The bus driver was on his phone the ENTIRE time. Playing video games full-volume. My boyfriend asked him to stop playing games while driving, but he continued to text on WhatsApp. Maybe not reflective of the company as a whole, but we felt it was very unsafe and the company should not employ drivers who aren’t capable of driving safely.

When I bought the ticket, I was told we would be able to buy some snacks at the toilet stop. However, the driver told us no.. Was hungry for the rest of the trip.

Bus arrived to the station 40 minutes later than scheduled & the overall journey took over 2 hours longer than the journey time said upon booking so we were travelling for 4 & a bit hours in the end

The coach was good and comfy, but there was a blocked road and another bus had a small accident next to us, that's why we had a delay of 2h. The problem is, there was no communication to us what happens

Bus was on time. Nice and clean and comfortable. Driver was safe and drove responsibly. Only down side is there was no stops for food as stated when booking. We stopped half way in Ipoh which was just a toilet block and no food whatsoever. Not good as this route was over lunch time.

The journey was delayed on the way up due to Friday traffic and the bus only stopped once for a bathroom break so was struggling by the end of the journey. Apart from that it was an easy and cheap way to travel

Punctual bus, we did break stops to rest. Wi-fi included and super comfortable seats.
A little bit cold as always, all buses have the same issue (they always has the A/C at the maximum level)

They were punctual. We thought it would be a normal bus, but it was a minivan. The driver went super-fast to the destination. Once there we had to wait about an hour to be picked up from the boat, so maybe it's not necessary to leave that early in the morning; but I guess they do it just in case there is any traffic jam.

Went from Ipoh to Cameroon Highlands. The bus was very comfortable, only 3 seats in one row (1 on one side, 2 on the other) so they were very wide and spacious. Driver was careful but on time. Very pleasant trip!

The bus took 7 hours instead of 4,5. We were prepared for this delay because many people complained here that it took longer. Anyway, why not put the correct info on the website? The bus was comfy tho.

Although we arrived earlier than we expected and we had great seats, the driver drove like a maniac and even forgot one of the passengers when leaving after a sanitary break. We told the driver he forgot someone but he ignored us completely and drove off. After some time he got a call, turned the coach around and picked up the passenger (all her luggage was still on the bus). So in short, great coach... not so great driver.

Водитель ехал невероятно быстро по крутому серпантину. Мне и нескольким другим пассажиром было очень плохо. Лучше вообще ничего не ешьте перед поездкой. Приехали на час раньше в КЛ, но цена за это была слишком высока. Почему-то в преимуществах была нарисована пиктограмма еды, но никакой еды не было. Хотя оно и к лучшему. В остальном автобус нормальный - чистый, есть USB-разъемы для зарядки, кондиционер не очень холодный, комфортная температура

Unsere fahrt war super. Bus sah ziemlich Neu aus und war super sauber. Die Sitze waren bequem. Die Fahrt dauerte etwas länger als angegeben, aber es war nicht weiter schlimm, da wir dafür zwei Pausen ohne jeglichen Stress gemacht haben. Surej war mit Abstand der freundlichste und beste Fahrer, den wir in Malaysia hatten. Ein sehr hilfsbereiter und fröhlicher Mensch!
