Tutto perfetto, dalla presa all'hotel, a viaggio, con acqua, coca-cola e caffè gratis. È presente un bar con ottime brioches e varie cibarie.

Started 30 minutes off but it was ok.
Enough space for big luggage, even though it’s hard to spot at first, where you can store it. The air conditioner is way to cold of you’re unfortunate enough to sit in the rows before it. Toilet was fine.

Everything was fine except for the English of the Captain who was telling us about the islands and what to do when. He was really hard to understand and the speaker was so loud that it hurt my ear.

No está mal, es viejo y un poco incómodo, pero puntual, raro en Tailandia, y cumple con lo acordado, es verdad que viajamos en septiembre, temporada baja, pero llegamos en hora. Eso sí compartimos barco con una excursión, es como si fuera un tour para otros, lo venden así, nosotros compramos solo billete de ida a PhiPhi

There was extreme weather and the boat should have been cancelled.
Operator provided some help in distributing pills at beginning, puke bags and collecting them and some kind of scent.
A large percentage of the people vomitted.
Also 3 people had to sit on the ground although they had a ticket.

They are a caring and genuine crew. They provided extra help boarding and disembarking as I was using a cane. In board, everything was arranged for transportation from the pier to the hotel. It all went smoothly.

Transfer was on time (8am Phuket town) and ferry departure was a little bit late but smooth and comfortable (free water and sea sickness pills). Definitely I would recommend travel with this company.

I forgot by baggage bcz I thought they have checkin like at the airport , but Sam was extremely fast getting it back with the next ferry. The Phi Phi cruiser Rose is a pearl .

It was a nice trip. The boat is big so it's not affected very much from the waves. It was a bit slow though. A pleasant experience i would say.

Cruiser Phi Phi is a good option, especially for family with old people and children. It's a 3 deck ship so it's not turbulent at all.
It's well organized from the welcome-on-board to the exit.
However, it will take long travel time (seem like it combines with people going 1 day tour as well). It stops in front of Maya Bay and share some information about it (seems like for the day trip tourists) however, you can not hear anything at all. Due to this (addition to the 30 minutes late departure), we arrive Koh Phi Phi at 11.30am (planned departure 8.30).
Conclusion, if you go with big families, this is still an appropriate option. I recommend.

Really like the trip to Phi Phi. If you have a baby with you, the option by ferry is the best. The ferry was very clean and spacious

The minivan was 1 hour to late, we had to be 30 minutes before pickup time so we waited 1,5 hours. The 8:30 ferry was already gone so we had a later ferry.

We left with 1 hour delay and took an extra 30min for the trip, no rain protection on the roof nor on the sides which is really annoying when doing the trip on a rainy weather.

The cost is not clean, not properly furnished and it was almost one hour late because we stopped to see an island - I mean we’re supposed to get at 11:00 yet we take a detour for tourism when we’re already late?

Travel duration much longer than expected, over 3 hours instead of 2. This was because they stopped at 2 islands instead of driving straight to Koh Phi Phi.

Very easy to book it on the website.
I had a cheaper price than normally when you book with a company.
When you arrive at the pier you just have to go to the designated counter to exchange it with a sticker.
The are toilets and a small bar in the ferry.
Just one thing, the pick up is not included so I had to pay a taxi to go to the pier.
