On time and a nice easy boarding process and our arrival at Trang was lovely with a nice sunny stroll from the plane to the terminal building to collect our bags that arrived very quickly.

Sind angekommen. Flug hatte Verspätung. Schon einen Tag vorm Flug kam die Mail, dass der Flug sich um 35min verspätet. Zu der verspäteten Zeit, kam der Flieger Grade erst an. Also hatten wir über eine Stunde Verspätung. Es war noch ein bisschen Müll von dem Flug vorher vorhanden.

I'm quite tall (203 cm)o just sitting in a regular place is horrible. Lucked out by sitting in a hot seat (it's red, no idea why it's a hot seat) with a space between me and a fellow traveler. So I could shift my legs to the free space so I was sitting quite well. Took an hour in total to get to bankok and bags were really fast at the belt

Het enige waar ik wat op aan te merken heb is dat de uitleg voor de nooddeur erg slecht was. Ik had een stoel toebedeeld gekregen naast de nooduitgang en dit was voor mij de eerste keer dat ik hier zat. De crewmember zei alleen als je vragen hebt kijk op de uitleg en anders druk op een knop. Althans ik ging er vanuit dat hij dit zei want ik kom hem amper verstaan. Hij naam de tijd en moeite niet voor de uitleg. Verder een rustige vlucht gehad, mensen op het vliegveld waren vriendelijk , geen vertraging . Dus prima

Easy to book. Only the people in the office from the ferry are not informed about the travel agency phantam They told us that we go to the ferry. The worker there told us we must go to the office and so on….. The trip was ok. The flight was ok. Attention for the weight of your luggage. I have to pay 1700 baht for 5 kg overweight The 15 kg luggage weight cost 450 baht. The next Level 20 kg , I didn’t know only 59 bath more

Everything worked very smooth, which actually surprised me. There were no queues, the personal was very friendly. Planes are made for shorter people but the staff helped to accommodate if there were free spots with more space for legs. Everything was on time.

We cannot check in the airline’website. The reason they gave us : we have not bought our flight tickets on the airline company ( but to the 12go.asia ) The booking number of 12go.asia isn’t recognized. We must go on the counter at the airport ! So, - we can’t check the flight , if it’s on time , or delayed or canceled - we can’t check in before

Flying with Thai AirAsia was a mistake. Sadly, it was the best option when I went to book. Delayed check-in and delayed flight by about 20 to 30 minutes. They said we weren't allowed to eat or drink anything on board the aircraft due to covid-19, which is utterly ridiculous. The cabin crew didn't care that the guy next to me was using his phone while we were taxiing to the runway and also did not tell him to put his carry on luggage under the seat in front of him. No thank you's or good-byes when getting off either.

Bought 2 plane tickets from Chiang Mai to Phuket. I asked a checkin baggage of 25Kg for each When I arrived to the airport, I found out that it was issued on ticket without checked in baggage. I had to pay at the airport 2050 Baht for the additional baggage. On the other hand, It was issued an insurance policy that I waived, as it was a one way ticket. I am upset!!!
