I used private car Hue to Hoi-an(Vietnam). Driver(name of AN) arrived on time car was super nice. Driver was guide few places on way to go. We arrival exactly right location. Really appreciate 12go HUE company and driver 'AN'

First off, the entire Hue to Da Nang journey took 3 hours, not 1.5 hours as stated on the website - this is very misleading.
The driver was 20 min late, he called the hotel and told them that he would be late, I didn't receive any messages / whatsapp from the driver. Then the hotel front desk told me the driver was going to be late after I checked out. I could have waited a bit in my room if I had gotten the info earlier.
The driver spoke very little, very little English, basic Hi, yes, no, sorry, nevertheless he was polite. I'm not sure if it's the Vietnamese culture, they just can't keep their hands off the phone. He was reading messages, texting, making calls and answering calls on the phone (no Bluetooth no "hands-free") throughout the entire journey. Hence he was driving slow on the fast lane while the other cars were honking and over-taking us.

The office,from which the bus had to leave, was closed.The bus itself came 45minutes later the scheduled and the vehical was old,definitelly not the one,that was in the picture.Aircon was not suffivcient to cool the bus at all.The agent came 15minutes before the bus and informed us about everything,however with such circumstances and the high price,I would expect some discount or free watter at least.

we really enjoyed our trip to Hoi An and our tour guide, Bon, was very good (we learn a lot from him);
the bus was a bit old and it was not very spacious for tall peopke; also we jumped inside with every bumb in the road...

Turned out to be a small van rather than a bus, very little AC and the driver was kind enough to stop for him to have a bathroom break while no one else got the chance. Have seen much better service for cheaper in Vietnam.

The bus did not stop at the place that was described in the email. Instead it took 50 minutes until we were able to take the bus at a different place in Hoi‘an where we had to go by taxi. In those 50 minutes we called the driver several times but communication was difficult as his English was very poor. The drive afterward was fine and we arrived safely in Hue.

Pickup time and location was unclear (I suspect 12go Asia picks a random spot?) And the bus seats were a little small, but a comfortable ride overall and the driver and guide were very helpful and professional. I would suggest that you email or call ahead of time to confirm pickup time and location. Also very reasonably priced compared to a taxi to da Nang then separate bus or train!

Nous avons été pris en charge à notre hôtel à Hué parfait! Le bus est assez étroit, il vaut mieux ne pas avoir de grandes jambes d'autant plus quand le bus est surchargé et que les sièges supplémentaires dans le couloir sont utilisés. Le conducteur était parfait ainsi que l'accompagnateur très gentil. Ce qui m'a particulièrement surpris c'est le fait que nous fassions tout un tas de détours pour déposer les passagers à leur hôtel à danang alors que le bus nous a déposé à la station de bus à hoi an sans nous déposer à nos hôtels. ????

Pro: they picked us up right at our doorstep and came only fifteen minutes late.
Con: - they stopped several times without reason.
- very uncomfortable seats.
- We were told during the trip we couldn't get to the centre of Hoi An. "No problem", we thought since we didn't need to go to the center. People with stops in Da Nang and right before the centre were dropped off to the centimeter. We were simply told, "you have to get out", and they took our bags out while we explained we were a five minutes ride away on the edge of Hoi An. No "sorry". No other options. They just left. We had to walk forty-five minutes along a busy motorway. This is actually the second time it happened during our visit to Vietnam only this time they had somewhat of an excuse. We are never travelling with these people again and probably never going to book with 12go again.

Bus ok but not very confortable. Not same as picture.

Stopped halfway at some cinnamon oil factory to try to sell it to us, then stopped to wash the bus and fill up with gas. Otherwise, picked up a couple of km away from our departing hotel and dropped off right outside our arriving hotel. Wifi on the bus was fast and free.

The bus trip was very rough. We had a delay of 30 minutes. The bus was very old and the seats were worn out. The driver couldn't go in the city center with the big bus (it's forbidden during night time). So we had to walk to our hotel. He dropped us off in the north of the city.

The destination was Ho Ian City but really the last stop was too far from the city / old quarter. We explaim this issue to the guide and he said that the van couldn't continue because was forbidden. It wasn't true, because we saw a lot of cars, buses and others passing in front of our hotel. Please, you can review the last stop in Ho Ian and leave the passengers in a closer place.

The driver and his assistant were doing a great job and we had a comfortable journey with an arrival directly next to the hotel. Nonetheless, one star less for the confusion caused by an unclear pick-up location. (The given address and the corresponding link on Google Maps showed different places.)

Die Fahrt verlief gut, jedoch haben wir ca. Nach 3/4 der Strecke angehalten, weil das Auto von innen und außen geputzt werden musste währenddessen unser Gepäck im Bus war. Das konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen und es kam uns komisch vor.
