Ils sont vraiment gentille on avait perdu une casquette on leur a donné les description de la casquette et on la retrouver le lendemain après midi
Mais par contre prévoyez à manger si vous avez des enfant car le chauffeur de bus ne vous laisse pas trop le temp de prendre à manger il faut aller vite mise à par sa franchement ils sont au top du top
Très bien organisé il faut pas paniquer renseignements du départ la veillé pour savoir de où partir exactement et après sa y va tous seuls merci encore à la compagnie lomprayah

De chauffeur van suratthani naar koa sok was een bijzondere man. In surrathani bood het aan voor 50 bath iedereen naar het hotel te kunnen brengen. In kao sok wilde hij er 200 voor hebben. Veel mensen in de bus waren heel boos en stapten bij het busstation uit. Jammer

It was not the best weather and the sea was rough. About 1/3 of the passengers got seasick, parts vomited. But as we heard, the other boats should be worse. There should be an Info/warning.

We left later because the weather was bad. Our ride during a storm at sea. This was not a pleasant experience for us. The crossing will certainly be better when the sea is calm.

The trip was perfect. The boat was super fast even when the weather conditions were not optimal. Then the van was also super fast and we arrived at the airport on time. The staff was very nice and very helpful with the luggage. I had a problem with my email address and I realised that I did not have the voucher, but the company had already our tickets and we could travel without problems. I recommend it.

Overall it was a great trip and well organized. Note that the tour is with speedboat. With great weather this is okay, but with bad weather it might be challenging. After arriving in Sura Thani with the boat, the busses were ready for the next part.

It was a seamless process, and everything was on time and well connected. We reached earlier to Krabi main land, and were connected via an earlier bus, which was ready to leave. The bus service was perfect and we reached to Aonang Transfer 45 minutes before the expected arrival.

On arrival we were told that the boat that we booked would not go today. Instead they transferred us to another pier where another boat should transfer us 1h later than scheduled. We ended up with a 1.5h delay.

Tot aan Ko Samui hebben we echt afgezien in de boot. De boot was klein en niet stabiel op het grote open water. Tussen Samui en Surat Thani was het beter te doen. De minivan was perfect. Goede chauffeur, reed netjes.

On arrival at the pier we were driven to another pier (about 20 min away) and dropped of there. We waited for almost 2 hours without any Information before we could finally board the ship. There were not enough seats on the ship for everybody, some had to stand.

Love it! Speedboat from Koh Samui to Phangan. I’ve realised it’s one of the best times of my life, that blue sea, the blazing heat, we sat at the very back of the small boat with the spray of the water occasionally hitting us, refreshing us. My daughter and I. Living the dream and it cost about $8 each. Perfect service. Amazing.

When going from the check in to the waiting area, we had to take a wooden ramp which was wet, because it was raining the night before. Having two heavy suitcases, I decided to take one at a time, so I could hold on to the handrail, but halfway down the ramp, I lost grip on the wet wood, so the suitcase dragged me down the ramp and I fell on my back. I was not hurt, but could have been worse by far, as I was wearing a backpack with towels in it, on which I fell. I told the guys in charge they should secure the wet wood with non-slip coating or other suitable precautions. All they did was to block off the ramp. So other traveller's had to carry their luggage down the stairs.
The trip itself was ok, besides sitting in the boat like sardines in the can, but having arrived at Koh Phangan, there is no pier for speedboats, so you have to leave the boat onto the beach, which is OK in a way, but having your suitcases put in the sand and having to carry them up the beach is not really fun. Also when you finally get to the pier you either have to lift your suitcases over a barrier (since this is not meant to be accessed from the beach) or push it underneath. But when you do the latter, someone who intends to help just drags your suitcases across the sandy concrete, leaving it totally scratched.
I have canceled my return ticket and booked a regular ferry ticket Takes 15 min longer, but it is way more comfortable.

Everything seems like a mess but it is really well organized. I was a bit scared about the boatride because I saw videos of people feeling sick. But the ride was very calm. The boat seats could be more comfortable for the 3+ hours you’re in it.

Hi when i checked in i told the company i would be 15 mins late because of flight , i arrived and went to counter oh you missed the bus you need to get a taxi to harbour so was pointed in the general direction to some other place to try find a taxi lucky for me the other place a lady got up and found me a driver because the flight arrived 15 past bus checkin cost me 600 for the taxi , the guy arrived with about 5 mins to spare very fast drive , if not for him i would have missed the boat you should advise when people checkin just for boat ticket and you will need a taxi no bus

Honestly really disappointed in the entire experience. I needed to move my boat time by 1 hour. I gave 24 hours notice, it really could have been done, but customer service didn’t want to help. I had to book an entire new booking for 1 hour later through my hotel because it wouldn’t even come up on 12Go, I wouldn’t use 12Go again after the poor support. 1 hour should not have been such a problem, there were seats on the boat, it was not oversold.

The trip itself was pretty good. Smoother than I thought it would be. It was in one of the larger speed boats and seats were good with plenty of legroom. Was a little bit hectic at the port, but moved reasonably quickly onto the boat.

I arrived at the main desk and my ticket showed the departure time as 4:30 PM. However, the lady at the desk informed me that the departure was actually at 5:30 PM.
I’m absolutely fine with waiting, but I was in a hurry and had planned my time around the original 4:30 PM departure.
If the departure time has been changed, it would be really helpful to receive an email or message with the updated time, so guests can plan accordingly.

No clear information about pickup time. No clear signs at pickup point. No information about ferry delay and the extra stop at Koh Phangan.

On the way from Koh samui to Koh phangan we forgot one of our luggage in samui. We reached to the info and they located the missing luggage and send us to Koh phangan.
