Good communication by the guide before pick up. So the pick up was easy. The bus was clean and cool and the driver was a very calm careful and smooth driver. The helped with purchasing park tickets on arrival and allowed us to follow along to show us where everything was. Hong was excellent at her job, very polite and friendly manner.

Bad trip, the driver was late (1h30), and the company didn't send any communication.
I got an answer from the Hotline 30 minutes after the planned departure, who told me to wait up to 10 minutes because of the traffic jam.
Finally we had to wait 40 minutes more without any communication. We didn't expect the driver to come. According the others passengers, the driver was desorganized turning around in the city before picking us. We arrived 2h30 late

The service was great. I accidentally booked a trip for the wrong date. They changed the date for me free of charge. The communication via WhatsApp was very easy. The driver was on time and the minivan was decent. I would book with them again.

The driver wouldn't let us take 2 certain seats, even though there were plenty of empty seats. The water in the cabin is good, and the air conditioning is very good.

The bus Itself was good, looked as pictured, clean and on time with good amount of loo breaks. However, when we got off the bus we discovered our bags, that had been in the hold, smelt of urine. We think flood water had got into the bus, better care needs to be taken of where customer luggage is placed

I paid full price for two tickets and bus (so called "limousine") was full therefore I was forced to sit in the front row with the driver. Do not pay for such a place full price, better use other companies. When it comes to times of arrival and departure it was on time.

Overall, good experience. Was surprisingly absolutely on time and communication worked well via WA. Comfort of the journey directly related to where you sit - first sat in the middle of back row between smelly gentleman feeling every bueno on the road and second time in the front with very limited legroom. For short trips ok. Overall, can recommend.

Bus arrived 30 mins prior depatrure and driver also came to pick us up from the meeting point. Departure was on time.
We stopped for dinner and continued. Since we were only 3 stopping in phong nha and the bus continued further, they dropped us off 30 km from the original drop off point however the taxi was arranged and paied for. The taxi driver dropped us off directly in our.

Was called about 2 hours before the bus was supposed to pick me up to change my pick up time to an hour earlier and they would pick me up from my hotel . This was okay but a little more notice would have been better . Changed from the car that picked me up at the hotel to a minibus the bus was really nice lovely air on etc . Halfway through the journey everyone on the bus swapped with everyone on another bus which was kind of confusing as not much English was spoken but the instructions where still pretty clear the other minibus was just as nice but moved a bit quicker and slightly more chaotic driving . Overall it wasn’t bad the journey took as long as the estimate.

The Bus picked us up from the Hotel in Hue, that was great!
Our trip was going to Hoi An. The Van was comfortable. In Da Nang we had to change to a normal car und this brought us to Hoi An. Actually fine but we paid for a Vip Seat at the Van.
Also good, the car brought us directly to our Hotel in Hoi An.

The van was comfortable, the trip pleasant, but at the end there was a mistake regarding my drop off place. When I showed the driver my ticket and where I was supposed to get off, there was a massive confusion, he was also talking in the phone but I can’t say if it was on that matter. Then he made a few u-turns until I eventually told him to stop and leave me where we were.

Tour operator was communicative throughout, and let me know there would be a delay (15 mins, which was understandable as visible traffic). The only thing that prevented this from being a comfortable journey was that the gentleman in front of me had his seat reclined so far back, there was barely any room for my legs. Had to sit sideways with legs up. As was sitting in the back row, no option to recline for more space. Left feeling a little cramped during the two hour journey. While this is not the operators fault, there should be some rule in place if the bus is at capacity to ensure comfort for all passengers.

Purtroppo questo viaggio non ci ha fatto sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo cambiato 2 mezzi e sono stata contattata da 3 chat WhatsApp diverse dove ognuno chiedeva cose diverse. Avevamo concordato un sovrapprezzo per arrivare direttamente all'Hotel e dopo averlo pagato al primo driver, ne pretendeva in pagamento anche il secondo. Sarà stata un'incomprensione ma era notte e ci siamo sentiti a disagio

Era un minibus pero nos tocó a mí pareja y a mí en los dos asientos de delante, la lado del conductor y fue súper incómodo. No podías estirar las piernas no tenían reposabrazos.
El conductor fue todo el trayecto mirando el móvil y hablando por el manos libres gritando.

Ci han fatto attendere nella loro "lobby" e sono andati a prendere altri per poi rifilare senza spiegazioni i posti peggiori in fondo.
Comunque ci hanno portato dal punto A al punto B.

La persona encargada de nuestra recogida me escribió nada más coger el billete, para darme indicaciones. Le pedimos que nos recogiese en el hotel y no tuvieron problema, y nos montamos en la furgoneta que decían (asientos cómodos y hasta con masajeador). Pues hasta ahí todo bien, pero en Da Nang (trayecto Hue --> Hoi An) nos pararon en una calle, nos hicieron bajarnos, y nos metieron a 6 personas con sus respectivas maletas/mochilas en un coche, donde no entrabamos (cómo sardinas). Eso sí, el conductor nos llevó a la puerta de nuestro hotel.
Por eso le he dado una puntuación media, porque yo que se, me recogieron en el hotel y me dejaron en el otro, aunque fuera todo un poco bizarro
