I wouldn’t recommend. The seats are insanely cramped you have no leg room and the chairs sit straight up. Crossing the actual border and passport control was very simple. The journey shouldn’t have been as long as it was. we changed vehicles many times which I understand is normal . But the stops before changing we just got dropped in the middle of nowhere with no communication and the people who weren’t supposed to be guiding us just left us there. We were there waiting for two hours until luckily our vehicle showed up. But no communication noone even told us how long we’ll be waiting just sat on the side of the road. The journey took closer to 15-16hours and in the end we had to get out and walk as he said traffic would take him too long. Fair enough but we weren’t even given the option and by this point it was already past 10pm.

The trip was okay, nothing more. The driver was horrible — one of the least friendly people I’ve ever had the chance to meet in my life. That didn’t help. The only good news is that we arrived on time.

My hotel transfer was at 6am — long before any restaurants or cafes were open to buy breakfast. Our first stop was 9am and it was for TEN MINUTES. There was time to use the toilet and almost none for food, except packaged snacks from 7Eleven. We all starved, because the driver never stopped for lunch. There was only one other stop after that for a toilet break, and that was at 16:00. Do you have any idea how long that is for people to hold their intestines and bladders? Do you have any idea how dehydrated we were? This drive was a nightmare. I didn't eat properly until after we arrived in Penang at 17:00. Unacceptable. You're lucky you got the two stars I just gave you.

The driver didn’t know that some of his passengers were going to Koh Mook. Fortunately, we checked the route taken and we noticed something wrong. We were dropped at a restaurant for more than 1h30 to wait for another driver and go to the pier. We arrive in Koh Mook with 3 hours delay.

had to change from van to a bus and then to a van again, but the wait times were short and overall the trip was smooth. however, there are no stops for food, only couple toilet stops, so take some snacks if needed.

First bus was fine. Second bus was a bit scary as the driver was constantly making phone calls or answering messages while driving!

The operator of the first van showed up on time and was very helpful. The first van was comfortable and spacious. The reason I rate this trip as average is because it would have been nice to know that we would have to transfer vans part way through and have to wait about 1.5 hours for the second van. The second van was quite cramped and hot. I don’t mind this, but I just wish I knew about the transfer beforehand.

The initial transfer from Krabi to Hat Yai was basic but reasonable however from there to Penang there were 5 passengers and the driver squeezed into a car. I was in the middle which was not a seat. It was extremely uncomfortable for what became a 5 hour journey.

There was the wrong time to arrive to Bkk- instead od 6 am you put 12:30 am so made me to book the hotel for night which I could use. They take you by bus to Surat Thani and then change the bus. It's good to inform the client before about it. The vip bus to BKK was pretty good to sleep the whole night.

7am Krabi - Penang:
We got an email with more information one day ahead. Pickup at our hostel was at 6:45am, we had to change the van at hat yai without waisting time. Arrival at Georgetown center at 5:30. First van was old and dirty, but second van was really nice. Overall smooth ride, better as expected.

The driver made many pauses himself to smoke or buy himself food or talk to friends but we had not one oppurtunity to pee. We then switched vans twice instead of once for no reason..? The first two drivers drove fast and recklessly, the one from Hat Yai to Penang was better.. 2 Stars because we somehow made it to Penang safely (1:15h too late)

Everything went so smoothly! Violin texted me the night before with an eta and was so friendly! It was around 3 and half hour drive in the first bus and they even stopped at a service station, so we could use the toilet and grab some food. I had one change to another bus, but even this was stress free as Violin sorted this all out and helped me. I waited 5 mins before the next bus set off for my final destination! Thank you so much!

They could have provided some food or we could have at least stopped for 30 minutes once at a fast-food restaurant, because not having food the whole day is quite annoying. Everything else was perfect.

Kollade recensioner innan och någon berättade att båtturen från Koh Lanta till Koh Lipe var inte så bekväm, men efter den här resan tycker vi att det var bättre att åka från Koh Lanta till Langkawi med båten, gärna stannar över på Koh Lipe för några nätter. Satun var inte en så trevlig stad att stanna övernatten.

Pick ip a l heure..trajet sans problème et ferry OK SAUF que sur le voucher arrivée prévue a LIPANOI mais ARRIVEE A NATHON!! Gros souci vu que mon taxi m attendait a lipa noi..il a du venir ensuite a nathon..attente 1 heure et prix de la course doublee!! Du retard...des frais en plus...

T'as été organisé de façon parfaite ! Le Van est venu nous chercher directement à l'hôtel. Le chauffeur était très aimable, il a très bien Conduit, nous sommes arrivés à l'heure pour prendre un petit bateau qui nous attendait Et qui nous a déposé juste devant l'hôtel ! Je recommande à 100 % cette société de transport. Bravo !

Organisation war gut, bei der Busfahrt hatte ich leider durchgehend Angst um mein Leben, weil der Fahrer wie ein Wahnsinniger gefahren ist. Bootsfahrt war entspannt.
