We booked a quick, expensive trip to get to Lombok in an hour and a half because we had a tour scheduled, but the "fast" boat took three hours and we missed the tour!!!

We bought a ticket for one hour trip. But we were there for 3 and half hours…
The staff tried to help but I don’t understand why it was sold as 1 hour trip if the minimum is 1 and half. We took another company from Gili Meno and it was more or less 1:30 min. I would recommend to buy another ticket with another provider

Check in was very efficient, although not the carrier's fault there were issues getting to the boat, the escalator was broken, the marina had all broken boardwalk and unsafe. From getting on the boat there was limited space. From the time we were on the boat there was a strong smell of fuel, and it made me quite ill. After the first drop we loaded more people and I honestly believe there were more people than the boat could actually carry and it was quite crowded, the seating situation is tiny, there may have been 4 seats across but they are so tiny and you can hardly sit with your legs in front of you, let alone have a backpack to put anywhere. There was no briefing or housekeeping upon getting on the boat, the passengers were loaded and the door to the staff was closed.

Get ready for the rollercoaster.. Our boat was fast, clean, people were nice and helpful. It was also a pretty bumpy ride from Gili Air to Nusa Penida. Sitting outside is fun, but in some parts of the trip very splashy.

The boat in both directions was very old. Water seeping in through the windows and ceiling. The bathroom was a mess. The lady who was the attendant was very nice. But the boats are barely seaworthy. We also paid the extra for the Premium Support but had nothing extra offered to us.
Also as a side note the Sanur Harbour pier decking is a disgrace.

Whilst I had my suspicions that the trip from Nusa Penida to Gili Air could not be completed in the stated time, 1 hour and 15 minutes, I do not believe they should be allowed to advertise it as such. The actual time was closer to 2.5 hours and this is clearly not disclosed to differentiate themselves from competitors. Beyond this the trip was fine and the staff were lovely and attentive when we hit rough water.

Trip was perfect and crew really top but I was told 13h to 15h30 for Lombok and it was 17h00 , the site is not correct and this put us in trouble for our planning ( taxi … etc)

Starfish boat captain charges 150k for surfboard, which is fine. However when I arrived in Gili Air there was some minor damage on my surfboard.
I had extra padding, a little more care would have been nice, as the board was brand new...

The trip was announced to take 2 hours, that’s why we choose this one but finally it tooks more than 3 hours with stop at nusa penida and Gili Trawangan

The check in counter was elsewhere. The boat was quite rocky due to the waves. Otherwise okay. All things was dry by arrival. No issues overall.
Harbour tax was 30000.

They sell you the ticket from Bali to Gili Air in 2h but it took us almost 3,5h so if you have anything planned be aware of it!

Booked with starfish but travelled with tanis fast cruise, left 15 minutes late and travel time was an hour longer. We had specifically paid a little more to be on the faster boat/fewer stops.

The boat from Bali to Gili T was comfortable and despite being delayed, it was a pleasant journey. The boat from Gili T back to Bali departed early and we were left behind. We had to make an additional payment to get om the boat at 12:00pm. This boat left approx 1 hour late. We were packed underneath, but there were a lot of fumes, making it difficult to breathe.

Full boat, small seats. No safety de briefing at all. Had aircon but wasn’t great, very hot the whole ride.
The offered sea sick tablets and water to everyone which was very kind. The sea was calm so it was a smooth ride however it took over an hour longer than expected (3hr trip from Nusa > Gilli T..)

When i booked the tickets it stated leaving Sanur Port at 13:00 arriving Gili Air 15:15. A direct fast boat. That was not what happened. We arrived at Gili Air at 16:30. If we had known it was going to be a 3.5hr trip we would've been more prepared with beverages and food.

Not very well organised, the boat definitely isn’t air conditioned as stated and was over an hour late in departing. Also says on the website 1 hour from Nusa Penida to Gili T but it’s impossible and eventually took over 2 hours. Better off telling customers the truth on your website
