- When we came to office for check in as requested in voucher, no one was there. We felt worried a little bit. However, their staff had tried to settle everything quickly.
- Driver and Supporter were so friendly and helpful. They helped us to keep and carry luggages due to heavy rain.
- Clean bus, worth price and highly recommend for this service.

Zuerst wurde unsere Fahrt wegen technischer Probleme storniert. Dann haben wir eine WhatsApp erhalten, dass die Fahrt doch stattfindet. Der Bus kam erst um halb 8 dort an und dann musste alles sehr schnell gehen. Wir hatten auch keinen kleinerem Bus mit komfortablen Sitzen sondern einen mit mehr Sitzen und wenig Platz. Darin durften wir dann über 4h länger vor der Grenze, wegen der Aus- und wieder Einreise, im Stau stehen. Pausen gab es kaum welche und mit uns gesprochen wurde auch nicht.
An der Grenze mussten wir dann umsteigen, wo die Fahrt dann endlich im gebuchten Bus weiterging. Leider standen wir auch hier wieder im Stau

Coach was nearly two hours late leaving and then delayed enroute. So c5 hour journey was over 8 hours. Coach itself was comfortable but the journey was too long.

The bus was really good and clean. Huge massage seat, a screen with movies, musics and games, USB chargers. The only bad thing was that is was really hard to find the office for the check-in as they temporarily moved to another building. They’re not exactly in the complexe Golden Mile but they moved on another building. I had a hard time finding the office.

Hat alles gut geklappt. Sind zur vereinbarten Zeit angekommen. Den Busfahrer hat man nicht ganz verstanden, da wäre es besser gewesen, wenn er ein Schild hätte wo draufsteht an welcher Station er gerade hält.

The travel was very smooth and convenient. The bus had 2 stops; first, a 30-minute break and next in the gas station. We were expected to arrive at 3:15 pm but was delayed for an hour. There was no wifi in the bus so I suggest you download movies. No worries for battery drain since usb port for charging is available.

Journey took much longer than expected because the bus driver made two stops. And smoking was not prohibited in the bus, thus other passengers who smoked on the bus made it very uncomfortable for those who are non-smokers

We arrived late from the expected time given. As in so late I guess instead of 7:40 we arrived at 9:30 in the evening. But anyway, as long as were safe! It’s okayyyy.

Just before KL the bus got, what I understood, a flat tire. We stopped and were asked to transfer to the bus in front.
That bus took us to Sentrel Railwaystation. And dropped us.
I had booked a ticket to One Utama.
Finally iTook a taxi to the hotel. (Royale Chulan The Curve. Cost MYR 70.00
That’s why I’ll return by train

The driver was late. We were about to book another ticket thinking that the bus has left. Thanks to another transtar driver he called our bus driver. If not for him, we wouldn't know where our bus was.

Bus Driver followed a very racist policy of telling me repeatedly he would only allow Chinese passengers on-board first, though I had been first in line (I arrived over an hour early to depart from Singapore). Disgusting treatment of guests, would never use this service again.

Driver needs to let you know that it is 30 minutes for the rest stop.
Do not believe the timings at all, it takes much longer than stated even though immigration was very fast going in this direction.

Takes too long..from 3pm to 9pm journey. It supposed to be 2:30pm to 5:30pm stated in the website. I can understand the custom clearance will take some time but this is way too much time wasted on the road.

Perfekter Trip von Singapur nach Kuala Lumpur, ca. 5 Stunden Fahrt ohne jegliche Problem, auch bei der Grenze geht alles ruck zuck. Ich würde es wieder so machen. Toller Bus, extrem bequem, viel Beinfreiheit... habe fast durchgeschlafen. Würde es jedem empfehlen und einem Flug vorziehen.

The driver didn’t explain anything . He just stopped and we had to guess if it was for immigration , luggage test etc... the arrive hour do not correspond because of the immigration time spend

Bus was nice and comfortable with bathroom and food stop. However we were delayed by almost 3 hours at the border because of passengers on the bus which almost made us miss a connection.

The bus and ride was comfortable. The bus was clean and in good condition. However, drivers don't keep schedule, we arrived more than 2 hours late! Drivers made too many and too long stops which were unnecessary, especially when we were so much late. It was one stop when only one driver left the bus and spent more than 15 minutes somewhere outside. We were already 2 hours late to our destination and they didn't care. Also, we started our journey later than we supposed to and drivers left us outside waiting till they open bus doors and let us go inside. I was very angry and disappointed with this journey because it became too long (it supposed to be a 5 hours ride, but it was more than 7 hours!). This ruined all my plans. Drivers don't respect passengers at all, so I wouldn't recommend go with them (these drivers) if time and schedule is important to you.

There was no roll call and head count done to ensure that all passengers are on board. On the start of the trip, we were told to wait at the edge of Golden Mile Complex - turns out, the bus was waiting to the opposite side. A lack of communication and disorganized information can lead to customer dissatisfaction.

The driver did not communicate effectively during any of the journey with him often stopping at service stations and us asking if we are allowed off the bus and how long for. The aircon was leaking a lot of water from the vents, so we were then moved to a different bus of which the driver was also very unhelpful and would tell me he doesn’t know the answer to any question I had about the journey, customs and the bus change. We also arrived very late after sitting at the boarder for a long time with no idea why we were waiting and when asked the driver ignored us.

Thank you so much 12go.asia and transtar!! Good and comfortable couches to sleep in, they arrived on time and the customer service online is a big plus! Just two things, there’s a small roach in my coach, so maybe you can double check the bus and get it clean and the driver is a little bit noisy but it’s okay. He needs to stay awake for that whole night.
And also I would like to thank Transtar for giving us a ride when our Klook bus left us in the immigration going to Singapore. It was really stressful we dont know what to do but all thanks to Transtar! Salamat!

I bought a VIP seat because I needed Wi-Fi, but When I arrived for check-in they told me that the bus changed and it was not possible to have this service anymore.
Now I am for the refund but not came yes.
We changed Two different bus but we were not supposed to do it when i booked.
Bus was late of an hour and the first driver was such rude with me when i asked two Times (i didn’t get at first) if we had to bring the luggage with us to cross the border.

Der 1. Bus war sehr komfortabel und hat viel Platz geboten.
Der folgende bus nach der Grenze war schon etwas abgenutzt und dreckig.
Dicker Minuspunkt für das Auffinden der Abholstelle.
Es ist keine offizielle Person vor Ort. Es gibt keinen Schalter für die Anmeldung. Warum steht das nicht in den Beschreibungen? Das Bild auf dem Voucher zeigt die gegenüberliegende Seite und die Beschreibung ist irreführend, da es auf beiden Seiten einen Starbucks gibt.
Bitte das Bild ändern, da auf den Bildern sonst immer der Platz zu sehen war, an dem man einsteigt und nicht der Blick den man an der Abholstelle hat.
Das hätte uns sehr viel Stress und Rennerei erspart. Wir mussten auf die Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters einer anderen Gesellschaft hoffen.

The people were great. The bus however was very old, very dirty and falling apart. One of our chairs did not recline. The ride took 6 hours instead of 5. Not because of traffic. Trucks and other busses passed us. Also drop off was in a bad location. No taxi connection to your hotels.

Bus does not wait for you at border. One girl from our bus was missing and ppl were angry that driver just moved on without her. And all ppl in the bus told him that at least 5’ wait for her because she was just behind us in the immigration line. So, just be with other passengers and let them know that u r still on the way. Besides that, bus was comfy and clean. Once stopped for toilet and eating.
