Driver was polite but the assistance who is taking out and putting the luggages inside was so rude. Bad behaviour, never told us that we arrived the destination, always talking loudly in midnight.. never again

Ticket office staff was very helpful, the coach seat was comfortable.usb ports on this coach didn't work and neither did the WiFi but there were regular stops and there were two drivers who supported eachother well to assure our safety. The drivers were very efficient getting us through immigration and we arrived a lot earlier than anticipated. Overall it was a great experience, but I wouldn't say the coach is super nice, it OK lah

Bus startet 1 hour later without any information. Because of that we had extra costs of 20 dollars and hat to wait without seats outside the shopping mall. The bus itself was really comfortable and fast. WiFi in the bus was working, really nice bus driver. Everything at the office in Singapore before the transport was disappointing, the drive itself pleasant.

Pünktliche Abfahrt, hilfsbereiter Fahrer. Stau, aber dank schneller Grenzkontrolle kamen wir pünktlich an. USB-Anschluss im Bus, Wifi hat leider nicht funktioniert.

Le bus hyper confortable siège qui s'allonge génial quand il y a personne derrière vous. Prise usb pour charger le téléphone. Car avec climatisation. RAS.

Der Bus fuhrt die Hälfte der Strecke neben der Autobahn auf der Landstrasse um Leute einzusammeln. Das Ticket war doppelt so teuer als wenn man vom zentralen Busbahnhof abfährt. An Schluss hatten wie statt 3 Std. 15 Min eine Sünde Verspätung.

Comfortable bus and sympathetic driver, however, a compliance with Super Nice Express who works from the office in Boon Lay was very rude, it seemed that I was doing me a favor and could not give clear instructions on the boarding on the bus.

Bus was about half an hour late getting to Hat Yai. It was very comfortable and the breaks for the toilet were well spaced out. The staff helped us with our immigration cards and we’re friendly.

Although the bus came a little late, it was still good overall. There was working AC, no mess, reclining chairs with USB port, can put bags over the head, stopped midway to eat and have a drink.

Spacious and clean bus. we had 1,5 Hours delay, but due to traffic. Thus do not plan sharp on the timing. Frequent breaks (about every 2 hours) to go to the restroom and/or grab a snack.

The trip arrived around 2 hours late to Singapore despite leaving on time from Melaka. The worst part was that when going over the migration office on the Singapore side, the bus that picked us up was different than the one that was carrying us before, and the driver wasn't exactly communicative, he only said "sit down" several times and as answer to any question from us.

The only thing annoying is that people speak loud on the phone during all the time as if nobody was around ! It should be prohibed.

They left us at the Singaporian Border. So we didnt arrive in the city.
Therefore we had to buy a ticket to the city and we arrived really late and exhausted at our hotel.

I walked all over the complex and there was no bus. I messaged their support team and no one got back to me (not even 2 days later, I'm still waiting). Basically spent an hour panicking and sweating asking people where to board and no one heard of this bus and where it stopped. The ticket information is 100% wrong or they arrived extremely early or late.
I realized later i got an email the night before saying the bus was two hours ahead of schedule. So does that mean boarding was 2 hours ahead of the agreed time?? That makes no sense. Better to go to the bus station directly, not Lavender street stop, and not Billion Stars! Take Super Nice, I was very happy with them

The bus was very spacious with reclining chairs. We had one stop going from KL to Penang and the bus was a bit late so make sure you don’t have an onward journey straight away.

Bus left without us at the douane. They didnt explain anything about getting out of the bus and crossing the border (we are not from Malaysia). Also, the airco was freezing cold. When i asked to make it a bit warmer the driver refused.

The travel took more than two hours longer, not because or traffic or clearance/border control, but because of longer breaks and the driver filling up some water tanks at the gasstation.

Da ich eher am Treffpunkt eingetroffen bin, wurde mir sehr unkompliziert der Vorschlag gemacht, einen früheren Bus zu nehmen. Super Service, sehr zuvor kommend.
Bus, Fahrer, Fahrt Zeit, Pause, alles Bestens.
Jederzeit wieder und definitiv zu empfehlen

It was hard to know what I have to do with the ticket. The instructions weren't clearly printed on the ticket. Hence, I have to ask around. It wasn't easy to find the ticketing counters as the direction signs were not clear too.

1. I am not a frequent at Larkin
2. The bus station does not hbe enough information shown as how to get boarding pass
3. I did not able to get the pass at the self service kiosk
4. Went tonget help at the counter but the person at the counter refused to help instead she attacked and provoked me.
5. Bus was very uncomfortable i was sweating through out the journey the aircond was not cool enough such a waste of money paying extra for comfort but very uncomfortable since the beginning.

Bus was late by 4 hours.. staff did not communicate at all.. grumpy.. eventually staff left and senior person (not sure owner or manager) came out to brief customers waiting as to the delay and reason fur delay… blamed holiday traffic.. I don’t think that’s entirely true as I then read the reviews abd they were notoriously late and non-communicative. When the bus did arrive eventually, everything went well and it was smooth sailing from there including the border crossings and getting us to Hat Yai .

Although the bus was comfortable and the drivers were helpful and accommodating, the overall experience was average. Our bus was delayed by 2.5 hours and didn’t leave until 11pm in a random shopping mall that nothing was left open to even buy water. It also had clearly not been communicated to the drivers on the later bus that we had been moved onto their bus which caused confusion, not at the drivers fault of course. Alongside this, I have been on many sleeper/overnight buses throughout Asia and most of them provided blankets and bottles of water for an even cheaper price. So in comparison to this Super Nice Bus was lacking.

First the operator calls me to say I have to take a bus earlier (one hour). A couple of hours later I get a message that my bus is delayed by 2 hours. Eventually he was more than 3 hours late. The driver was very unfriendly and shouting at us.
