The journey itself was good, we arrived earlier than expected, the bus was nearly empty.
The service wasn’t very good, one driver didn’t speak English at all and was unfriendly. There was no information about the e-/immigration process or about the length of the break. There was no WiFi which would be a great plus. But in the end anything was ok with a bit of proactivity.

It was okay overall, it’s just that the drivers are not so friendly and always frowning and shouting. But the seats are comfy, AC was cold and bus was clean. They just have to improve their driver’s attitude because good customer service includes being polite, understanding and friendly to satisfy the customers.

We didn't get any information from the driver. The bus stopped and we didn't know what to do. He took us to another stop. The construction was almost always, so the arrival was 2 hours longer.

Our departure time is 9am,but the trip was delayed many times,after that we left at 10am,that's why instead of we will arrived after 5hours but finally come 12hours.its horrible!

Really comfortable seats and good driver, but be prepared for very long border crossings (due to long lines of cars/trucks/buses waiting to enter the area), which made the trip around 6 hours.

Salió y llegó a horario.
El bus es cómodo en relación al precio. Té dan una botella de agua y la única parada para ir al baño fue en inmigraciónes de Malasia. (Trámite que se hace rápido, al menos en nuestro caso, éramos el único bus pasando inmigraciones, son 10 minutos).
Solo hubo pocos momentos del viaje donde el aire acondicionado estuvo fuertísimo. Para los friolentos, lleven abrigo!

Der Bus war super pünktlich. Die Damen am Ticketschalter waren sehr nett. Unsere Tickets bekamen wir mit dem gebuchtem Namen und unserer Tel.Nummer. Zwei Fahrer an Bord welche sich am Zwischenstop abgelöst haben.
Unser Bus völlig o.k. und sauber. Fazit Sri Maju gerne wieder.

Comfortable seats with leg rest and recliner. USB Chargers for phones in seats. Free water. 2 toilet stops. Early arrival to destination. Overall a very comfortable journey. Would recommend.

Prompt arrival, very comfortable seating, ample toilet stops. Do bring jumper/scarf(/hat?) for the AC, and take into account that the journey might take longer than expected because of traffic.

The driver was rude and couldn’t speak English. There was no communication. We were two hours late in KL and not even at the Swiss Garden Hotel. I missed my appointment in KL. First and last time I used this company.

The airconditioning Made the bus a bit too cold. And one chair was broken, but the driver did give us another chair. That was nice.

Bus ride was comfortable and smooth. The bus driver wasn’t very clear about where to get off when we were in Kuala so I got off a little too early, but my issue was resolved quickly.

Bus was not clean. Rest all was good. Seats and spaces inbetween need proper vaccuming.
The rest stop was not at all good. Something where wider variety of restaurants keeping in mind international group of people travelling would be very nice.

Aucune information pendant le trajet sur les arrêts: passeport - contrôle des bagages - arrêt (combien de temps). Aucun wifi, aucune tablette, prise de recharge pour du service soit disant haut de gamme
Ne pas pouvoir utiliser le bon sur le téléphone. On doit passer par l agence pour avoir son ticket. Quel est l intérêt de l acheter plus chère avec le site?

Wir waren zu dritt und konnten im Vorfeld kostenlos Sitze reservieren. Alles hat wunderbar & super pünktlich geklappt, der Bus hat eine gute Klimaanlage und die Sitze sind wirklich bequem, sogar zum schlafen. Entspannter reisen geht kaum :) nur zu empfehlen! Wir waren äußerst zufrieden.

Die Beinfreiheit war echt der Wahnsinn, der Bus ist pünktlich losgefahren und der Grenzübergang hat super geklappt. Die Fahrtzeit war sehr knapp bemessen. Obwohl kein Stau war, waren wir über 1h später am Zielort.
Zu Beginn erhielt jeder Fahrgast eine kleine Flasche Wasser.

Comfortable ride with cushioned seat, strong air con and a complimentary bottle of water. Would definitely use again.
It would be helpful if the driver could make announcements at the border
(there are 2 parts)about what the steps are and where to meet after, as we were just expected to know or follow others.

Sri manju bus liner is very good. The bus was very ckean and the driving was smooth. The only negative comment, the driver does not help passenger to load and unload the luggages.

Bus was comfortable enough and schedule was respected. Sri maju staff were rude and communicated poorly. We arrived 30 minutes before departure and showed the printed e ticket to the driver, who told us to get inside the bus. 5 minutes after planned departure time he insisted that we get off the bus and go to the office now, without giving any explanation. The staff at the office was very rude, telling me I was late and should have come to the office earlier (even if we didn’t get any written or verbal instructions) . I politely told them I was not aware of that, even if I read the fine lines on our printed ticket. He insulted me and yelled “you don’t know how to read?!”.
There were two drop off places in Kuala Lumpur. Driver wrongly told passengers they had to get off the bus even if they had not reached their final destination (we were still 15km away)
