Five stars from start to finish. We checked in, they put us on a shuttle bus out to pier 3. The boat was fabulous, very clean. We had a/c seats which were great. Small kiosk onboard with snacks. Toilets were spotless, drinking water fountain was available. Left on time and arrived on time.

Ticket for infant should be included in the PDF ticket for printing. Kailangan pa namin pumunta sa Tans-Asia Both for ticket ni baby.
Should have optins to choose seat arrangement. di kami magkatabi and puro sa itaas ng bunk beds yung assign namin, mahirap makahiga especially sa mga oldes.

Very accomodating customer service! I emailed them as I was nervous if they could possibly process my ticket information in just a short time after booking. Then they called me about an hour telling me my ticket info is good to go and I can now board my trip to Cagayan De Oro City.

Almost perfect. I had a wonderful experience traveling by boat after many years of taking the plane. It's very clean and orderly. The only area they can improve is to increase the number of restrooms available.

It was really disturbing. I can hardly sleep because of noise at the Tourist deck sleeping area. The TV was so loud even until midnite and the people were talking so loud until 2 am without respect of people who were tired and needed rest. You MUST put a big sign for people to be Quiet upon entering the Tourist area deck. Make sure an overall swithoff of all the Televisions as well b4 8 pm. No enough dining place for people to drink coffee and fellowshiping. Replace coffee paper cup into thicker type. Its too thin and its very hot to handle. It was a water paper cut and not for coffee. Improve the food at the Resto. Open the upper deck area for people to view the sky and skyline of the parted city. It's frustrating trip in one of the Newest trans Asia yet the service is very poor.

The online booking and the crew of the boat are very good. Except that the food is very expensive. The consumables are very expensive. Not passenger-friendly. Noodle cups that cost less than P20 in the supermarket are sold at P50. Canned softdrink are sold at P60 when it cost only 27 at the supermarket. :-(

The air-conditioning was more comfortable compared to our CEB–CAG trip via the same shipping line, as it was no longer set to full blast. This made the travel more pleasant, especially since I was assigned to the upper deck. However, I observed that during the online booking process, there is no option to indicate a preferred deck or seating arrangement. This may be a concern for passengers who are senior citizens or those who may have difficulty climbing stairs, as they are not given the opportunity to request more accessible accommodations in advance. However, staff were very approachable and accommodating.

The ship suddenly stopped in the middle of thr sea due to technical problem, hence we were delayed. As compensation they gave us free breakfast.

The cabin type on board the boat did not match the one I had booked through your platform.
After consulting with the crew members on board, it seems that the types of cabins available vary depending on the boat and the destination.
This means that the luxury cabin I had reserved was only available on the boat that travels between Cagayan de Oro and Cebu.
I ended up having to settle for a cramped space without air conditioning, even though the dormitory-style shared cabins were air-conditioned.
To my astonishment, this type of cabin was sold for significantly less than the price I paid for what was supposedly luxury.
If I had had the time, I would have disembarked, but I had to take another ferry to reach Siquijor.

12GO customer support has not responded to my concern and is unresponsive via email. They are unable to confirm whether the ferry was actually cancelled through their system. This is ridiculous and poor service. You should be able to know this at any time and provide an immediate solution to any concerns.

Central aircon is not functioning. The toilet has no water, we had to use pail and dipper to flush it. Its not clean. Vessel is Transasia 10.

I like the ease of getting for the ticket. I just hoped they give updates about the time of the ferry since I almost missed my ferry, thinking it was 11pm when I booked, but it was 8pm on my ticket. If you have more money, I suggest the Tourist one with AC since it was hot during my travel. I was not comfy sleeping in and have second thoughts about the security of my things. I wished they have additional lockers.

The ferry was called back to Cebu dues to a fault after four hours of sailing so not the greatest experience but not blaming anyone.

The ship came on time, they do prayers before and after the trip. We saw lots of dolphins and flying fish on our trip, super exciting. The bed is comfortable and we had an amazing journey.
