also had to switch it to physical ticket at the counter. So lack of information.

Good and quick service! We left too early (6:40 instead of 7:00) but this was because everyone with a ticket had arrived. Would recommend!

I showed up at the station at 2.20 pm for my 3pm ride. The lady there refused me my trip and made me wait. I had to keep asking them every time a van show up and eventually got on the van at 3.30pm. And she didnt give me my seat number, which consequently made me change my seat every time a customer got on the van. So I couldnt really rest. It did not arrive on time as well because they picked up a lot of people along the way.

Everything fine , except I booked to southern terminal , they put me on an earlier bus in Kanchanaburi and it stopped at S Terminal , everybody shouted at me to get off ..I guess it was actually going to Mochit. But it was fine once I understood what they were shouting 😃

I travelled from kanchanaburi bus station to mochit new van station. The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful, I asked her to ask the driver to drop me off at mochit bts before the new van station and he did that for me. No need to book on line, it’s cheaper at the counter by 36 baht. We left 30 mins early and it took 3.5 hrs. But that was mostly due to an huge traffic jam in Bangkok. Also bus was empty and the driver picked up other local people on the way. I didn’t pay for an extra seat for my medium sized suitcase. The lady at the counter told me to put it at the front of the van. Super nice lady and good driver. He didn’t speak a lick of English though.

Trip to Kanchanaburi was fine. All good. Return trip … the driver did not go to the South Bus Terminal, but dropped us off on the opposite side of the terminal on a large, busy road! Difficult to navigate heavy suitcase over bridge so did not cross over and therefore problem with securing a taxi in a good time. The driver drove very fast and hooted a lot. Buses are clean and comfortable.

30 mn de retard par rapport à l'heure de départ prévue, pas d'indication bus WinHappy, difficile pour un voyageur étranger de s'y retrouver. Heureusement les gens sur place vous renseigne quand même. A part cela le voyage s'est passé correctement, le conducteur conduisait correctement aussi.

Bus was 30 minutes early and when it was full, we departed. So we were early at the destination and that was very nice.
The driver was very helpful to get out luggage in and out.
We didn’t get the vehicle we’ve paid for/ordered. We ordered a mini van but we were put on a bus, because that was the first vehicle available. Not directly a problem for us, but there was no leg room in the bus. We had to sit the full +2 hours in a weird angle because of that.

We arrived early for the bus and they let us leave early no problems. We paid for 3 tickets for 2 people and all our luggage which was also no problem. It wad pretty quick and the driver let us know when we arrived at our stop. The bus smelled a little and there seemed to be alot of mosquitoes on the bus that came from no where. Other than that it was pretty decent.

Super geregeld! We vertrokken eerder omdat iedereen op tijd was en kwamen een uur eerder in Kanchanaburi aan. Fijne airco, comfi stoelen, prima chauffeur. Aanrader!

perfect trip. we arrived 5 minutes late to the 6pm bus to get back to Bangkok and they were able to get us on another bus and get us to our town instead of bangkok (meaning, we were almost 10 mins from home instead of 40mins). don't know how they did it or how it works but it was amazing.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, facile à trouver à la petite gare routière, a pris le voucher en photo avec le téléphone portable car nous n’avions pas pu l’imprimer. Transport ok, très bon chauffeur, nous a laissé à l’endroit indiqué.

Quick and easy way to get to Bangkok. We travelled early in the morning and actually ended up in the bus before which didn’t seem to matter and so it took just over 2 hours. The only point of note is the bus drops you across the road from the terminal (there is a bridge walkway) so it’s not totally obvious it’s your stop but the driver let us know.

We never reached Bangkok Southern Terminal, we were prompted to get off on suburbs and to take a taxi. No English communication in the bus. On the other hand it was a genuine experience of Thai public transport :-)

Tout ok seul bémol nous avons été déposé au bord d'une route à Bangkok, sans pouvoir comprendre la raison.
Heureusement beaucoup de taxi pour poursuivre mon trajet afin d'atteindre ma destination.

Got to the terminal an hour early, was put on a minivan also an hour early. No problem at all. Only 4 people on it. They did require me to have bought an extra seat for our two large rucksacks like 12go says! Drive was around 2.5hrs no problems at all other than the tiny leg room. Would use again.
Also make sure you have the ticket printed as they need to collect it physically at a stop on your journey.

It was easy to book and a good price. We had a lot of large luggage, so booked a seat for that too as advised.
Heed their advice to get to the terminal early as the bus left slightly early. The check in desk accepted our pdf ticket on a phone. The operation of the bus service has several brief ticket and head count checks also the drivers paperwork was signed off. A 5 star service and we arrived early at the our destination at the South Terminal early too!
